Third Person's P.O.V

King Simba was showing his daughter Kiara, their whole kingdom from the top of Pride Rock. "Everything the light touches is part of our kingdom. The Pride Lands. Ruling it is a big responsibility, Kiara. And someday, when you're queen…"

"Heads up! Incoming!" Kion, Simba's son yells out, as a baobab fruit hits him on the nose.

"Kion!" Kiara complains to her brother.

Kion stops and turns around. "Oh! Sorry, Dad. Me and Bunga were playing Baobab ball, and..."

"Kion couldn't handle the pass!" Bunga, a honey badger, jumps over Kion.

"What? A giraffe couldn't handle it. You kicked it over my head." The lion cub complains.

"Kion!" Simba yells.

"And you couldn't handle it!" Bunga laughs.

"Bunga…" Simba warns.

"Yeah? Try to handle this!" Bunga pounces on Kion and they start wrestling. Kiara looks at the friends and sighs, thinking how immature they are.

"Boys!" The King reprimands.

Kion lets go of the Baobab fruit and slouches in front of his father. "Whoa!" Bunga shouts in surprise.

"Kion, I need to talk to your sister. She'll be tracking gazelles with her friends today." Simba informs.

Kiara chuckles a bit, "Because I'm training to be..."

"Queen of the Pride Lands. Yeah, yeah. I know all about it, Kiara." Kion cuts his sister off sounding annoyed.

"At least I have my life figured out. What are you gonna grow up to be, little brother?" Kiara asks, smirking at Kion.

"Happy?" Kion answers. (…*Busts out laughing*. Kiara you are going to need a lot of aloe buettneri for that large and sweet burn)

"All right you two, that's enough." Simba says, trying to diffuse the situation, by nosing his son away from the future queen. "Kion, why don't you and Bunga go play somewhere else?"

Bunga runs to the edge of the rock. "Yeah! I know the perfect place!" He looks out over the savannah with the fruit above his head, imitating Rafiki. "Hey, Kion!" He screeches. "You'll never get the baobab fruit, no."

"Ha! You got nowhere to go, Bunga!"

"Says you! Zuka Zama!" Bunga laughs as he jumps clear off Pride Rock into a tree, where he lands standing on a rock. "Catch me if you can, Kion!" He adds before catching the Baobab fruit

"Game on, Bunga! Later, Dad. Have fun tracking those gazelle, Kiara. I gotta get Bunga!" Kion yells to his family as he runs down Pride Rock.

Kiara sighs in annoyance. "I can't believe we're related."

"Kion will grow up someday. I hope." Simba says, looking up at the sky, hoping that the Great Kings of the Past would give him the answer.

Kion chases Bunga through the pride lands, passing a herd of giraffes. Bunga passes the fruit to Kion and vice-versa while weaving in between the herd. Bunga takes the fruit and runs off again, this time towards a flock of egrets. Ono, one of their friends sees them and yells out to his flock. "Everyone! Scatter!" They all fly up just in time for Bunga to slide on the ground. Kion isn't as lucky and his sight gets impaired by the birds. They pass by Rafiki, the royal mjuzi's, tree making the mandrill laugh in delight.

The two friends continue on jumping over a watering hole using the hippo's backs as a bridge. Beshte, a young hippo notices them and calls them out by name. At the edge of the watering hole, Makuu the crocodile gets pounced on his head by the honey badger. Makuu then turns around and stops Kion with a warning growl, making the young prince stop in his tracks. Bunga, who is watching all of this instead of where he is going, trips over a cobra named Ushari, twisting his tail and forcing the fruit in his mouth. (I don't really like snakes all that much, but I feel really bad for Ushari. He is just in the wrong place at the wrong time.) Bunga takes the fruit out of the dizzy reptile. Said snake almost gets taken out again as Kion sails over him.

The lion cub continues to chase his friend through the grass, but his sight gets impaired again when a young cheetah named Fuli passes by. Bunga, who had seen her coming, grabbed a hold of her as she passed. Kion stops and turns to see the silhouette of Bunga riding Fuli. Even though Bunga laughs, the cheetah doesn't find it funny that she is being ridden like…some….animal. (I didn't mean for that to come out like it did.) She slams on the brakes and bucks Bunga off. He rolls down the hill losing the fruit in the process. A loud "Ouch" can be heard.

Atiena's P.O.V

Kion pounces on the badger, "Gotcha now, Bunga!"

