Chapter 1: Moving in + Day of the Living Gelatin

One morning, a blue car is driving into a town called Danville of the Tri-State Area. Behind them is a moving van that is bringing their furniture, and their other belongings. In the car is a family of three, the Harpers.

There is a mother named Colette. She is tall, fair skin, short brown hair, and brown eyes. She will be wearing a blue suit jacket and skirt, a white shirt, black heel shoes.

The eldest daughter, Kenzie who is fifteen years old. She has hazel eyes, fair color skin, and long black hair in a ponytail braid. She wears a white shirt with a shooting star on it and a red jacket, blue skinny jeans, and black slip on shoes. She is also wearing a star necklace and a star on the ponytail.

Finally, the youngest, Sophie, eight years old. She has long brown hair in a braid, fair skin, with Hazel color eyes. She wears a light purple blouse and a blue skirt, along with purple slip on shoes. She also wears a flower bracelet and a flower necklace. She is looking a little disappointed.

Kenzie asks, "Hey Sophie, what's the matter?"

"Because we're moving to a new place and there will be no one for me to play with. That's why," Sophie says.

"Don't worry sweetie, I know that moving to a new place is hard, but you'll be able to make new friends," Colettet says.

"Yeah. Who knows, maybe the neighbors have kids who are our age," Kenzie says.

"I guess," Sophie shows a small smile.

Then turns to his mom, "How long is it until we're at our new hours."

"Yeah. It's boring sitting in the car for a long time since we moved," Kenzie says.

"We'll be there soon," Colette says.

Sophie turns to Kenzie, "Do you think the kids in this neighborhood will like me?"

"I'm sure they will. And we'll have all summer to make friends before we start school," Kenzie says.

"I suppose," Sophie says, still sounding glum.

The car continues to drive through the neighborhood to their new house.

Meanwhile, in the house that is owned by the Flynn-Fletcher Family, a teenage girl with red hair and a long neck named Candace the eldest, is having an event with her two friends, a black haired girl named Stacey, and a long brown haired girl named Jenny.

"As president of the Healthy Dessert Club, I declare that nothing says low-calorie, non-fat more than gelatin," Candace says.

Stacy looks at Candace suspiciously, "You wouldn't have started this club because gelatin is Jeremy's favorite dessert, would you?"

"What? No!" Candace quickly says, and opens the draw.

She hears chattering and turns to see a platypus in the cabinet, Perry, the family's pet.

Candace says in disgust, "Ew! Gross! Phineas and Ferb! Your smelly rodent pet is germing up the cabinets! Where are those two?"

Suddenly, the two brothers appear behind Candace.

"Right here, Candace," Phineas says.

Candace turns around to see them in shock, "But how? How did you get there? How did you get where you are so fast?"

"Oh, we're just putting the finishing touches on our molecular transporter," Phineas says, holding the remote.

Then asks, "Would you like to try?"

"Do I look like someone who wants their moleculars transported? Now get that stinky pet out of our cabinets and go scramble your molecules somewhere else!" Candace denies.

Phineas turns to see the pet in question, "Oh, there you are, Perry."

He takes him out of the drawer and says to his sister, "Bye, Candace!"

Then they begin to teleport.

Jenny holds the grape gelatin, "Would you guys like to try some of our gelatin?"

"Okay!" Phineas says, canceling the teleport.

Candace quickly says, "No, wait! They'll just end up doing something weird and ruin the party!"

"How is sharing gelatin with them gonna ruin the party?" Jenny questions.

Candace eyes twitch and tries to find an answer, "Some... how?"

"You want cherry or grape?" Stacy asks.

"Grape, please," Phineas answers.

Soon, Phineas and Ferb take a piece off of it.

"No, wait," Candace quickly says, but her brothers eat the treat.

As they eat Candace watch in horrors

"Thanks, guys," Phineas says.

Seeing nothing happened, Candace says, "Well, I guess that wasn't too weird."

