I'm dreadfully sorry that this chapter took so long to come out, but it's here now!

Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this chapter.

Chapter III: Radio Free Ninjago

"You called us?" Harumi asked once the three remaining generals were on top of Borg Tower, Garmadon still in his throne. Although it was true that Garmadon had called them to him, they weren't entirely sure why.

"The story you told the others downstairs. Was it true?" Garmadon calmly asked Killow.

Killow just nodded.

"And you were the one that reprogrammed him?" Garmadon asked as he pointed at Harumi. His voice was still unnaturally calm.

"That is true, but it is difficult to reprogram one as human-like as Mr. E," Harumi said, beginning to get nervous.

Garmadon paused a moment before he let out a scream and lifted Harumi off the ground with his element. He was choking her from where he sat, and he seemed to be enjoying it! Garmadon let her hang for a few minutes before he said, "It would bring me much pleasure to finish you off." Garmadon then let Harumi go, and she dropped to the ground, panting for breath. "Find my son! Find my traitorous general! Or you will fall at the hands of the power you have given me!"

Kai, Jay, and Zane were still inside the Pit. Except this time, the ninja weren't about to get killed by a crazy earth dragon. They were about to get killed by a bunch of crazy dragon hunters who gave them bananas as weapons.

"They are masters of elements!" the leader screamed. "A week's rations for the hunter who brings them to me in chains!"

"I count ten," Kai told Zane.

"There are fifteen," Zane corrected.

"Yeah, well, you were always better with math. You with us, Jay?" Kai asked.

"We're outnumbered. They have weapons, we don't. I haven't eaten all day, not to mention showered in a week. Do you see that there are kids in this audience? This level of violence is far too much for them to handle, let alone me!" Jay ranted.

"He's back to normal," Zane smiled.

"Good. Now that our secret's out, let's lay down some heat!" Kai yelled before he knocked some dragon hunters over with his fire.

Zane then used his powers to freeze another in a block of ice. Jay followed by electrocuting another one. Suddenly, vengestone chains came out of seemingly nowhere and grabbed Kai. The chain was being pulled towards a hunter, but Zane used his ice to freeze the chain in place. Jay then broke the ice, freeing Kai so he could continue fighting.

"Is the crowd cheering for us, or rooting against us?" Kai asked.

"Ha! Does it matter?" Jay asked.

"Yes! Yes, it does!" Kai yelled.

Just as Kai said, the crowd was cheering, but they weren't cheering for the ninja. Two names could be heard from the crowd as two familiar figures jumped into the Pit.

"Heavy Metal! Heavy Metal! Whiplash! Whiplash!" the crowd chanted.

"Uh, I think the crowd likes them," Jay said as Heavy Metal took his sword out and Whiplash took a gun with a chain inside.

Kai used his powers to try and hit Heavy Metal, but Heavy Metal caught the fire with his sword. Jay and Zane tried doing the same with their elements, but the sword seemed to suck the powers in. Heavy Metal then put the sword down as Whiplash got ready to shoot.

Zane, Kai, and Jay tried using their powers all at once, but the sword took them all.

"The sword. It attracts our powers," Zane gasped.

The three ninja then tried to do spinjitzu, but a gunshot could be heard almost immediately. Kai, Jay, and Zane were all caught by the same chain wrapped together.

"Well, that didn't work," Kai said as he was now upside down.

"Oh, you're the first to notice that?" Jay asked.

Heavy Metal walked over to the ninja and rolled them out of the Pit, where he and Whiplash met their leader Iron Baron.

In Ninjago, Ultra Violet was hosting her show Ultra-Hunt. She had two puppets. One of herself, and the other was the mailman.

She showed herself chasing the mailman before saying, "The mailman doesn't deliver, so find him and return to sender! Today's jackpot could be yours," she said before letting her psychotic laughter out.

"Everyday, pick off our friends. Pick, pick, pick," Karlof said as he, and a few others were watching TV.

"Uh, as long as it's not me," Dareth groaned.

Lloyd didn't find any interest in the television, so he went to check on Skylor, Echo, and Nya's build.

"Looks bigger than your other builds. What are you making?" Lloyd asked them.

"Since we're outnumbered, we're upping the armor and firepower. Thanks to some feedback from Skylor I feel like it's really taking shape," Nya explained.

"But it's so bulky. We'll be sitting ducks in that thing," Lloyd told them.

"It's a work in progress," Skylor defended.

"She'll work just fine," Echo smiled as he patted the metal of the build.

"Karlof?" Mystake asked from the stairs. "Do you think I can get your help on Lloyd's training?"

"Ooh, it would be my pleasure," Karlof said as he bumped his metal gloves together.

"Go easy on me. I'm powerless," Lloyd reminded the big man.

"Uh, actually, it won't be you who will be facing Karlof, but Dareth," Mystake told them.

"Me?" Dareth chuckled. "I mean, uh, all right. Hey, heh. About time."

"But he isn't an elemental master," Lloyd protested.

"Neither are you," Mystake replied as she hit Lloyd's pointed out arm with her cane. "Power takes many forms beyond what is physical. The power of persuasion. The power of numbers. The power to lead."