"Guys!" I yell out looking out from the tall grass. "I came out here for the peace and quiet."

"Sorry Atiena." Kion and Bunga say.

"You better be. I could feel both of your steps all across the savannah." I complain, rubbing my eye. They ignore me and look to see the baobab fruit off to the side and both decide they still wanted it.

Bunga leapfrogs over the lion just as he puts the fruit in his mouth. "Not yet! Cheka, cheka, cheka!" Bunga chants as he tickles Kion on the belly.

"Stop it! Bunga!" Kion pleads. Bunga does just that and chases after the rolling fruit. I just watch the boys play, knowing I'm not going back to sleep anytime soon.

"Got it!" Bunga spoke too soon as his friend tackled him. "Whoa..."

"Aww. It rolled into the Outlands. Game over." Kion informs.

"Oh, that's too bad Kion." I sarcastically say.

"Says who? I'm not afraid of the Outlands." Bunga defends.

"Neither am I! It's just….My dad! He says we shouldn't…"

"Oh Puh-leeze! Simba's a big ol' scaredy cat when it comes to the Outlands." Bunga says.

"You know that's no way to talk about the King."

"And Kion, you know what my uncles always say!" Bunga says before jumping off the cliff.

"Hakuna matata." Kion groans slightly. Bunga gets caught by a tree branch. "Bunga? You look a little stuck." Kion adds scoffing a bit. I'm chuckling quietly behind him.

"You kidding. It's just a tree branch. Zuka Zama."

"You know he is going to get himself into trouble, right?" I inform.

"Yeah, but…"

"I know. I know. Simba will get upset. He's just trying to protect you." I try to reassure him. "If it'll make you feel better, I'll go down there and help him."

"Asante." Kion smiles at me. I smile back before hopping down to the outlands.

Janja's P.O.V

I chomp down on a bare bone, making sure I got everything left, while my crew whimper, waiting for a turn eating. "Oh! 'Fraid there's no meat left for you boys." I announce, licking the bone once more. They all whine, upset that they can eat.

"Janja, Janja! A baobab fruit!" Cheezi cheers.

"Let's eat it! I'm starvelated!" Chungu adds.

"What do you take me for, a vegetarian? I want something nice and meaty for lunch! Something…" I get occupied by a butterfly fly in the corner of my eye. I try to bite it, but it disappears. "Huh? Where'd it go…" All the hyenas start laughing at me. "What? What's so funny? What are you laughing at? Tell me!" I see something off in the distance. Jumping off the rock, I yell at my crew. "Stuff it, fur brains! Look…. A honey badger." I lick my lips. "Now that's my idea of a delightful lunch!" I knock the bone away from me, two of the hyenas start attacking it. "Chungu! Cheezi! Bring him to me!" I order. They run off to do as I commanded, and probably fail. "Enzi make sure they don't mess up." I add looking at who I consider my second-in-command.

Atiena's P.O.V

"Hurry up and find the fruit Bunga. We don't want the hyenas to know we're here." I explain. Just after saying that I feel other padsteps coming our way.

"Ah, here we go." Bunga picks up the fruit.

"Great now let's go before…."

"Heyvi Kabisa. Bunga, Atiena, heads up."

"Don't worry Kion. I already know."

"Yeah, she gets Hakuna…Matata." Bunga starts before turning and becoming nose to nose with a hyena.

"That's not what I was meaning Bunga."

"Get outta there, you two!" Kion tries to tell us.

"Ok, hyena. You wanna see what this honey badger's made of? I'll show you what I'm made of!" Cheezi and Chungu start laughing as the latter grabs Bunga by the scruff. "Hey, lemme go so I can show that other guy what I'm made of!" Bunga whines trying to sound tough.

"Hyenas! Put Bunga down! Pick on somebody your own size!"

"Oh good idea, Kion, you want the honey badger? Come and get him. We'll deal with the lioness while we wait."

"Oh, don't even think that I'll go down without a fight." I sneer. I try to get closer to Bunga but another hyena, Enzi, stops me.

"Let him go! You hyenas don't want any trouble with my dad."

"Seriously, Kion. Pulling out the dad card." I mutter.

"Ooh. Like how you'd get into trouble if you came into the Outlands?" Cheezi jokes and starts laughing again.

"Uhh, Kion?" Bunga starts, knowing that making fun of the royal family gets under Kion's fur.

"He's too afraid to come down here." Chungu's voice is muffled by his teeth still holding Bunga.