Suddenly, turns her head to see her brother bouncing the gelatin.

"It's as fun to eat as the crazy, fun things you can do with it," Phineas says.

"The cartilaginous fibers from the bovine patella structure, that gelatin's extracted from, gives it that fun, bouncy quality," Ferb replies as he bounces on the gelatin.

"What did I tell you? Weird. Now, let the professional handle this before it gets out of hand," Candace says to her friends.

Then walks to her brothers, "Why don't you make your own gelatin and leave us alone?"

Phineas and Ferb stop playing, and Phineas says, "Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today."

"Wait! I'm not finished!" Candace says.

"Bye, Candace," Phineas says as he and Ferb run off.

Candace continues."Stay away from me and my friends and my gelatin that I don't want ruined with your ruiny ruinness."

Then turns to her friends who have confused expressions, "What?"

Across the street from their house, the moving van and the Harper family's car arrive at their new house. It's a brown color that has a flat roof on and a large stone path and bushes at front. It's next to a house that is divided from a fence.

Colette walks out of the car as she says, "Okay kids, we're at our new house."

Kenzie and Sophie walk out of the car to see their new house.

"The house looks nice," Kenzie says.

"Yeah. It looks nice," Sophie says.

"Well then, it's good that we start unpacking our things and get them in the house," Colette says.

With that, the Harper Family begins to bring their things into their new home. The movers help bring the furniture into the living room, dining room, and the bedrooms. Sophie and Kenzie have their rooms next to each other while their mom's is down the hall. Sometime later, the Harper family has finished moving their things into their house, and so Colette is going to do some shopping and buy dinner for the night. She walks in the back to see the girls playing catch."

Colette says, "Okay kids, I'll be back a little later after getting a few things. What would you like for dinner?"

"Can we have some pizza tonight?" Sophie asks.

"Sure. I can go for some pizza," Kenzie says.

"Okay. I'll be back later. There are some snacks in the kitchen if you're hungry. Have fun," Colette says.

"Bye mom!" The girls say.

Colette heads to the car and drives off to take care of some errands.

Sophie turns her head to notice something odd, "Hey sis, what's that?"

Kenzie turns her head to see a rod that has a rope attached to a box that is labeled gelatin.

"What's that?" Kenzie asks.

"Can we check it out?" Sophie asks with a smile.

"I suppose. Let's see," Kenzie says.

Sophie and Kenzie take a peek on what is on the other side. They see Phineas along with a girl named Isabella, the Fireside girls, a boy in blue overalls named Baljeet.

Phineas says, "Hey, Isabella. Thanks for letting us use your pool as the largest gelatin mold ever."

"You bet," The girl, Isabella says.

Phineas then uses a megaphone and calls out, "Ferb, release the gelatin mix."

Ferb then uses the crane to put the purple gelatin mix into the pool.

Baljeet asks, "Ooh, ooh, ooh, may I add some of my favorite flavor?"

"Sure, buddy," Phineas says.

Baljeet hurries to the pool and pours his gelatin.

Phineas then calls out with the megaphone, "Stirring team, commence mixing operations."

"Aye, aye!" The Fireside girls say, and begin to stir with paddle boats.

While they mix the gelatin, Krnzie and Sophie are curious to see what they're doing.

"Wonder what they're doing?" Kenzie questions.

"It looks fun," Sophie says.

Suddenly, Phineas and Isabella walk over to them.

"Hi are you our neighbors?" Phineas replies.

"Yes. I'm Sophie," Sophie happily says.

"And I'm her older sister, Kenzie," Kenzie says.

"I'm Phineas and that's Isabella," Phineas says.

"Hello. It's nice to meet you. So you're the new neighbors moving next to my house?" Isabella replies.

"That's right," Kenzie says.

"Now that you're here, we're making a giant gelatin so we can bounce on it," Phineas says.