"Don't forget power of metal," Karlof reminded before using his power to cover his entire body in metal.

"Oh boy, you're gonna be a tough nut to crack," Dareth said as he entered the ring with Karlof.

Lloyd looked nervously at Mystake to which she replied, "Don't look at me."

"Lead him, son," Misako instructed.

"You can do this, Dareth," Lloyd encouraged.

"With the power of brown, you're about to go down," Dareth told Karlof. "Brown bear." Dareth got on all fours and started making strange growling sounds. "Spiky penguin," Dareth said as he got back up. He then started making unfortunate penguin noises before getting punched into some of the ropes by Karlof.

"Is he alright?" Echo whispered to Nya.

"I'm sure he can walk it off," Nya replied.

"I'm not speaking of the punch," Echo told her.

"Lucky punch. Come on, shake it off. He's bigger, so use your speed," Lloyd instructed Dareth.

"Speed, like a cheetah," Dareth said before he started to circle Karlof very slowly. "Dareth, be nimble, Dareth, be quick. Dareth jumped over the..."

Suddenly, Karlof punched Dareth into one of the posts of the ring. Everyone gasped as Dareth slumped down.

Lloyd looked at Mystake to which she replied again, "Lead."

"Ninja never quit! Get up!" Lloyd ordered.

Dareth slowly got up like a whimpering child. When Karlof charged at him, he started running around in circles screaming, "Fish! Slippery like a fish!"

He then ran up to the post he hit earlier and grabbed hold of it for dear life.

"I-I'm sorry, Lloyd," he panted, "I...Oh, I let you down."

"I can't fight everyone's fights," Lloyd said quietly as he shook his head.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't hear that," Mystake said.

"I said, I can't fight everyone's..." Lloyd suddenly realized something. "How do I lead the Resistance?" he asked.

"By finding your voice," Mystake pushed the younger one in front of her. "The more you inspire, the more others will inspire you, and you better find your voice soon because today you will be taking back the airwaves."

"Airwaves?" Lloyd asked.

"The people of Ninjago think you're gone," Mystake replied before turning off the mini TV. "Show them you are not!"

Lloyd looked around at the unmoving group.

"You heard her. Let's get a plan together," Lloyd told the group.

In the first realm, Jay, Kai, and Zane were now locked up in a cage connected to a truck.

"So, you aren't oni after all," Iron Baron said as he walked up to his prisoners, "but have trained in the arts of the First Spinjitzu Master."

"You've heard of him?" Kai asked hopefully.

"I've heard his legend. The coward who ran away to...What was it called? Ninjengo?" Iron Baron asked.

"Uh, it's called Ninjago, and-Do you know how to get us back?" Jay asked hopefully.

"No," Iron Baron replied bluntly. "But even if I did, I have no interest in helping you when there is so much you ninja can do for me here."

"Where are you taking us?" Kai asked.

"Don't you know power attracts power? We're hunting dragons!" Iron Baron announced.

He started laughing as he walked away, but Kai was smiling as he saw a familiar sight. It was Cole.

"Is he safe?" Jay whispered to his friend.

Cole responded by showing C.J. in the new carrier on his back.

"Hey! Wasn't that our ship?" Jay asked as he saw a dragon hunter fly away in a vehicle they made out of the Destiny's Bounty.

"Gas up the Diselnaut, Muzzle," Iron Baron ordered.

Muzzle constantly wore a mask that made it incredibly hard for anyone else to understand anything he said.

He started mumbling to Iron Baron to which he replied, "Quit your jibber-jabbering! Stop looking at me, Arkade!" he told the man who asked for Zane's parts. "You can fly by yourself in that getup, Jet-Jack!" he told a woman who constantly wore a jet-pack. "Chewtoy, is that what you're wearing?"

"Ah, he's always in a mood before a hunt. Worried today might be the day he comes across Firstbourne," Heavy Metal comforted Muzzle.

Cole looked around the sight a couple times before he began walking up towards his friends, but suddenly, Skaar walked back up to Cole, and said, "You'll be with Daddy-No-Legs and Muzzle."

"What?" Cole asked.

"To the hunt. You'll work with Daddy-No-Legs and Muzzle," Skaar replied as he pointed towards the two hunters.

"Won't Dangerbuff Junior get in the way?" Cole asked.

"Keep him on your back and stick with a chain," Skaar replied before walking away.

"Wait! I can't take him!" Cole called after the hunter, but Skaar just kept laughing as he walked away.

Cole was about to try to sneak away again, but he ended up bumping into Whiplash.

"Oh, uh, sorry," Cole said as he tried walking past him, but Whiplash grabbed him by the shoulder, careful not to touch C.J., and practically pushed him towards the Dieselnaut. Once they were there, he just pointed towards Cole's seat on top, blocking any way of him escaping. Cole just sighed as he climbed into his seat and picked C.J. up so he wouldn't squish him on his back.

As Whiplash walked away, he heard a strange machine sound behind him. He turned around to see that his friends were coming along too.

"Maybe something good can come out of this," Cole whispered to the child.

