A/N: And this one focuses on the alt!trio. Fauxlivia's POV, thought I'd try something different. Spoilers up to S3 EP14. Enjoy.

Disclaimer: Haha, yeah, right, no. Sadly, not mine. However, it does belong to some very talented and very rich people/companies. Also, the song is Three Days Grace's.

Love Me or Leave Me

Olivia had never expected to have to choose between three men.

She'd thought she'd always have Frank. When he left - which was admittedly her fault - she'd been faced with an impossible situation. A baby on the way, and three men pulling her heart in different directions.

"I go all in
In love and life...
But I can't take
Another sudden goodbye..."

There was Peter, still in the other universe and probably with the other Olivia by now. It occured to her that he would have no idea he was going to be a father; but she couldn't tell him. He was a lost cause the moment he figured out she wasn't his Olivia.

Then there was Lincoln, who she suspected had been head over heels for her ever since they'd met. He was sweet and fiercely loyal, but maybe a little too much sometimes - he had quite a vibrant personality. Olivia did too, and despite how well they worked as friends, she had to wonder if the similarity in personalities would clash too much.

And then there was Charlie. She'd taken an interest in him the moment they met - a man of few words, with a dry sense of humor that she admired greatly and a quiet strength about him that had always intrigued her. It was common knowledge that he'd been infected with an arachnid parasite, and despite that he still did his job extremely well. Olivia couldn't even imagine having to live with a parasite or how he dealt with it, and admired that he kept going anyway.

"Deep!
Deep!
Down inside...
Tell me...

Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever...?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever...?"

So, with Peter out of the picture, the choice had come down to Lincoln and Charlie - and Olivia was having a hard time choosing one.

They were both her friends. That hopefully wouldn't change because one or the other was jealous of whoever she chose. They both had their strengths and their flaws, and her heart wasn't being much help in the decision.

She spent long hours at night trying to decide who to choose, trying to figure out who she loved more. It had resulted in many a sleepless night, and more were caused by stressing about the baby. She still didn't believe she was qualified to be a mother, not least because of her job.

Eventually, both Lincoln and Charlie noticed.

"I have to ask
'Cause I need something to last...
Too many times
I've been left
Behind..."

Lincoln confronted her about it first. They were some of the last few people in the office tonight, with only Astrid and a few other random agents finishing their work before heading home to let the night shift's skeleton crew take over.

"Hey, Liv," he said.

Olivia looked up. "Hey," she replied.

"You doing okay?" Lincoln asked.

"Yeah, fine," Olivia replied carefully. "Why do you ask?"

"You just look tired," Lincoln said. "More tired than usual, I mean."

"I'm alright," Olivia insisted. "Just...stress about the pregnancy."

Lincoln nodded. "Understandable." He studied her. "You know I'm here if you need me, right?"

Olivia nodded back and offered him a smile that wasn't quite real.

Later that night she sat awake in bed, wondering why she hadn't told Lincoln the whole truth.

"Deep down inside...
Tell me...

Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever...?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever...?"

When Charlie confronted her about it, she was at home.

He'd dropped by to check on her, and he told her as much when she let him in.

"I'm fine, Charlie," Olivia said, offering him the same not-quite-real smile she'd given Lincoln.

Charlie looked at her. "No, you're not, Liv," he countered. "What's bothering you?"

He had stated it as a fact, and maybe that's what broke her. Olivia buried her face in her hands and tried to hold back the sudden rush of tears.

"It feels like too much, Charlie," Olivia sighed, and she knew by his alarmed and concerned expression that he heard the tears in her voice. "I'm not cut out to be a mother, and Frank's gone, and all this parallel universe insanity is confusing, and Broyles is gone...it's too much. I can't -" Her voice broke, and she couldn't hold back the tears anymore.

Charlie drew her to him in an uncharacteristic display of affection and let her cry, something Olivia was cursing herself for with every shaking breath. She knew now that her heart had decided on Charlie, and maybe she'd always been heading that way. Maybe she'd known all along that it was Charlie, it was always Charlie, even when she was with Frank. She'd been with Frank while her heart was stolen by someone else entirely. She'd just deluded herself into thinking that Frank was the one for her while the real thief was right there all along.

"You're okay, Livvy," Charlie murmured into her hair as the tears started to slow. "You're gonna be fine."

She believed him.

"Deep!
Deep!
Down inside...

Deep!
Deep!
Down inside...
Tell me...

Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever...?
Will you love me or leave me forever? (Deep! Deep! Down insisde...)
Will you love me or leave me forever?
Will you love me or leave me forever...?"

Once she was calm, Olivia looked up at Charlie.

"Thanks for...that," she said.

Charlie offered her a smile. "No problem, Livvy."

Olivia wrestled with herself. She really wanted to kiss him, but after that whole...episode, she wasn't entirely sure it was a good idea.

"Are you sure?" she asked, second-guessing herself.

"Yes, Liv," Charlie sighed with a small laugh.

"It's just, I know I'm not the easiest person to -"

He cut her off by kissing her first. She was surprised by the suddenness and ferocity of it, but she kissed him back; why wouldn't she? After all, this was what she'd been contemplating a moment before.

Charlie's kiss was warm and passionate and fiery and much more intense than Olivia had imagined. Yet somehow it was also better - the intensity made it feel real.

He pulled away and smirked at her. "Shut up," he told her. "You're not the easiest person to get along with, but you're also one of the best and strongest people I know, Livvy. You'll get through this."

Olivia smiled. "Thanks, Charlie." She hesitated a moment, then added, "Stay with me tonight? I just mean..."

Charlie nodded. "I know," he said. "I'll stay."

Olivia kissed him. "That's all I needed to know."

I feel like it spiraled downward there at the end a bit, but I was kind of distracted by a sibling thing so. Anyway, hope you enjoyed, just something I thought of off the top of my head. Please leave a review!
