This didn't flow very well. It felt to me more like a dozen different comic strips, with loose connections but not meant to be strung together in story format. When I chopped it up in my head, though, the plot and jokes all seemed Dilbert-esque. The heads of cabbage, hippopotamus spelling, and nephew potty training all stuck out to me as especially likely canon jokes.

"They haven't returned it to you, but they have gotten 27 rejection letters, complete with 19 insults and 2 notes of sympathy over your learning disorder"! Wonderful line.

HAH HA LOL...

ah... that was a good laugh!

That was really good. The characters are so close to the real comic.

Quite enjoyable. You may think you didn't know the characters very well, but I could picture them. The scenario seemed like Dilbert, too.

"When he read the part about the butler named Butler who committed the murder"

So, 'Dwayne Vain' is secretely Eoin Colfer? *LOL*

Good story, very funny. :D

Please don't ever try to imitate the humor of the author of Dilbert again. Your story was truly painful. You tried to be clever, but did nothing more than throw around random cliches.

*applause* Lovely. That was wonderful. And very true to form.
Poor Dwayne. Poor Dilbert and Alice. I hope she takes Wally's head off.

Nice to see some Dilbert stories (slowly) appearing. Good story. You should send the finished version to Mr. Adams. This might not work well in strip form, especially because of size, but it's a great fan story. *_*

That was great, so true to the essence of Dilbert!

Good writing. Your charactes are reminisent of the comic. I like the satirical dialogue.

Okay. I do think it's funny, in an odd, twisted, other dimensiony way, but that's not the point. Your story had a extremely twisted but quite good plot.

Other than the fact that you desperatly need spell chuck (just kidding; check) on your computer, you did a marvolous job of keeping the characters as dumb as they usually are. They even had the same personality they normally would! very well done. *mysterious person with one eye gives author a letter bomb* *author explodes*
