Glad they talked and were honest with each other. Interesting to have them all work together, but especially glad Andy spoke to Luke about what happened - after all "secrets come out" but now they are already out. The last part was in German (I think) but as little as I can tell is the same story?

Do wish Andy had been honest with Luke the blackout night; she did need him or really anyone, once the reality that she had killed someone set in and Luke as both a detective and a more experienced officer should have realized it too no matter what she said. Both of them needed to be more honest about their needs at their vulnerable times but at least they are talking now.

Happy you decided to continue and yes Andy needs to talk to Luke like she talks to Tracy. They have a lot of potential but do need to communicate better. Both of them. I'd like to see Luke with a good friend he could talk to; maybe create someone from his rookie days?

I probably would have gotten more out of that if I weren't fandom-blind, but as it stands you write pretty well. There were some oddly worded portions in one or two places but nothing really distracting, and I like how you describe things and really put us in the head of your character. That's how a story becomes a rich experience for the reader.

Um, could you respond to this review using the "respond" option beside the review? I'm still trying to see if the PMs are working properly. I got a notification of a response to a review I made recently, and I couldn't access it. I want to test and see if that's still happening. I hope that's okay.

Super Einstieg!

I like this but then I always liked Andy and Luke together. I think he was at a vulnerable point and as you wrote going stir crazy; still he was the one in a relationship, not Jo. He should have been the one to put "the brakes" on things. While Andy had a similar situation at her vulnerable point, she at least left. Luke is a good detective and he was heeding the clues that Jo wanted more. I do wish both Andy and Luke had a little better knowledge of and communication with each other, but some of that just takes time. Would enjoy seeing you continue this story...sort of as a "other choice" scenario.