"Like a trampoline?" Kenzie asks.

"Yeah," Phineas says.

Sophie turns to Kenzie, "Can we sis?"

"Hmm, I suppose we could, but remember to be careful. I never bounced on a gelatin before," Kenzie says.

"Come on over and you can bounce with us," Isabella says.

"Sure," The girls answer.

Isabella opens the door that is on the fence allowing them entry.

Phineas looks around and wonders, "Hey, where's Perry?"

With no one around, Perry the Platypus puts on his brown fedora and secretly goes into the flower put to go to the lair of his secret job, a secret agent. Suddenly he finds himself sitting in a pink chair that is small along with a pink, purple and other bright color lair.

A woman named Wanda Acronym is on the screen giving the orders, "Ah, Agent P, glad you're here. Professor Poofenplotz has replaced all the fine handbags in the Tri-State area–"

When she looks down she notices it's not who she expects, "Good grief! Perry the Platypus, what are you doing here? Your lair is across the street. Good day to you, sir."

Perry is soon sucked into the tub and Pinky the Chihuahua, Isabella's pet comes down and sits on the chair.

Wanda happily says, "Ah. Agent Pinky, finally."

Soon, Perry ends up in his secret lair across the street. On the screen is Major Monogram, his boss.

"Ah, there you are, Agent P. I hear you took a wrong tube and ended up over in Wanda's division," Major Monogram says, as Perry walks over and sits down on his seat.

"Well, Doofenshmirtz has sent you a video message. Take a look," Monogram says.

Then plays a video of a scientist with brown hair and a pointy nose, Hienz Doofenshmirtz. He is sitting at a table with a tea set and some tea cakes.

In the video, Doofenshmirtz says, "Thanks Monogram. Oh, hello, Perry the Platypus. I'm sure you're getting this. I– I was hoping you would stop by today for some tea. See, I've got all these little tea things set out and ready and, um... Uh, please use the front entrance, Perry the Platypus, because– Uh, because, uh, all the other entrances don't work today. So its back to you monogram. bye-bye. I'll see you later today! Coming in through the front entrance."

The video then comes to an end and Major Monogram again appears on the screen.

Monogram says, "So you see, Doofenshmirtz has invited you to tea. We don't know what it could possibly mean. We think– But don't hold us to this. We think that maybe, just maybe, it could be a trap. We do, however, like to give people the benefit of the doubt, uh, so try to have fun. Monogram out."

Song:

Doo be doo be doo ba doo be doo be doo ba

Doo be doo be doo ba

Perry!

Perry then brings out a brown backpack and leaves through the hatch on the ceiling. He comes out through the roof and in the air, it opens a hang glider. Then Perry begins to fly to Doofenshmirtz home.

Meanwhile, Phones, Ferb, Isabella, and the others, including Sophie and Kenzie are standing in front of the pool,

"How's it lookin', Phineas?" Isabella asks.

"Looks good. And judging by my chronometer here, it should be just about time," Phineas says, and looks at his watch.

Sophie turns to Kenzie and asks, "Can I bounce on it too?"

"I don't know," Kenzie says, concerned.

"Don't worry Kenzie, it will be fun," Phineas says.

"Okay, but hold on to my hand," Kenize says.

"Okay," Sophie happily says.

"Now that is settled, there's only one thing to do now," Phineas says.

"You mean test the resiliency of our cartilaginous collusion with vigorous application of weight and velocity?" Baljeet asks.

"Exactly. Let's jump on it," Phineas says.

Everyone including Kenzie and Sophie bounce on the gelatin and they cheer and scream with excitement.

Meanwhile Candace and the girls are still holding their gelatin club meeting.

"And now for the themed gelatin sculpture part of our get-together. Stacy," Candace says.

Stacy made orange gelatin in the shape of heel shoes.

"I made a pair of shoes. You know, 'cause I like shoes," Stacy says.

"Nicely done. And how about yours, Jenny?" Candace replies.