"'Fraidy cat!" Cheezi and Chungu start chanting.

"All right, yeah. Fun's over. Janja needs his lunch." Enzi announces. (I can't see a fur-brain hyena like Cheezi saying this.)

"Lunch?" Bunga questions, scared.

"No!" Kion and I yell. I knock Enzi right in the snout and rush over to Bunga, just as Kion lets out an incredibly loud roar. I look up and see lions in the clouds and a burnt yellow mark on Kion's shoulder blade.

"No way." I say astound. Chungu drops Bunga and I am brought out of my thoughts as Bunga shoves the fruit in his former captors open mouth and jumps on Cheezi's head. "See ya, hyena! Wouldn't want to be ya!"

"Bye Enzi." I wave, climbing up the cliff after Bunga.

"Heyvi kabisa! What was that?"

"Dang Kion, that was incredible." I say as I pull myself up onto the ridge.

"Zuka Zama! Kion, how'd you roar like that?"

"I dunno, Bunga. Wish I did, though."

"Well however you did it, it was un-bunga-lievable!" Bunga shouts as we head back to Pride Rock.

Third Person's P.O.V

"That was Kion's roar?" Nala asks from the tip of Pride Rock.

"Yes, Nala, yes! He is ready! It is time!" Rafiki announces, laughing.

"Eh, no, Rafiki. He can't possibly be ready. He's still a cub." Simba belittles his son.

"Simba, Simba. You heard the Roar!" Rafiki explains.

"I heard it. It's just... It's a big responsibility. I need more time to prepare him." Simba explains.

"I think you've just run out of time Simba. You need to tell him." Nala informs him.

"But, Nala…" Simba whines to his wife.

"Listen to Rafiki, Simba." She interrupts him.

"Kion is ready. It is time." The mandrill confirms.

"Time for what?" Kion asks as he, Bunga and Atiena pad up the rock. "Dad, Rafiki what's going on." Rafiki nudges Simba and gets a glare in response.

"Son we need to talk…"

"Oh no. Dad, we already had that talk. 'Can you feel the love tonight…' I know all about that mushy stuff!" Kion quickly sings the line and blushes right after.

Simba laughs. "I... Well...It's not that, Kion."

"No, no. Most definitely not that. We have heard your Roar! Yes, yes!" Rafiki smirks.

"Yeah. It was, uh, kinda different today." Kion answers, confused.

"Different? Different you say?" Rafiki chuckles. He jumps over to the edge of Pride Rock. "It is more than different. It is the Roar of the Elders! When you use it, the great lions of the Pride Lands' past roar with you."

"What? You mean that's what happened to my roar?" Kion asks.

"Yeah, lions in the sky, I saw that."

"And I saw a mark glow on Kion's shoulder, but it disappeared when the lions did."

"The Roar of the Elders is a great gift, Kion. It will make you the fiercest animal in the Pride Lands. But..." Simba starts to inform.

"But what?" Kion asks. Simba looks over to Rafiki for help.

"Ugh, enough of the secrecy. Just tell us already." Atiena groans.

"Simba, it is you who must tell Kion about the Lion Guard." Rafiki says, defeating the purpose of Simba 'telling his son'.

"The Lion Guard? What's that?" Atiena asks. Rafiki raises his eyebrow at the young lioness.

"This way, Kion." Simba announces.

"Uh, okay..."

"You as well young Atiena." Rafiki adds. The five of them all head down Pride Rock.

"Oh, come on, Rafiki. You already know what it is, don'cha? Come on, tell me..." Bunga pleads to the mandrill. The king leads them to a dead end.

"Huh?" Kion asks, confused.

"It's a bunch of vines?" Bunga questions.

"Rafiki?" Simba nods to the vines.

"Whoa!" Kion and Atiena are appalled.

"Look at that!" Bunga adds. They all walk into the cave.

"How did I not know this was here? Dad, what is this place?" Kion asks looking around.

Atiena and Kion catch up to Simba. "This is the Lion Guard Lair. It's the secret meeting place for the members of the Lion Guard."

Bunga moves some vines out of the way disturbing the dust. "Ugh! Maybe they should think about fixin' the place up. Or at least do some dusting..."

"Hmm, yes." Rafikia pops out from nowhere, startling Bunga. Rafiki runs over to the pile of rocks. Bunga looks over at Atiena, who just shrugs, getting used to Rafiki's different way of communication. Rafiki points his bakora staff towards an opening between the rocks. Sun beams break through the opening, blowing away all the broken branches and lone leaves, as well as brightening up the lair.

