This the first request I got of Meeting the Robinsons, the person who requested it didn't said a phrase to appear in it, but, even that, here you have it, so, enjoy it!

Meeting the Robinsons

Wilbur Robinson was preparing to travel through time again. He wanted to visit the young version of his father, also and despite he never thought it could be possible, his best friend. When he first traveled through time to get Lewis and help him to solve all the mess, he caused just for not having closed a door, he never thought he and his father would become so close friends. But thinking on it, Wilbur wouldn't want it to have happened in any other way.

Wilbur smiled entering to the time machine. It was time to see his father again. He turned the machine on and the traveling to the past began. But unknown for him, another passenger joined the trip.

On the back of the ship, a small bowler was also traveling to the past. Mini-Doris was still alive, despite Doris was banished when Lewis said he would never invent Doris. How was it possible? Mini-Doris didn't know. What Mini-Doris knew was that she was going to get revenge against the ones who destroyed Doris.

Once in the past, Wilbur hided the machine making it turn invisible, and run as fast as he could to find Lewis, or Cornelius, as he was named now. Mini-Doris on the other side, went to find another person, someone who would be very helpful to get her revenge.

Mini-Doris was thinking in that little child named Michael Yagoobian or Michael Jennings as he was called now that he was adopted… or Goob as everybody knew him. To find this little boy wasn't difficult, now all what was needed was to control him and use him to take revenge.

Very carefully, Mini-Doris approached to the boy dressed as a baseball player and once at his side, she stopped death, to appear being a normal bowler. As she hopped, Goob noticed her. He approached to her and caught her.

"Oh, look at that! It's a mini bowler! What is this doing here?"

Mini-Doris considered for a moment to convince little Goob in the same way Doris convinced adult Goob to team up and fulfill their shared plan of destroying Cornelius Robinson – and also mind controlling the entire humanity in Doris case… something adult Goob needn't to know about. On the other hand, if adult Goob would have followed the plan instead of acting on his own, Doris would be still alive. Remembering that, the idea to convince mini Goob was soon forgotten.

In addition, since past was changed, Goob didn't hate Cornelius Robinson here, so it was very unlikely Mini-Doris would manage to convince Goob to help her, she would have to use… a different way. With that idea in mind, Mini-Doris jumped from Goob's hands to his head to control him. The kid was so surprised that he could only left out a little scared scream.

Mini-Doris began to control de boy, it wasn't difficult… at least Mini-Doris hoped it wouldn't be difficult. The other times she controlled others, was she but with the adult version of Mike Yagoobian ordering to the controlled people. In this case, it was just she doing all the work, and Mini-Doris was aware that her control wouldn't probably be as strong as Doris', but she hoped her control over Goob would be enough to take her revenge.

"Well, it will work… it has to."

Wilbur arrived to were Lewis lives right now. How different his house looked in the past! There were a lot of changes his father would do in the future. And most likely, some of them were the ones Wilbur himself showed him when they both went to the future.

Thinking about that, Wilbur thought it would be better if only Lewis saw him. He didn't belong at this time after all. Suddenly, the entrance door opened and Lewis show up, carrying some plans, probably from the projects he had. Wilbur smiled, he almost called him with loud voice, almost.

It wouldn't be the best thing to scare your dad/best friend in your second time together. Approaching to him carefully, he cleared his throat to make him know he was there. Lewis stopped upon hearing there was someone behind him.

"Hy Lewis! How's everything going?"

The blond boy stopped death and turned completely surprised upon hearing the voice behind him.

"Wilbur? Oh, for Newton's apple!" the boy with glasses approached to the other one and hugged him effusively "What are you doing here? Please tell me you didn't get into trouble again… or maybe… am I doing something that could change the future again?"

Wilbur opened his eyes wide. What was his father er… Lewis er… Cornelius saying? He had to hurry to take this idea out of his mind as soon as possible.

"What?! No, of course not!" he answered shocking his head "I'm here just because I… well, I wanted to see you and… expend some time with you," he let out a soft laugh "maybe you don't remember it, but I told you, you were my best friend, and this didn't change."

Lewis opened his eyes wide, so wide that Wilbur feared he said something wrong, something that maybe-

"Wilbur, you've left me speechless."

"Few, it was just that." Thought the boy from the future more calmed now. He smiled proudly and pointed to himself.

"Oh, that's one of my greatest powers." He rubbed the back of his neck "Now, what do you say, is it okay with you if we expend the day together?"

"Yeah, why not? I guess mom and dad won't mind if I go out with a friend."

Wilbur laughed noisily this time.

"Oh, you call Grandpa Bud and Grandma Lucille dad and mom?"

"Of course! They adopted me! I'm their son now!"

Thinking on it, it was normal, but taking into account that Lewis met his parents in the future, it was kinda weird for Wilbur to hear him calling them mom and dad.

"Yeah, yeah, I got it. Well? Let's go?"

"Yes, let's go!"

Unknown for them, their time together wouldn't be a calm and relaxed time, quite the opposite. Someone was waiting to get her revenge on them, and she would do it, no matter what.

Wilbur and Lewis walked throw the streets talking about a hundred and one different things, without caring of anything else. They were enjoying this time together, and it seemed nobody would be able to ruin this.

Suddenly and without knowing where it came from, a couple of balloons filled with water impacted directly on their faces, letting them both completely wet. Lewis' glasses even fall to the grown, letting him temporary without vision. On the other side, as soon as he recovered, Wilbur tried to see who had attacked them, but he just could hear someone laughing, but was unable to see anybody.

