Hello guys !

Well, I'm gonna be honest with you : I was NOT expecting to write a fic of Prince of Tennis. Not at all. I was minding my own business writing my book TennisGirl, when I had this idea.

And then I started writing. In ENGLISH. English is definitely not my first language, but hey, why not uh ?

So Here it is. Updates are probably gonna be a little bit erratic because I do not know where the fuck I'm going with this story. I hope you'll still like it. Please, leave some reviews so I can know what you think !

Of course, I do NOT own PoT (I wish I did obviously).

Enjoy !

Eri looked around in a daze. Well, "looked" was not the right word to use.

What the fuck was happening to her ?

She was playing tennis with Yukimura and suddenly… Nothing. She knew her eyes were open. But she couldn't see anything. The world was black.

Well, she was not surprised, at first. After all, she had experienced Yukimura's YIPS before. She knew what it was to lose her sight and her hearing, and after two or three matches against him, she kind of grew used to it. It was terrifying, of course, not to be able to see or hear anything. The worst feeling was when he took away her sense of touch.

But everytime, at the end of the match, her senses would come back and she'd laugh it away – and cry a little bit.

But not this time.

What the fuck was happening to her ?

She turned her head aroung. She could sense the ground under her, which was a good thing. She could hear, too. She could hear her teamates' panic, and she would gladly extend her arms to touch them and tell them that she was okay if only she knew where they were.

But she couldn't see them.

She stood up and stumbled, trying to stay upright. Her mind was completely blank, like she was not processing what was happening.

– Guys. Guys, I can't see.

Eri heard a hiccup on her left. That was probably Marui. She tried to touch him, but her hand closed on… nothing. Just thin air. Suddenly, someone took her arm, and soon she could not feel the ground under her.

Someone was carrying her. Who ? Where ?

Considering the fact that she was quite high and that the person was silent, she could only guess it was Sanada that came to her rescue. She grabed his neck, trying not to fall, and then she felt the soft feeling of a mattress under her back.

– Guys. Someone ?

Nobody was talking, but she could feel a hand on her head, gently caressing her hair. She couldn't identify who it was.

– Please. I'm scared.

– We're here, said a soft voice.

Yanagi.

– She can hear us and feel our touch. It seems like only her view is impaired, he said, this time talking to someone else.

– What the fuck is happening ? She asked in a ragged breath.

It seemed like that was the only coherent sentence her mind could form.

"What the fuck is happening to me ?"

– I don't understand… It has never happened before…

– We need to call an ambulance.

– Maybe her sight will come back ?

– It's been twenty minutes, Marui, and it's not improving. We need to call a doctor.

– Oh my God…

– Is she gonna stay that way forever ?

What were they going to say to the doctors ?

"Oh yeah, so the girl was playing against our captain, Yukimura. The guys is able to take away your senses with his tennis, and now she's blind."

She couldn't help but chuckle. Yeah, that was pretty funny. If only she could fucking see.

She heard the sound of a number being dialed up.

– We need an ambulance on the tennis court of Rikkaidai High. One of our players, she…

Eri couldn't see it, but she knew Sanada was looking at her while on the phone.

– She's blind.
