Through her fire haired locks

she saw the fox

who had told her

how could she know` if she loved him?

He had told her without vigor or vim

And she had heard him.

He was as her slave

He could not be so brave .

Why would he worry her so?

He wasn't even human.

It was an unholy union

But the feeling in her chest ; was not illusion

It wasn't like with her,

She couldn't love his fur

It wasn't what it should be.

Can nature ever be wrong

His form's siren song

It can't be wrong

And the change was raught

And her mind no longer fought

Her Heart

And she slipped down

To the hard ground

And she kissed the hound.
