Dracula's Followers

Baron Meinster walked into the brown walled dungeon of his castle. His long flowing, dark blue overcoat and dark blue pants and boots made a starting contrast to his blonde and gray hair. He was lost in sinister contemplation. "How can the vampires conquer the humans once and for all?" the evil baron thought to himself as he walked about the dungeon. He noticed quite a few large blood stains on the brown walls. as he walked around thinking to himself.

Then he was disturbed by the sounds of heavy footsteps coming near the dungeon. He turned around and saw his assistant Gloria. Gloria wasn't a vampire herself, but she was one of of the few humans who were under the vampire's spell. Gloria has long, dark red and white hair. She wore a gray, short sleeved dress. Her face held a cold sinister, chilling expression to it. "My lord," she said, "I must have word with you." Baron Meinster waved the middle aged woman off in annoyance. "Not now Gloria," Baron Meinster grunted, "leave me to think for a while. I need time to think." Gloria made a cruel, cold smile and nodded. "As you wish my lord." "Later Gloria, "said Baron Meinster, "I will have work for you later. But now I need time to think." Gloria turned around and walked away.

Baron Meinster spent hours walking around the dungeon deep in thought about how he could lead the vampires against the human race.

Some vampire bats flew into the dungeon and flew all around. Baron Meinster watched the animals for awhile then waved them off. the bats flew out of the dungeon.

Hours later, after much serious contemplating, Baron Meinster, raised up his head and let loose all his fury. "HOW CAN THE VAMPIRES WIN AGAINST THE HUMANS!" he shouted, unleashing all his pent up rage and frustration, "HOW CAN THE VAMPIRES CONQUER!?" Baron Meinster bared his sharp, seven inch fangs. His loud terrifying voice made a frightening echo about the dungeon. Then after he'd unleashed all his fury, he relaxed again and dropped his arms to his sides.

Baron Meinster stood still for several minutes, lost in contemplation again as to how execute his evil plans for vampire conquest, when, all at once, he heard footsteps yet again outside the dungeon. The baron spun around and made an expression of annoyance on his evil face. "I said I wanted no more interruptions Gloria!" Baron Meinster shouted, "don't make me have to punish you, as I did last time you disobeyed my orders..." Baron Meinster's evil eyes opened wide with utter surprise. He was met by the sight of Count Dracula himself walking into the dungeon! The tall vampire count wore a long black cape with a red lining and a black suit and boots. His wavy dark brown hair was down to his shoulders. His cold, evil handsome face was dead white. His eyes were bloodshot looking. Fangs protruded from his upper lip. He had sharp finger nails. He was very tall. Taller than Baron Meinster. He walked into the dungeon and made immediate eye contact with the shocked baron. "No!" shouted the baron as he made a shocked look at the count, "it cannot be! Count Dracula! No! You were destroyed by that scum Van Helsing! It cannot be!" Count Dracula walked a few steps towards the baron. "This be my spirit Meinster," Dracula told the baron as he kept eye contact with Baron Meinster, "my body maybe ashes but my spirit be eternal. I have words to give you Baron! These words come from the spirit realm!" Baron Meinster took a few steps backwards in utter shock. "What is thy bidding my lord," Baron Meinster asked as he kneeled down on one knee to the spirit of the vampire count, and kissed the red ring on one of the count's fingers. "Arise my follower!" ordered Count Dracula, "I have no need of such infantile ritual." Baron Meinster stood up again and faced the evil spirit. "My lord, "said Baron Meinster, "I still cannot believe it. I never believed in ghosts or afterlife entities as such." "Listen to what I say to thee," Count Dracula grunted as he glared his bloodshot eyes into Baron Meinster's eyes, "thou wishes to lead the vampires against the human race! An excellent plan of apocolypse. But you don't know what path to take?' Baron Meinster shook his head. "No my lord. And I fear that the vampire destroyers-the main ones being Van Helsing and Sandor-will prevent this plan." The evil spirit of Count Dracula pointed his left, ringed finger at Baron Meinster. "No vampire can be a leader who has any fears of failure, " the evil spirit of Count Dracula said in a chilling tone. His deep voice thundered about the dungeon. "YOU WILL SUCCEED IN LEADING THE HUMAN RACE TO VAMPIRISM!" thundered spirit of the lord of the vampires, "YOU WILL CARRY OUT THE MISSION! MARK MY WORDS!" Then the spirit of Count Dracula took a few steps closer towards Baron Meinster who trembled as he looked into the bloodshot eyes of the evil spirit and walked backwards. "You will succeed in leading the vampires in destruction of all mankind has built! As I led my people in battle against our enemies centuries ago! The captured ones suffered agonies on the wooden stakes I used on them! The nation under me untill my mortal death and rise from the grave as a vampire. And I created other vampires over the decades. Powerful vampires that will also one day lead my cause. The black prince Mamuwalde who now lies imprisoned in my castle, or the one known as Yorga who right now is in hiding in his castle in Bulgaria. I have enslaved many to do my bidding just as I enslave you. The family of the man called Reinfield, whose entire family village was empowered by me, or the Klove family village, all of the members were enslaved by me to carry out my words. Now I pass the sword to you Baron Meinster to lead the vampires against the human race!"

With that the evil spirit turned around and walked out of the dungeon. The terrified Baron Meinster ran to the entranceway of the dungeon and looked out into the dim, brown walled hallway. He saw the black cape of the spirit figure and the back of the evil spirit's head and the black boots as the spirit walked down the hallway to the end of the corridor. Baron Meinster ran ran after him, but as he got closer the evil spirit simply faded away. Baron Meinster just stood there looking shocked.

Then an expression of sinister determination came over the baron's face. He stood staring for a minute then Gloria came walking towards him down the hallway. "You sent for me my lord?" Gloria asked in an evil tone of voice. Baron Meinster nodded at the woman. "Prepare my coach Gloria," the vampire ordered.
