Chapter Ten: All good things must end.

A/N: Okay this is the last chapter. I really wanted to get this story finished because of this, this story has more hole then Swiss cheese. I'm hoping one day that I may have a chance to come back and 'flesh' this story out. Enjoy.

"We will be at the hotel in about half an hour General."

The General stirred at the aid's words, he could feel his head pounding like he had been out on the drink all night and slept on the floor. He pulled himself into a sitting position with a groan as he held his head.

"Did you say something General?" The sergeant asked quietly.

"I thought we were heading to Stalag thirteen?" The General asked, a bit confused.

"Stalag thirteen, General?" the aid sounded just as confused as the General. "We left Stalag thirteen two hours ago after your meeting. Would you like to turn around and go back?"

The General held his head as it pounded away, he quickly looked around for his brief case and checked on all the papers. They were all in there without a page out of order.

"General?" His aid asked after a few silent minutes.

The General looked up at the aid looking back at him in the revision mirror.

"No, Sergeant." The General ordered. "The meeting must have gone on without a hitch no need to go back."

The General sat back on his seat the brief case held close to his chest.

"Yes, yes. Must have gone off without a hitch," The man muttered to himself.

"To the General!"

A loud cheer greeted Newkirk's words, as drinks were held high for an embarrassed Harry.

"Bah, an easy job." Harry replied back. "Dealing with Klink… well that was the hard part!"

The group cracked up in laughter, as glasses were held high.

"Here, here!" Hogan replied. "Are you sure you don't want to stick around?"

Harry paled at the words. "Oh, no. This was way too much excitement for me."

Hogan just grinned back. "We could use a man like you on the team…."

"You just want my skills with a wand."

Hogan's grinned wider in reply. "It does make life easier."

Harry shook his head. "Oh, I wouldn't say that."

"Is this the information you were after?" Kinch's soft voice broke in.

Harry and Hogan turned towards the dark man. Kinch held out a note to Hogan. Hogan looked it over before passing it to Harry. The wizard took it in hand and read over the information on the piece of paper and grinned.

Harry's eyes glazed as he stared at the sight before him.

"Looks like an old out of date pub," Hogan commented from beside him.

Harry sighed, "It's the first sign of home."

"I agree with the guv' it looks like an old pub," Newkirk piped up.

"Oh, shut up," Harry snapped stepping up to the pub. "I should have known it would be a pub. The wizarding world is too predictable."

"Why's that?" Crater asked curiously.

"There's a pub in London with access to the wizarding world," Harry deadpanned. "You would think they would put a bit more imagination into it."

Harry held the door open for his companions, many looked up as they entered. They suffered under much eyeballing as Harry walked up to the bar.

"How can I help you?" the man at the bar questioned in German.

"I need to get into contact with Albus Dumbledore?" Harry replied as the heroes milled around him.

"And why would you like to contact this man?" The bar tender snapped.

Harry grinned, "We are old friends and I wish to talk to him, I've been told his old Phoenix is not looking well and wished to inquire to its health."

The bar tender seemed to perk up at that, "I believe I can help you out."

"Great news can you tell the old man that I'll see him at Sophie's Park in Surrey at three in the afternoon a week from today. I have very important news for him. He may bring as much protection that he believes is necessary. This is war time after all," Harry commanded. "Good day."

With that Harry swept from the room taking Hogan and the heroes for the ride. Once they were on the street Newkirk and Carter attacked him with questions. Harry just grinned and kept walking as they made their way back to camp.

Harry sat his bag on his bunk as he placed all his gear into the bag, leaving anything he didn't need behind for Hogan and his gang. He was going to miss Hogan and his team. Once they warmed up to him he found them easy to deal with, they worked so well together.

"Heading out?"

Harry looked up at Hogan's words, the other man stood in the entrance of the underground room, that had been Harry's home for the last week.

"Yeah, time to move on to the next adventure." Harry replied zipping up the bag.

Hogan grinned. "The offer to deal with Klink still stands."

Harry shivered, as he buckled his sword around his waist.

"Oh, no." Harry replied, "He is all yours mate."

Hogan grinned wider. "Thought that might be your answer."

Hogan moved away from the doorway and towards the Englishman. Hogan held his hand out to Harry. Harry swung his bag onto his shoulder and took the other man's hand in a shake.

"It was a privilege getting to know you, Harry." Hogan said seriously.

"Right back at you," Harry replied.

Harry stepped back and gave a smirk, a quick salute and with a pop he disappeared.

"Always leave them wanting more," Harry muttered as he walked off down the street he had landed in.

Harry swung back and forth on the park swing he'd been waiting for Dumbledore for half an hour. Then again he did arrive twenty minutes early so the man was only ten minutes late. Harry, however, liked to think of it in the former sense.

He could feel the magic of two people under invisibility cloaks and could feel the eyes of a few, more well hidden, men or women around him. They were taking no chances with Albus Dumbledore's life.

Harry however was quite bored, as he swung back and forth, back and forth, back-

"Would you desist in that annoying swinging!"

Harry glanced up at what he could easily say was Severus Snape's father.

Harry grinned and swung back letting the swings protesting chain squeal in a nails-on-chalk-board fashion.

Snape grabbed the swing chain with a glare. Harry grinned before focusing on the man next to Snape.

"Good afternoon, Albus," Harry said politely.

"Sorry, but do I know you?" Dumbledore asked just as politely. While Snape glared at both men at being ignored.

"No, but you will," Harry replied with a twinkle in his eyes. Ha! Finally I have one up on Albus, he thought with a smirk

"What do you mean by that," Snape spat.

Harry focused back on the older Snape, "I mean that I have not been born yet and I'm trying to get back to my right time. So, Albus does know me just not in this time."

"Bull!" Snape shouted.

Harry stared mouth gaping that any Snape would display any emotions let alone yell 'bull'.

"What can I say to convince you I'm from the future without jeopardizing my future?" Harry asked recovering from his shock.

Albus looked at the younger man with intense blue eyes.

"How did you come to be in this time, my boy?" Dumbledore asked quietly.

"Ha, that's easy." Harry replied with a grin and held out a small pendant and chain.

The old man took the chain in hand and looked closely at the pendant for a few minutes before holding his wand to the metal. A soft blue light encased the pendant before fading away.

"Well," The old man replied. "Getting home should be easy for you."

Harry's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean?" He said slowly.

The old man looked back at him his eyes shining. "Just a simple spell and you will be on your way."

"Are you serious?"

"Why yes, my boy." Albus smiled for the first time. "You have spent the required week in this time."

Harry's jaw dropped. "Do you mean that I have walked around Germany, played a fake General and a Gestapo officer, been held in a POW camp and had to deal with a Colonel Klink for no reason?"

Albus's eyes twinkled even more. "At least you haven't been bored, my boy."

Harry just glared. "In that case, spell away Albus."

The eldest Snape smirked as the older man raised his wand, as Harry braced for his trip forward in time.

The world dissolved around him in a flash of colour and a smug smirking face of a Snape and amused face of Albus Dumbledore. Harry got tossed around and could feel his stomach doing somersaults as his head spun. With a stagger Harry landed on his knees breathing in the fresh air, it was the best he'd smelt in what felt like years, mainly because it was his own time air.

With a groan he pulled himself to his feet and turned to an aged Albus Dumbledore.

"Oh, Harry, my boy, how was the trip?" Albus asked smiling.

Smack, thud.

Harry stepped over the second most feared wizard of the age, shaking out his sore hand as he walked away a satisfied smirk on his lips.