"Lewis! Are you okay?" the blond boy was on all fours looking for his glasses. Wilbur helped him to find his glasses and then helped him to stand up.

"Yes, I'm fine… did you see who did that?"

"No, sorry. I just heard someone laughing, that's all." Admitted the boy from the future. Lewis adopted a thoughtful expression.

"Okay…" he began "I guess it was just a joker who wanted to annoy a random person and it turned out we were the ones this person chosen."

"Yes… it could be that." Both boys began to walk again, Wilbur suddenly raised his index finger "Or maybe, someone who hate us and seeks for revenge and this was just an advertisement that things will get worse… for us!"

Lewis stopped death looking at Wilbur with weird eyes.

"Oh, c'mon Wilbur, this is impossible!" he exclaimed "The only person who could have hate us… or more precisely me – since supposedly you haven't been born yet – is Goob. And I changed this helping Goob to wake up in the right moment so he and his team to win. He isn't mad with me anymore."

Wilbur adopted a thoughtful expression while considering his dad's young version words.

"Mmmm… maybe, but I think there is more here than we can see."

"Just let it go Wilbur, I'm sure nothing else will happen to us."

Immediately after finishing saying that, both boys tripped over a rope and fall to the street plenty of flour, and since they were still wet, the flour got attached to them.

The laugh was heard again, and this time, Wilbur was able to see a boy dressed as a baseball player running away.

"Okay, I guess I was wrong." Said Lewis standing up and beginning to remove the flour from him the best he could "There's someone after us, but who could it be?"

"I've seen someone dressed as a baseball player."

Lewis opened his eyes wide upon hearing this.

"Goob? This can't be! Goob and I are friends… or at least I thought we were."

"Apparently, he doesn't think the same."

"I-I don't understand…"

"We can ask him when we catch him. Come on, let's go."

The two boys began to walk again, but being this time more cautious about what they had around them, trying to figure out what would be the next Goob's movement. After a while where nothing happened, both boys decided to sit down and rest. They headed to a bank without paying attention, and just when they were about to sit, a pair of hands appeared putting a Whoopee cushion under each place where Wilbur and Lewis were going to rest. The immediate result was obvious, and so noisy that the two of them turned completely red in an instant.

Lewis recovered faster than Wilbur this time, and instantly looked around just in time to see Goob running away, but Lewis noticed something. He saw a little bowler on Goob's head.

"How is it possible?" thought the boy with blond hair.

"It's him! Come on, let's get him!"

"Wilbur, wait!"

Lewis hurried to prevent Wilbur from running after Goob.

"Lewis! What are you doing? We could have catch him and ask him why is he doing this!"

"Look… I've seen a mini-bowler on Goob's head." Lewis could see Wilbur's eyes open wide "I'm 95% sure he isn't doing this on his own will."

"Are you sure of that?"

"Yes, I know what I've seen. If we go after Goob right now, we're just following Doris' er- Mini-Doris plans, I guess. We've to be clever."

"Okay, what do you suggest?"

"Will attack when Mini-Doris will less expect it."

"And how do you suggest to do it?"

"I was thinking to do it at prank's style."

"Lewis, I like how you think."

Not long after, in front of a clothing store, Wilbur and Lewis presented themselves dressed up as mannequin, with a black cloth covering their faces. They seemed real mannequins. There they waited for Goob to appear. Fortunately, they needn't to wait really much. At some point, they saw Goob approach carrying a cube plenty of something, possibly for his new prank. But this time, Wilbur and Lewis were ready.

When Goob walked next to them, both boys screamed a "GOTCHA!" making Goob literally jump in fear. The cube he was carrying rose into the air and soon it content fell on Goob. The substance turned out to be honey.

Goob was so surprised that he couldn't react while Wilbur and Lewis couldn't help but start laughing noisily. The shorter boy looked at the other two with anger. Mini-Doris didn't expect they could do that, actually, Mini-Doris felt disappointed when she found out all the control, she could do to Goob was to make him bother the Robinsons with stupid pranks. Seriously? Pranks?

Wilbur soon recovered from his laugh attack and noticed Goob was about to scape.

"Oh no! this won't happen!"

As fast as the boy from the future could, he took of the mini-bowler from Goob's head, releasing him from Mini-Doris control.

Goob instantly blinked a few times, trying to make sense to what happened and the most important thing, try to get sense to the fact of being covered of honey. He looked around him and saw Lewis still laughing. Was all of it part of a stupid joke from Lewis part? Unbelievable! How could he do something like this to him? What had Goob done to Lewis or his new friend?

"Lewis? What does all this mean? Why did you and your friend do this to me?"

"What? Oh no, Goog, you're wrong, let me explain you."

"I hope it'll be a good explanation."

Between Lewis and Wilbur explained to the other boy all what happened and how Mini-Doris – who was actually destroyed – was controlling him and forcing him to play pranks on them and they did what they did to stop her continue controlling him.

"This is the most weird and incredible thing I've ever hear. I don't believe it."

Lewis and Wilbur shared a look and smiled each other.

"Would you believe I came from the future?"

"What?! This is impossible!"

"Oh my friend, we've a lot to show you." Said Wilbur crossing his arms.

Goob turned to Lewis.

"How did you meet this boy?"

"It's a long story."
