Awwwww, this was really cute and sweet! Nice to see you back. I like how you address real topics in these stories because you manage to keep them so light but without sacrificing any of the seriousness.

I hope you've been staying healthy and hopeful during these times. I'm lucky to say that I'm safe enough from the virus that I'm still very cheerful despite all the madness it's causing. I have lots of friends to talk to and I'm such a homebody that the quarantine isn't affecting me. I know I'm lucky to say that. Obviously I get the seriousness of these times, but I'm more on DM's side of being rather unbothered even if I should be more concerned.

And actually, a discord I'm part of has voiced a lot of the same things you have in the last section: That as messed up as life is right now, because this is so global, we have all become united in our suffering. It's bittersweet that a disease should be what unites us all, but that's how life is. We have all become closer despite being so far apart. We are all in this together. Never worse but never better. I think that's why I have been able to handle this so well. Aside from being chill, and being fairly safe, I like the connectedness this disease has brought to us. I mean, of course I want it cured, but it definitely has been a very grounding, humbling experience in some circles.

But I digress. Great work on this! This was really cute and sweet. It was excellent!
