Go Ro!

This is placed outside Havenfield while Sophie is feeding the animals. This is after the 6th book (If I remember right)

Btw, Edaline might make an appearance!

Sophie groaned as she put her hair up in a messy bun with a sparkly ponytail, because everything has to be sparkly here. I am not looking forward to this. Especially feeding Verdi. Why did Grady have to go on a special mission-thing when Verdi is extra picky?

Sophie sighed. She pushed a strand of hair away from her face. First she had to feed the vermilion, then the Mammoths, then a bunch of other animals she can't pronounce, then finally, the boss level. Verdi.

She grabbed a grass-like food thing that Grady gave her before he left on his special thing and dropped it in the vermilion pen. Sophie then grabbed a long stick and poked the vermilion in the direction of the food. The vermilion snapped at the stick, but after a few minutes of poking the vermilion, it finally started nibbling at the food. Sophie decided that was enough and went on to the next few creatures.

After a long while, almost an hour and a half, Sophie finally finished all the animals. Except for Verdi. She was seriously regretting her life choices while she dragged over a bag filled with the fluffy dinosaur's food. Apparently the food is something that the gnomes think will help the "permanent resident" go on her diet.

Sophie started to stall, not wanting to feed Verdi. She double checked, making sure she had enough food to feed the big, neon animal. She made sure Verdi was awake, even though the dinosaur was standing up. Eventually Sophie decided she should get it over with. She was about to dump the food in, when she heard a voice yelling at her.

"HEY FOSTER!" Keefe yelled from a few pastures down. Sophie set down the food, happy for a excuse not do feed Verdi, and waved at him as he ran up. Sophie brushed a strand of hair away from her eyes.

Sophie replied tiredly, "Hey Keefe. Hey Ro." Ro nodded her head, then walked over to look at Verdi. "How did you know I was out here?" Sophie asked.

"Edaline told us you were out here." Keefe replied.

"She also said that it was cu-" Ro tried to add on before she got cut off.

Keefe interrupted hurriedly, "Are you going to feed Verdi?"

Sophie sighed and replied, "Replace going with trying. I will be trying to feed the fluffy dinosaur." Ro suddenly grabbed the feed and tossed it at Keefe. Keefe caught the bag easily. Sophie thought, Wow! That feed is pretty heavy. You would have to be strong to be able to carry it so easily…

Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the sound of seed-like things hitting wood. Sophie looked up to see Keefe and Ro pouring the food into the feeder. Sophie shrugged and went along with it. She used her telepathy to send an image the Verdi of the fluffy dinosaur eating the seed things and loving it.

After a few minutes of Verdi refusing and ignoring Sophie's images, the neon dinosaur decided that she was hungry. Verdi trotted over to the food and started to nibble at it. After a moment Verdi decided it was okay and continued to eat it.

Suddenly a voice said, "Good job Sophie and Keefe! You guys work really well together." Sophie looked at her adopted mom with a confused expression. Keefe's eyes widened and she slowly shook his head at Edaline. Edaline took the hint, but Ro didn't.

"Yeah… It seems like you guys have some real chemistry!" Ro said with a grin. Sophie turned her confused gaze toward Ro.

Keefe violently shook his head at Ro and quickly said, "I think me and Ro should go. I need to work on Empath Exercises with my "wonderful" father." He and Ro light leaped away.

That's weird… Sophie thought. Keefe would never choose to go back with his father. Is there something I'm missing?

If you have any ideas, please tell me! I only have a few ideas left. :')

Grady will make an appearance next time! (And probably start yelling "THAT BOY" lol)

Potato, out!