"Ah! That's more like it. Can you show that trick to my Uncle Timon and Uncle Pumbaa?" Bunga asks, looking around. Rafiki makes a noise that sounds like half snort and half chuckle.

"Dad, enough with all the secrecy stuff! You gotta tell me. What is the Lion Guard?" Kion looks at the wall of paintings.

Simba pads over to the wall and shows his son the lion from one of the guards, pointing out each guard member as he calls them out. "The Lion Guard is the team that protects the Pride Lands and defends the Circle of Life. According to tradition, the Lion Guard is made of the Pride Lands' fiercest, bravest, fastest, strongest, and keenest of sight."

"So, what happened to them? It looks like they haven't been in here since... Forever!" Kion asks looking around at the liar.

Simba looks at the ground, solemn. "I'm afraid it's a story without a happy ending." Rafiki touches the wall with his bakora staff. The paintings all light-up and are outlined.

"Whoa! Whoa!" The two young lions and Bunga are amazed.

Simba walks over to the wall and starts to tell the history of the Roar. The picture of Mufasa starts to move and shows what Simba explains. "When your grandfather Mufasa was about your age, his younger brother, Scar, was leader of the Lion Guard. Scar also had the gift of the Roar. The Roar made Scar feel powerful. But that power went to Scar's head. He began to think that he should be king, instead of his older brother Mufasa. So, Scar ordered the Lion Guard to help him take down Mufasa. When the Guard refused, Scar was furious. And then, Scar used the Roar to destroy the Lion Guard. What Scar didn't realize was that by using the Roar for evil, he would lose the power of the Roar completely." A picture of Scar curled up in front of a cave with glowing red eyes shining through the darkness ends the story.

Kion is in shock, "Heyvi kabisa..."

"Yeah..."

"What you said."

"The Roar is a very powerful gift. It can be used for great good." Rafiki pokes Kion in the chest lightly with his staff. "But it can also lead to terrible evil."

"Well, I'd never be like Scar. Ever!" Kion proudly states looking back at his dad.

"I'm glad to hear that, son." Simba starts off sternly, then smiles. "Because starting today, you are the leader of the new Lion Guard."

"I'm the what?" Kion asks in surprise.

Rafiki gets in Kion's face. "You heard Simba. Ha-ha! The leader of the new Lion Guard! It is you!" He places his hand on Kion's nape, getting even more in Kion' personal bubble. "Yes! It. Is. You!"

"Dad?"

Simba smiles, confirming. "It's true, Kion."

"Wow... Amazing!"

"It is. And now, as leader of the Guard, I need you to assemble the Pride Lands' bravest, fastest, strongest, and keenest of sight."

"Okay Dad got it. Don't worry. I'm gonna make you proud" Kion says as he runs out of the lair.

Simba sees the honey badger still standing in front of him, staring at him. "Yes, Bunga."

"This is un-Bunga-lievable." Bunga shouts out as he follows the new leader of the Lion Guard.

"I'll go watch them, who knows what trouble those two will get into." Atiena tells Simba. "Boys, wait up." She yells running after them. As she passes by a wall with lichen covering it. A spot on the wall started to glow.

"You see Simba, now Kion will choose the best lions in the Pride for the guard." Rafiki reassures the king.

"I hope so Rafiki, I'm still not sure he's ready." Simba answers before they notice the glow. Rafiki pulls the lichen back. Both males gasp in surprise. This could change everything they've ever known about the guard.

Atiena's P.O.V

Kion ends up at a watering hole. He looks down at all the animals that are enjoying the hole. "Wow! Me! Leader of the Lion Guard… Protectors of the Pride Lands!" Kion sighs looking down at his reflection in the water. "It's kinda scary."

"Don't worry Kion I'm sure you'll be great." I reassure him as I pad up behind him. Kion flinches a bit, not hearing me coming.

"You're getting better at sneaking, Atiena."

"I don't mean to sneak up on you."

"Hey Kion!" Bunga yells as he slides past and lands into water, soaking Kion and I.

"Bunga!" We complain.

"Ready to start assembling the Lion Guard? Huh? Now? Yeah? Huh?" Bunga asks as he continues to splash us.

"Yes! Augh! Just stop splashing us!" Kion says as I shake the water off my fur.

