I love your Mrs Hudson! And can quite well imagine her being an asset to the Doctor!

Loved the touch about her disapproval of drink!

Good to have this after the last - feels like it brings some sort of closure.

So touching. I like the implicit metaphor drawn between the ephemerality of snowflakes and the shortness of human life/relationships.

Oh, lucky Mrs. Hudson! And Nine is one of my favourites of the Doctor's incarnations.

Oh, that amazing Mrs Hudson is certainly not what she seems at all! A Whovian to boot!

"He understands, instinctively" perfectly sums up their enduring friendship.

I thought I recognised the theme! lol. Brilliant! One way for a man to give up drink, anyway. :-p

So touching. :-) Love that Holmes can see that Watson is such a kind and understanding soul. Beautifully written.

It's touching that melancholy Watson finds solace in the science of snow.

Ah! It brings back memories. You have captured the excitement so perfectly!

No wonder I can't back order a copy anywhere!

Oh, great, Mrs. Hudson is quite sly about her friendships; nicely characterized. I'm picturing the cheery fellow as somebody from Dickens, as the timeline is stretched a bit.
