Very intriguing start! Your descriptions are really full and well written. I liked the weight in his deciding to take on his new name.

-Wait, there’s minotaurs in space? Christ, either this is a fan creation, or the DC Universe is even more crazy than I thought. 0_0

-So, it wasn’t this sequence in particular that gave me the sense of déjà vu with ‘Ghosts’, but when the pair battle across time and space…the sequence is enjoyable, but I could swear that came from ‘Ghosts’. Actually, a lot of this feels reminiscent of ‘Ghosts’, what with Lobo fighting another czarnian and whatnot. This extends to them being conjoined.

-Overall, chapter is okay.

-“The image had been taken…”

Think that should be “has.”

-Aside from that, first section is good. Flows well, good hook, doesn’t waste time, etc.

-Wait, there’s a spaceship that uses DOS-styled monitors? Um, I’m not a computer geek, but isn’t that a bit antiquated?

-Again, not much to say about the second section in particular. It’s more or less an extension of the first. Which isn’t bad, as it retains the first section’s strengths, though by the law of diminishing returns, it doesn’t carry the same impact.

-There’s not much to say about the subsequent sections, in that they’re more of the same, for better or worse. The writing in of itself is solid – for better or worse, it’s reminiscent of ‘Ghosts of Czarnia’. So reminiscent that I’m surprised it wasn’t bundled in with it. I mean, you do explain why with your author’s note, but, yeah. Reminiscent. Which is good as far as the writing itself goes, but it’s hard to say what the ‘hook’ of the story is at this point.

You better believe that I enjoyed this great piece of fan fiction featuring the 'fraggin' bastiche' from DC Comics!
It was to be expected from a story that has all the essential goodness with Lobo: frolicking, fighting, fragging, & a sh*tload of FUN! The idea of Lobo NOT being the last Czarnian, that there IS another out in the universe (aside from the Teen Titans' Crush, that is), made for some fascinating reading! The red-clad warrior claiming HE was Lobo...he was wrong by a long shot! There's only ONE Main Man in all the universe...and HE is LOBO, the original!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but...I've heard somewhere that director Rob Zombie, who did 'House of 1,000 Corpses' & 'The Devil's Rejects', was interested in getting Lobo onto thee big screen, since it's been said that Rob's such a big fan of the character. I wonder what had happened to it...
All in all, this was a real hoot!
You certainly have a way to draw people in with your tales! ;)

Great writing style. Though you balanced dialogue and description very well and was a fitting introduction to those unfamiliar with Lobo.
