Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in awhile! I was on vacation for the last 2 weeks, but Im back now! and should be updating more frequently!

I don't own wizards!

Alex woke up in the morning to shouting coming from downstairs.

She rolls over to look at her clock and groans "6:30 in the morning? Seriously? Well I guess that's my alarm to get up for school today" Alex mumbles to herself and gets up to see what all the commotion was about, and realized she was still in her clothes from yesterday. She just shrugged and stepped outside of her room.

Justin and Max were at the top of the stairs, leaning against the wall and listening to the conversation.

"What's going on?" Alex whisper-asks them.

"Mom wants to send us away" Max says, nodding his head with his eyes wide.

"What?" Alex asks, looking over to Justin and pushing her knotted bed head hair back behind her ears.

Justin only nods, there was still guilt and shame as in his eyes as he looked down at Alex.

Alex's glare softens.

"You know it's not your fault Justin." She says quietly.

He nods again and looks to the floor.

"It's my fault, huh." Max says, looking up at his siblings.

Alex and Justin exchange a glance. They both knew it was his fault, but it was an accident. He didn't mean too.

Alex opens her mouth to say something when they hear Jerry yell "Theresa they'd be sent to prison!".

"So they're really tryna get rid of you guys?" Alex says, a cold look crossing her face.

Justin and Max nod and shrug, and Alex gets angry. She grabs their wrists and drags them down the stairs towards the kitchen.

"You are not sending either of my brothers anywhere as a punishment." Alex huffs, letting go of her brothers and crossing her arms across her chest.

Jerry and Theresa look at her, a surprised look on their faces.

"But, Alex honey-" Theresa starts.

"No, really, even if you wanted to send Max to a wizard discipline camp or whatever, what would you even say?" Alex says, "He messed up potion ingredients and his brother drank it on accident and raped his sister? Yeah that'll go well."

"Wouldn't they understand?" Theresa asks. She didn't understand wizard rules.

Jerry and Justin shake their heads.

"No honey" Jerry says. "Both Max and Justin could get their magic taken away for good. Max could be sent to jail for potion misuse and Justin for rape; and since he's 18 and Alex is not, statutory rape. And worst case scenario, if they're unable to prove there was a potion in the mix, they could separate our whole family for incest."

"Oh I hate magic" Theresa mutters, and covers her face with her hands.

Justin shutters at the word "incest", and Alex looks at him with fear and sadness.

He goes to put a reassuring hand on her shoulder but she backs away and moves her gaze quickly.

Justin was confused because she had just held onto his wrist and dragged him downstairs, but got nervous again when he went to put his hand on her shoulder.

"Okay, I'm sorry" Jerry says, rubbing his temples, "You kids should get ready for school. We'll talk about this some other time".

The three kids turn to go back upstairs when Jerry calls for Alex.

"Sweetie, if you don't feel comfortable going to school today, I could get you a day off" Jerry tells her.

Alex shakes her head.

"Stop- I don't wanna be treated any different than before. You should be begging me to go to school, not skip" Alex tells her parents before running up the stairs.

Alex started getting ready for school, she felt like she wanted to cry. She wasn't expecting it to be this difficult after her parents knew- they weren't supposed to know. Now they wanted to treat her different, baby her- all she wanted was for everything to be exactly the way it was before it all happened.

After school, Max went straight to the lair. He wanted to know what he had caused. Why his siblings, and his parents- were so upset.

He pulled out the crystal ball and set it carefully on the coffee table. The boy sat on the couch in front of it, leaning in eagerly.

Max spoke clearly towards the ball. "Tell me something I should know, it happened about a week ago- between my sister and my bro."

He leaned back as the crystal ball filled with purple smoke, then fizzled out as he could see his sister standing in the lair, leaning against the podium while looking for a spell.

Wide eyed, he watched as Justin came in the room and kissed her.

"What the hell?" Max muttered. This wasn't supposed to be happening.

What had he done?

Max flinched as Justin shoved her to the ground as she begged him to stop.

"Bro just stop it!" Max whispered towards the crystal ball- although it was far too late to change what had happened at this point.

Max covered his mouth and his eyes began to water as he watched his brother tear off his sisters clothes, then his own.

This wasn't supposed to happen.

Alex's sobs filled the room, and Max started to cry. He would never admit it, but he loves his sister, so much. He didn't like when she was hurt, and he knew that he had caused this.

Right as Justin began to thrust into her, and Alex started to scream, the door to the lair opened; the actual lair- not the one in the crystal ball. This caused Max to jump up quickly and stare at whoever was entering with wide eyes.

Alex took a step into the room- her screams still coming from the crystal ball. She stops straight in her tracks, and Max stares blankly at her in shock.

She glances over to the ball and her eyes glaze over.

For a moment the two are frozen. Alex staring doe eyed at the scene in the crystal ball, and Max staring at her with tears in his eyes.

Neither being able to speak a single word. Until Alex stumbles back and moves her gaze to meet with Max's eyes. The pain and hurt was clear on her face.

She takes in a breath, which gets caught in her throat, and quietly stutters out, "M-Max what, what are you doing?"

Idk tell me how you guys feel about this chapter! I know the next one will be hard for me to write (I've got something real dramatic planned)