"Splashing? Oh. Sorry, Kion, Atiena." Bunga apologizes.

"Msamaha kukbalika*" I answer quickly.

"Hakuna matata, Bunga. Now c'mon! Time to assemble the Lion Guard!" Kion shouts we run off.

"Dad said the Lion Guard needs the Pride Lands' bravest, strongest, fastest, and keenest of sight. So I think I'll go ask the bravest animal in the Pride Lands first." Kion decides as he and I pad side by side in front of Bunga. I give a knowing look as Kion smirks out of the corner of his eye.

"Kion, wait! Before you go asking whoever you think is the bravest, think about this... I might not be the biggest honey badger….."

"Bunga."

"….But I know what's in my heart….."

"Bunga!"

"…..And I'm not afraid of anything, or anyone!"

"I know, Bunga. That's why..." Kion starts.

"I'll help the Lion Guard fight hyenas. Or jackals! Or crocodiles! Or vultures! Or great big rockslides or wildfires or floods! I will stand with the Lion Guard! I'll never give up! I'll, I'll..." Mzingo scoffs at the mention of his race. I quickly clamp Bunga's mouth shut.

"Why don't you stop talking so I can ask you to join the Lion Guard?"

I release Bunga so he can answer. "Say what..."

"Come on, Bunga! You're the bravest animal I know! I want you to be the first to join the new Lion Guard."

Bunga jumps in the air. "Zuka Zama!"

"You couldn't have made a better choice. We're gonna make a great team. I can't wait to tell Uncle Timon and Uncle Pumbaa." We are interrupted when they hear a panicked yell.

"Guys! Do you hear that?" Bunga asks.

"Yeah, but they're not on solid ground. I can't feel anything." I explain, digging my claws in the dirt a bit. The boys rush up the path to the top of the hill.

"...little help?" They finally hear a voice.

"Sounds like Kiara's friend, Zuri..." Kion groans. I roll my eyes coming up behind them.

"And she needs help. Our help! It's our first adventure! Lion Guard to the rescue!" Bunga shouts.

"Lion Guard to the rescue?" Kion questions.

"First adventure?" I wonder.

"Hey, Bunga wait up!"

Third Person's P.O.V

"Hold still, Zuri. Timon and Pumbaa said they know how to help." Tiffu, one of Kiara's friends, reassures her.

"Where am I gonna go, Tiifu? I'm stuck..." Zuri whines.

"You wouldn't be stuck if you didn't keep stopping to sharpen your claws on every other tree." Kiara points out.

"But Kiara, if I don't keep them sharp, they don't stay shiny!" Zuri looks at her other paw's claws as they shine in the sun.

"Don't worry, ladies. Me and Pumbaa have everything under control." A meerkat, Timon. and warthog, Pumbaa, come up. Pumbaa is holding a stick in his mouth. He tosses it to Timon.

"Timon's right. We used to help Simba get his claws out of logs all the time." Timon places the stick under one of Zuri's claws, trying to pry them off the log.

"And you're sure about this?" Kiara questions.

Timon steps back so Pumbaa can grab the stick. "Sure, I'm sure. If it weren't for us, your dad would still be stuck to a tree somewhere. Ready, Pumbaa?"

"Ready!"

"Okay, on three. One... Two..."

"Stand back, Pride Landers! Bunga of the Lion Guard is here!"

"What!" Kiara asks, shocked.

"Bunga!" Pumbaa turns around quickly, accidently hitting Zuri, causing her claw to break.

"Ow! My claw! Whoa..." Zuri falls off the log into a rotting one below. "Creepy crawly bugs!" She kicks herself out of the log and ends up with one on her nose. "Ew!"

Timon looks at all the bugs flying around him. "Zuri! You hit the jackpot!"

"It's a smorgasbord!" Both of them jump into the log and start to eat the bugs.

"Hang on, Zuri! I'll save you!" Bunga starts to jump in after them.

Kiara places her paw in front of him. "Okay, Bunga. You've done enough saving for one day." She says with a smile, trying not to sound rude.

Atiena's P.O.V

Kion and I finally show up. "Bunga, I... Whoa."

"What's going on?" I ask when we see Bunga looking at the three lioness below him and Pumbaa headfirst in a log. We jump down to get a better look.

"Oh! I broke a claw! It hurts!" Zuri whines.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me." I mutter under my breath.

"Oh, hey, Kiara. How'd the gazelle tracking go?" Kion asks.