"Jenny is a green dove holding a stick.

"Well, I fashioned this dove to symbolize my desire for world peace and a true—" Jenny says, and sheds a tear.

But Candace interrupts her, "Yeah, yeah. Get a load of my entry."

Then brings out a gelatin that shapes like a head of a boy, "It's Jeremy's head."

Then places it on the table as it wiggles.

"Look, he's dancing," Candace happily says.

She then begins to dance along with it. When the gelatin stops, Candace hits it again and she begins to dance. Suddenly, they begin to hear cheering outside.

"Hey, what's that?" Jenny asks.

"Sounds like fun," Stacey says.

Then both girls leave the table

"What?" Candace asks.

The girls look outside to see Phineas and Ferb, and the others bouncing in the air.

"That looks awesome," Stacy says.

"We should go over there and check it out," Jenny says.

"Totally," Stacy agrees.

"But that's just Phineas and Ferb and their friends," Candace says, not interested.

Jenny says, "Don't be so uptight."

"Yeah, come on," Stacy says.

Then Jenny notices, "And it seems they have new friends there."

"Hmm, they must be the new neighbors from across the street," Candace says, looking at the window.

"And they have a girl that is our age. Let's go see," Stacy says.

"Nah, it's okay. Go ahead," Candace says.

"Well, if you're sure," Stacy says.

Soon, Stacy and Jenny leave the club and go to Isabella. Soon, they begin to join them in the fun.

Candace looks out the window and says, "That does look kinda fun. Maybe I should…

Then turns away and brings out her phone, "Totally bust them for this."

Meanwhile in the…

Song:

Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated

In the building, Perry is having tea with Doofenshmirtz. He pours himself and Perry a cup of tea.

"This is nice, huh? You know, I was thinking the other day about how much better you would be as an ally. So I created this," Doofenshmirtz says.

He presses a button on the control and the curtains go down to reveal a large green and silver machine on wheels.

"I call it my Turn-Everything-Evil-Inator. Now, you just sit still. Okay, great," Doofenshmirtz says.

He then reaches to the control of the machine, "You know, after I turn you evil, we can use it to create a whole army of evil minions. Won't that be fun? Hold still"

He then fires his inator at Perry, but the agent dodges the attack. With that, Doofenshmirtz continues to fire Perry, but he continues to dodge the ray.

Doofenshmirtz says, "I'm beginning to think you don't want to be allies at all. I'm not trying to make it personal!"

Then continues to attack him.

Back in Isabella's backyard, the kids and teens continue to bounce on the gelatin trampoline, until the ray from Doofenshmirtz's machine hits the gelatin and begins to come to life. Everyone slides down the gelatin creature until they notice to see the creature dessert in front of them

The gelatin turns into a monster and cries out, "Evil!"

"Who added the evil flavor?" Phineas asks.

Everybody looks at Baljeet.

Baljeet nervously says, "It's curry. It's not inherently evil. Maybe a little spicy."

The Gelatin monsters begin to roar.

"Okay, I'm going home," Baljeet says as he leaves.

The monster continues to roar in anger.

Just then, Candace walks in and notices the monster, "What the–?"

The monster turns to Cadence and roars at her that the gelatin gets on her, making her look like a clown. In fact, the monster's roar scared Sophie and she hides behind Kenzie.

She shakes the stuff off and happily says, "Wait till Mom sees this!"

Then the monster eats her and lets out a roar. Candace finds herself trapped inside the monster.

Muffling in the monster, Candace angrily shouts, "You guys are so busted!"

Seeing his sister in trouble, Phineas says, "Well, I guess we gotta rescue Candace."

"But do we fight a gelatin monster?" Sophie asks, scared.

"That thing is huge," Kenzie adds.

"We'll beat him the same way we created him: with water," Phineas says.

Ferb grabs the hose and begins to spray the monster with it.

