Well, their lives are always interesting and full of adventure. With three small kids, the parents' nature, their background and their friends, their hands Will always be full.

Thanks!

I think its sad how Sara is left waiting for Grissom for months at a time. To bad her dreams are left behind.

Love this story as I love all your stories! Thank you!

Great story! Loved it.

I’m not in favor of the family bed though. That’s just crazy.

I’d love a CSI reunion two hour special! Or just an episode or two each year like they did with Perry Mason.

GSR Forever!

Glad you are still writing!

Take care!

I don't think you've ever ended one of your stories with a cliff-hanger, have you? If so, which one?

Of course, up until the end, this was reading like the perfect last chapter. The family happily playing in the ocean and settled in for more of a great life. Grissom writing and illustrating a children's book about whales and our favorite happily married couple enjoying their "sex bed".

Then a phone call, apparently from Vegas, seems about to upend their tranquil life - I assume we'll have to wait until the new CSI airs in 2021 (filming to begin in the Spring and airing in the Fall per AZ) to understand what Grissom told Sara. Unless you decide to write your own version of how they end up back in Vegas...

Regardless, as usual, thanks for providing us loyal readers with another well written GSR story - after all, without FanFiction, we've got no GSR at all. So, on to 2021! You're the best - love ya! N

OMG, I didn't see this end coming! Wasn't the happy ending I was waiting for... although they've a happy family, a happy life with precious and healthy children, still it isn't the usual sarapals happy ending because the cliffhanger!... We will get a sequel?! Hope so;) you know how much I love your stories and I'm always eager for a new one. I'll keep fingers crossed!
Thanks for sharing! Thanks for keeping GSR alive:)

What a beautiful scene, Sara playing in the beach with their children. It must be rewarding to Grissom, being able to see that.
I do hope to see another CSI episode, but with all the former csi's... well, we have to wait right? Meanwhile, keep writting guys, I love to read your histories!

I always love your stories. This is you first cliffhanger, so I hope you're actively working on the next story, while waiting to see where Delta will go!

Oh that was cruel leaving us hanging for more.
Lovely chapter, they all seem so happy and content. Kids seem to get more enjoyment out of small things like buckets of water and sand.
Always though both Grissom and Sara could read each others expressions.
Can't wait for the next installment of this fascinating story.
Thanks girls, you and your family stay safe and healthy.

I love this sweet chapter - it's sweet on so many different levels. We know that Catherine now has way more money than she could ever spend, and it's really something that she was willing to adopt Helena and Maria. Cute how Everett calls it a castle - I probably would too.

You write about the mundane things in life so beautifully and put us right in the middle of an ordinary day, but you make it seem so fun, dynamic, interesting, etc.. And now you've brought the Team back for this little get-together - I can so picture them all sitting around the large table with the wonderful food listening as Sara told her story of solving the boat murder. And then little Ellie sending her plate flying. Love that they named their last daughter Ellie - clearly Brass is enjoying that too.

Such a great story. Even though I know it's coming to an end, I also know you'll keep up the excellent work! N