Kiara sighs. "We never got to the gazelles. Zuri got her claws stuck in a tree." She slightly glares at her friend.

Pumbaa, laughing, pops his head out from the log, with Timon on his head. "And then she fell face first into a log full of bugs! Mmm, mmm, mmm!" They both start eating the bugs again.

"Bugs are so gross!" Zuri complains, as all the lions, except for me, winch at the sight.

Timon jumps off Pumbaa's head, grabbing a bug from the side of the log and eats it whole. "Mmm... And so delicious!" He sees another one by Zuri and rushes over. "Ooh, look. Another one." He hops on my head and grabs a green bug from behind Zuri's ear.

Zuri screams again "Get it, get it away!" She tries to get up to get away from Timon but falls, whining about her paw. (As you probably already can tell, I don't like Zuri all that much. She is the stereotypical girl that all she cares about is beauty. If it were possible, I wouldn't have my eyes now due to how many times I rolled them at her watching this for the first time. Ok sorry for the rant back to the story.)

Bunga runs down the hill. "Hey, everyone. Everyone! Listen to this! Simba just put Kion in charge of the new Lion Guard!"

"Lion Guard? What's a Lion Guard?" Kiara asks her brother.

"Dad just told me about it. The Lion Guard is the team that protects the Pride Lands and defends the Circle of Life! And I'm it's new leader!" He states proudly.

"I'm gonna be on the Lion Guard, too! It's un-Bunga-lievable!"

Kiara chuckles, "You and Bunga? Protecting the Pride Lands? Does Dad know about this?"

"Well actually there are more members to add to the Guard." I try to put in, but Kion interrupts me, still acting proud.

"'Dad' told me to assemble the Pride Lands' best."

"And I'm the best. Just ask me!" I shake my head at Bunga's comment.

"Well, if you ask me, it sounds like it might be dangerous." Pumbaa announces, sounding like a concerned uncle.

"It's worse than that, Pumbaa. It sounds like work." Timon adds.

"Yeah! It's both!" Bunga informs, happily.

"Eek... Work." Timon shuns away.

"Gee, Bunga. I dunno..."

"Uncle Pumbaa, Uncle Timon, please?" Bunga pleads.

"Work? Danger? Definitely not. Have you forgotten our problem-free philosophy? It means no worries..." Timon tries to convince his charge by explaining their motto again.

"I know it's not Hakuna matata, Uncle Timon. It's, it's... Zuka Zama!" Bunga informs.

"Zuka Zama?" Kiara questions.

Timon points at him as a warning. "Don't ask!"

"What's Zuka Zama?" Tiifu ignores the meerkat.

Bunga grabs Timon, shaking him around. "What's Zuka Zama? What's Zuka Zama?" He front flips to a rock. "I'll tell you all about Zuka Zama!"

"You had to ask!" Timon groans from the ground.

Bunga ends the song by high-five both Kion and Atiena.

"Meh. Zuka palooka. I still don't think Bunga should be signing up for some jungle patrol." Timon says.

"Lion Guard!" Bunga corrects defensively.

"Whatever you call it."

"Timon, Pumbaa, please. I really do need Bunga on the Lion Guard. He's the bravest animal I know." Kion explains.

"Bravest animal you know?" Timon repeats astounded.

"He's brave, all right. Brave bordering on stupid." Kiara mutters to her friends.

"Thanks, Kiara!" Bunga says, thinking the comment was a complement.

"Well, when you put it that way..." Pumbaa starts.

"Congratulations, Bunga! We always knew you had it in you!" Timon shakes hands with the honey badger.

"Oh, brother! Kion's gonna wreck the Pride Lands before I even get to be Queen."

Atiena places her paw on Kiara's shoulder, "Don't worry Kiara, you know I'm gonna be with them. No matter if I'm on the guard or not."

"Oh, Bunga. I'm so proud, I could..." Pumbaa breaks wind, the reeds behind him fall to the side. "Oops. Sorry."

"Zuri, let's get you back to Pride Rock." Kiara says as her and her friends look at Pumbaa in disgust.

"We're outta here!"

"I better go assemble the rest of my team..." Kion says as he runs off.

"Wait, Kion! The Lion Guard needs to stick together." Bunga chases after the lion.

"Here we go again. See ya later, Timon, Pumbaa." Atiena says as she runs off to catch up with the boys.

"Was It something I said?" Pumbaa asks.
