The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers got renewed for Season 2! Let's celebrate!

Is it weird for me to say that Bombay not giving Hans a hug upon finally seeing him again in this chapter felt somewhat wrong; considering Hans's absence was explained in the second movie as him needing to take care of his mother?

Your story needs to explain why Adam Banks appears to be left-handed in the D3 movie; whereas he was right-handed in the previous two movies.

Oh shoot! I misspelled Jan as Yans in my last review. I'm so sorry!

#1. I do hope that Jessie eventually did attend Eden Academy after the events of the D3 movie; like Bombay firmly believes in this chapter. If the next season of Game Changers suggest otherwise of Jessie's fate, I'll probably be somewhat disappointed.

#2. I imagine that Portman will have some kind of argument with Bombay before he goes back to Chicago. And then when Bombay goes to Chicago after saving the Ducks' shcolarships, they'll probably reconcile then.

#3. I suspect that Casey will be the one to tell Bombay about Hans' death; probably over the phone.

#4. I suspect that Hans will leave some kind of letter for (at least) Bombay before his death. This is assuming in your story that Hans kept his illness a secret from everyone; including Gordon.

#5. If Bombay learns what Orion did (declaring the Ducks are dead; which, in my opinion, is an insult to everything that Bombay created), should we expect some kind of argument to happen over the phone?

#6. Did you intend to have Orion meet Hans at least once before he tragically passes away?

#7. Please do not forget to address the relationship between Bombay and Michelle McKay. I really want to know why it didn't apparently work out in the end.

#8. I honestly thought it took longer between the events of D2 and D3; to help explain the kids being taller and why their voices sound deeper by the time the third movie happened.

#9. I honestly thought this would be the chapter in which the new Ducks would meet Hans for the first time. I'm looking forward to him having nice conversations with them.

#10. It feels weird that Yans didn't even say goodbye; given that Hans is back at his shop in this chapter.

PS. I hope you'll be able to answer these ten topics; along with whichever of the previous ten topics that was not addressed in the review section of this chapter.

I'm assuming you're watching the D3 movie scene by scene in order to help you continue your story?

The hammock scene is very sweet! I really like how you describe the scenes in the story!

I just realized something; after Bombay helped the Ducks in the third movie, he told Charlie that he had some business in Chicago; that was hinting at the time that he was going to bring Dean Portman back and that later came true when he showed up to help the Ducks for the third period of the game. However, I think in your story, Dean should be shown to still be somewhat bitter by Bombay's departure after Bombay finds him; until Bombay persuades him to come back and have him sign that contract to be enrolled in Eden Hall Academy. I think this might work as a flashback scene from Dean Portman's POV. Also, you could have Charlie suspect that Bombay's decision likely had something to do with Dean Portman the moment Bombay mentions Chicago.

#1. I read a TVLine Article titled "The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers Boss Talks Finale Twist, Kenan Thompson Agreeing to Appear in Season 2." I can now understand why Don't Bothers were able to win; because the current incarnation of the Mighty Ducks NEVER uses the Flying V formation. Also, I'm crossing my fingers that Russ Tyler DOES show up next season.

#2. It was indicated in the Disney Wiki that Hans was ill in the third movie, but he kept that a secret from Charlie. I don't believe they ever specified what kind of illness that Hans got; even though the signs were there that he clearly wasn't looking well.

#3. Did you know that the original plan for the third movie was going to have a darker tone and the main antagonists were supposed to be the Bulgarians? I would be very interested if you were to do a story of what might have been.

#4. I hope next season of Game Changers makes use of Bombay's legal experience when needed; he never seemed to use it in the first season. I wonder if the people who worked on the show paid more attention to the first and second movies instead of the third one (since Bombay's legal experience saved the Ducks from losing their scholarships)?

#5. If Charlie ever eventually shows up in Game Changers (if not the second season), my suspicion is that he'll probably take a page directly from Ted Orion's book and will teach the kids the "two-way hockey" defensive style that the OG Ducks learned in third movie; the style will likely become extremely significant/helpful when the kids have to face more difficult opponents on the ice.

#6. For your version of the D3 story; I would really love to see at least one scene in which the Ducks meet Coach Orion's daughter. Maybe this scene will happen after the events of the third film?

#7. In regards to the Ducks getting into relationships in your story, you'll at least know from the end of the third movie that Mendoza had a thing going on with Riley's ex-girlfriend, and that Scooter seems to have a thing with Juile after the game. Also, until Game Changers clearly indicates otherwise, my personal assumption is that Charlie and Linda remained together as a couple; even though the actress for the latter seems to have quit acting. Finally, remember what I said before about Connie and Guy have that temporary break-up (which apparently occurred during college or some other point afterwards) before they ultimately got back together and got married.

#8. My personal assumption is that Jesse's departure from your story is going to be a difficult and emotional goodbye. Also, will there be an explanation as to why Jesse doesn't show up for Hans' funeral and will there still be a way for him to send his condolences?

#9. Charlie's anger causing him to alienate himself from everyone (his mother, Hans, and even his friends) were a direct result of Bombay's departure and being unable to deal with Orion's highly disciplined coaching style; it doesn't seem to have anything to do with his unseen step-father. Otherwise, Charlie had been seen looking happy during some times in the third film; unless it was just a mask to hide his pain of feeling betrayed by Bombay. In your story, I have to wonder if Jesse's departure will play a role in Charlie's anger; since Jesse had been there since the beginning.

#10. Although one year clearly passed between the first and second movies, I don't believe it was ever specified how much time passed between the second and third movies; unless I overlooked something.

According to Wikipedia, the camping scene actually took place in Minnesota after the Ducks returned home.

Looking back on the second movie in regards to Russ getting the shot to tie the game against Iceland, was that even legal?