Song:

Well, I know what we should do today!

While the monster is distracted, everyone hurries into the shed close by. Phineas and Isabella supply them with water guns. Even gives Kenzie and Sofia one.

Song:

A-come on, kids!

With that, everyone quickly attacks the monster by spraying them with water.

Song:

Let's squirt that gelatin monster!

(Yeah!)

The monster then attacks them by throwing gelatin at them.

Song:

A-come on, kids!

Let's squirt that gelatin monster!

Kenzie has Sophie stay behind her as they use the shed for protection. Kenzie and Sophie spray the monster from their end.

Song:

(A huh-huh-huh)

The monster then splats Jenny with gelatin and she falls to the ground.

Song:

Oohoo, Oohoo

Squirt that gelatin monster!

Oohoo, Oohoo

Squirt that gelatin monster!

The kids and the Gelatin monster continue to battle at each other. The kids use water balloons and slingshots to attack it. When it got two of the fireside girls, Isabella and another member spray water to set them free.

Song:

A-come on, kids!

Let's a-squirt that gelatin monster!

(Yeah!)

Suddenly, the monster splits into multiple smaller monsters, and the kids continue to attack with water guns and water balloons.

Song:

A-come on, kids!

Let's a-squirt that gelatin monster!

The monsters continue to chase everyone and it almost gets Sophie, until she and Kenzie spay it.

Song:

(Huh-huh, huh-huh-huh)

Soon the monster begins to chase them to the Flynn-Fletcher's backyard and run around the tree.

Song:

Oohoo, oohoo

Squirt that gelatin monster!

Oohoo, oohoo

Squirt that gelatin monster!

When they run past the window, the gelatin monster notices the Jeremy gelatin Candace has made, and wears it. Candace tries to save it, but it dissolves into the gelatin.

Soon, everyone hurries back to Isabella's backyard and the monster follows them.

Song:

A-come on, kids!

The monster charges at the kids, but quickly moves out of the way and runs behind them.

Song:

Let's a-squirt that gelatin monster!

(Yeah!)

The monster soon chases Phineas and Ferb as the Fireside Girls and Sophie along with Stacy, Jenny, and Kenzie pull the rope as the boys dodge.

Song:

A-come on, kids!

Song:

The monster runs through the rope and it splits in half.

Song:

Let's a-squirt that gelatin monster!

(Huh-huh, huh-huh-huh)

Candace begins to wobble and moves around as she tries to balance the top part of the monster while the gelatin monster's bottom half chases after them.

Song:

Come on, kids

Soon, Candace and both halves of the monster fall into the pool. Both of the gelatin monster's halves form together to become whole and let out a roar of anger.

"For Candace, our neighborhood and all the good gelatin left in the world!" Phineas says.

With that, everyone joins around the top of the pool and begins to spray water and throw water balloons at the monster.

Song:

Let's squirt that gelatin monster!

The monster continues to roar in agony as it's being attacked by water and soon falls to the ground.

Back in Doofenshmirtz lair, the scientist has tried to turn Perry evil, but Perry is still the secret agent platypus.

Okay, okay, I missed you several times, and I probably won't hit you anytime soon. I get that. But I must have hit lots of other things," Doofenshmirtz says.

He then brings out a control with a purple button and says, "And with a push of this button, those lots of other things will come to my side. And together we will defeat you!"

Doofenshmirtz then presses the button that sends out green waves to send a signal to anything he zaps to come to his side. Including the gelatin monster that is being attacked by water.

Hearing the signal, the monster says, "Master!"

Soon, the monster begins to dive down the drain of the pool.

"It's working. He's melting down the drain," Phineas says.

Everyone continues to attack the monster as it goes down the train until it's gone and Candace is out of it. When she sits up, someone throws a water balloon at her.

"I have got to reexamine my life," Candace comments.

Back in his lair, Doofenshmirtz is waiting for his minions.

