Time Travrling To My Past

"Boris..."

He turned his head to see a ring of light around his friend's neck, cutting through the darkness of his old hangout, complimenting her pale skin. Boris noticed her honey colored eyes looking at him.

"Do you mind stepping outside?"

"What for?" .

"For you to cool yourself off."

Before he walked out, he turned his head to the left a bit. "Do me a favor, don't try to kill him or..."

"Or you'll cease to exist." she said, finishing his sentence..

Boris gave her a faint snile, somehow knowing that they must be on a connected wavelength togther in order for them to tell what the other is thinking.

"I'm not making any pronises, I let you know when you can come back in"

He nodded

As soon as the silence fell on the area. Phoenix got up from where she was leaning her back on one of the old warehouse walls, walking into the other Boglodite's field of vision.

"Who are you?" said the younger Boris snarling, his goggle covered eyes locked on to hers.

"Just a friend."

"I don't have any friends."

The werefox sighed, bowing her head diagonally.

"I can see what Boris was dealing with."

She ran straight at him at full speed, so fast, she became a blur in a micro second blendibg in with the nearby environment.

He looked to his left, then to his right, scratching his bandana covered head noticing that the person he was talking to a minute ago had disappear into thin air.

"Hmm... where did she go?" He said to himself with a hint of confusion.

Phoenix answered his question, as she leapt on him "Right behind you." she said with a toothy grin.

She wrapped her arms around younger Boris' waist securing his arns in place, so that he wouldn't have the chance of firing a palm spike during our little 'chat'.

The smell of his skin was intoxicating, calling for her to take a bite out of his flesh, but she resisted the urge, to do so.

She leaned her head closer to his ear whispering, "I suggest you drop that cocky attitude of yours and listen to what yourself has to say, or you'll lose more than just a limb."

"What do you mean?"

"Tell me somethong; do you want to spend the rest of your days living a lonely existences knowing that your entrire species had died, wishing you could've done more in your power to prevent it from haooening."

She felt the Boglodite's body relax in her grip.

Finally, it all sunk in.

Phoenix let go of the younger Boris to go get the other one.

"Oh, if you're gone by the time I get back, I will personal hunt you down and drag you back here myself."

He shivered a little after that statment.

After a while, they both came back inside the warehouse. Boris walked over to his younger self, giving him a once over.

"You didn't have to ruffle him up, did you."

Phoenix walked back over to her spot in the middle of the warehouse, listening in on their conversation.

"Boris, I think you should go on ahead." He said to his younger self after the three of us left the old warehouse, stepping into the outside world.

He was about to asked his older self why, but change his mind. Walking off screen

"Phoenix, I want to thank you." Boris said to the werefox standing beside him, his long brown hair blowing a little in the wind.

"For what?"

"For helping me out back there."

"No problem, I could tell you was getting aggravated."