"Here they come, Perry the Platypus. Here they come, all of my minions," Doofenshmirtz and maniacally laughs.

He soon stops laughing to see that the only minions that arrive is a bar of soap and a toothbrush.

"I c– I– I could've sworn I hit more threatening stuff than this," Doofenshmirtz says.

Then facepalms his forehead, "Really, really pathetic."

Meanwhile, the Gelatin Monster comes out of the sewers and climbs up the building. Doofenshmirtz and Perry feel the ground shaking and the monster tears open the roof and comes in. Doofenshmirtz is scared at first, until the monster pets him on the head.

"Aha, a gelatin monster. I knew there was going to be something fun," Doofenshmirtz says.

Then points to Perry, "Get him!"

With that, the monster begins to attack Perry. Perry backs against the corner of the wall until the monster grabs him.

"Now you can bow down before my cartilaginous creation. It's so corrupt and cantankerous and carnivorous and, uh... Uh, low in calories and ca– Ca– Cow– Couch. Hm. Ah, that's all I got," Doofenshmirtz says, and sounds unsure about the description of the monster.

Perry looks around until he sees the water sprinklers in the ceiling. Perry grabs fedora and throws it like a disk, knocking the sprinkler off. Soon, a large amount of water begins to fall on the monster as it begins to melt. The monster whimpers and the inator is electrocuted.

"My Turn-Everything-Evil-Inator! My monster! No!" Doofenshmirtz screams in panic to see what is happening.

Perry then brings out his flying scooter and begins to take off.

Doofenshmirtz kneels down to see his monster melted, "My beautiful, fruit flavored monster!"

He turns to see Perry leaving the scene "You come back here, Perry the Platy-"

When Doofenshmirtz chases after him, he falls on the soap and falls to the ground. Then the toothbrush lands in his mouth.

"Mm. This isn't the toothbrush I use to brush my teeth," Doofenshmirtz says.

Back in Isabella's backyard, Phineas, Ferb, and Candace's mom, Lina arrive and surprisingly Kenzie and Sophie's mom arrives with her.

"Oh, there's everyone. Candace, I thought you were having your dessert party today? What are you doing at Isabella's?" Linda asks.

"I got two words for you, Mom. Gel-a-tin. I am sick of it! Sick of it! Totally sick of it!" Candace says, expressing her frustration.

Just then, a blonde boy named Jeremy walks in as he says, "Hey, Candace, I heard you were having a dessert party, so I made you this out of gelatin."

Then shows her a red gelatin that is written in Candace's name.

"Aw," Candace says, happily.

But firmly says, "Nah, I'm still sick of it."

Linda then says, "Anyway, Candace I like you to meet Colette. She's the new neighbors that moved in next to Garcia-Shapiro's house."

"Hello Candace, it's nice to meet you," Colette says.

"Um yeah. It's nice to meet you," Candace says.

Phineas and Ferb walk over with Sophie and Kenzie.

"Hey Candace, these are our new friends, Sophie and her older sister Kenzie," Phineas says.

"Hello," The girls say.

"Hi it's nice to meet you. Nice to see another teenager living close by," Candace says.

"Yeah. I do hope we could hang out sometimes," Kenzie says.

"Sure. My friends and I can show you around," Candace says.

"I agree," Jenny says.

Kenzie then whispers to Candace, "Just a quick question, does your brothers do this all the time?"

"Girl, you have no idea," Candace answers.

Sophie, who is talking to Phines and Ferb, and Isabella, "I have a lot of fun today, though I did get a bit scared of the monster."

"We're glad that you have a good time, and we get to have a new friend," Phineas says.

"We hope that you can play with us again," Isabella says.

"I like that," Sophie says.

Then Ferb says, "I say that our summer has gotten more fun with a new friend arrive in the neighborhood."

Then turns to Sophie, "Welcome to the neighborhood, Sophie."

Sophie smiles and says, "Thank you Ferb."