Muzzle then started mumbling something to which Daddy-No-Legs replied saying, "Yeah, Dangerbuff clan can't shoot straight. Why are you coming?"

Cole sighed again before saying, "Whiplash pushed me over here."

"Ah, that's him alright!" Daddy-No-Legs laughed.

"To the hunt! To the hunt!" they heard Iron Baron suddenly yell. And, with that, they were off to who knows where.

"Why can I not go with you?" Echo asked. "I know I would be an important asset to this mission." The Resistance had a plan to sneak into Borg Tower, where the television studio was, but they were not allowing Echo to come.

"Echo, we know that you're a good fighter, but it's too dangerous in there," Nya told him. "If we get caught, Garmadon will kill you for sure. Especially after you betrayed them like that."

Echo just sighed as he looked down at the ground.

"Perhaps I can help you continue the work on the Battle Wagon," Pixal told him.

"Yeah," Nya nodded.

Echo smiled at Pixal as he said, "That's very kind of you both."

It wasn't too long before Lloyd, Skylor, and the other elemental masters were sneaking close to Borg Tower, where Garmadon held his fortress. They hid behind some garbage cans, where they could clearly see three guards. Killow, Luke, and another guy they didn't recognize.

"Does anyone wanna go over the plan again?" Lloyd asked his gang.

"I'm good, but I still think we could use more help, seeing that the Broadcast Station is in Borg's Tower, right under Garmadon's feet," Shade replied.

"All the more reason to keep our footprints small," Skylor mentioned.

"Do you know what you're going to say?" Mr. Pale asked as he reappeared right behind the other three men.

"Uh, yeah, sure," Lloyd lied.

"He doesn't have a clue," Neuro informed the others.

"That's not our problem. We just have to get him up there," Skylor replied as she pointed to a little ways up the tower.

The group looked out at the tower nervously.

"It's clear. Let's move," Shade said suddenly.

He ran behind a nearby bush used for decoration in the city before he made a circular motion with his hand to signal the others to move. Lloyd and Skylor ran up and behind a car as Lloyd did another motion. Turner, Neuro, and Shade then ran up behind another car and dumpster.

Suddenly, Mr. Pale reappeared right in front of the dumpster, scaring the hunted mailman inside. He ran away and bumped into the colossus before running some more.

As Lloyd and his friends were sneaking around nearby, Garmadon was watching over the city. He controlled it. He owned it. He was proud of what he did, but he still felt uneasy. His son was still out there, and he sensed him. He knew he was there. He was close enough to be caught, and that, well, Garmadon didn't know what that made him feel.

"You summoned me, emperor?" he heard the princess say behind him. She sounded nervous.

He turned his blood red eyes to look at her. She also looked nervous after what he did to her before, and he liked it.

"The city is too quiet," he told her. "I feel the presence of my son."

"He would be foolish to show his face," Harumi protested.

"Do I look like a fool?" Garmadon asked.

"I will handle security of the tower myself. I will not fail you," Harumi bowed before excusing herself.

"Clock is still ticking, and the Mailman hasn't been delivered!" Ultra Violet told her loyal viewers on her show. "That means it's bonus time!"

"And then he said, 'It wasn't me'!" Killow finished his story for the other two guards. They all started laughing at what Lloyd thought was a pointless and cruel story, but these guys were pointless and cruel, so what do you expect?
Suddenly, Harumi appeared behind the guards and said, "Keep your eyes peeled! The emperor senses something."

"Senses? Is that like some new power he suddenly got?" Killow asked.

"What do I know? Just don't make me look bad," Harumi warned before she walked away.

"Oh no. He knows!" Lloyd thought from behind the car. He tried to distract himself from his nervous thoughts by talking to Neuro. "What are you thinking, Neuro?" he asked.

"I'm thinking what they are thinking," he replied.

Suddenly, Lloyd heard Killow talk again.

"You know what would be awesome right now? Karaoke," he said.

"Yeah, great idea. We was just thinking the same thing," Luke replied.

"We're off to sing at Laughy's. Dump-dee, dump-dee-doo," the three sang as they ran off together.

"Impressive," Lloyd thought.

Everyone then ran up to the tower and started to climb. Except for Mr. Pale. He just used his powers to walk through the door. They climbed up until they got up to where a window washer would usually be when washing windows. Lloyd pulled the ropes to bring him and his friends up until they saw the elevator moving. Lloyd pulling on the ropes, and everyone jumped on top of the elevator when it was close enough. Once Harumi walked out of this same elevator, Mr. Pale made himself reappear again before he knocked on the glass window.

Lloyd opened the emergency exit door to hear what the light master had to say.

"This should be the 81st floor," he said. "Television studio right above us."

"Good. This way," Lloyd said as he entered the elevator and pressed one of the buttons.

Once they were on the 82nd floor, everyone got out of the elevator and started down the hall, only to hear Garmadon breathing heavily, and they could see his shadow coming towards them. Everyone immediately ran the other way to get to the elevator, but it was already gone. Neuro repeatedly pressed the button as if it would make it come faster, but, of course, it didn't.

Suddenly, Lloyd got an idea.

"You can absorb powers, but have you ever combined them?" he asked Skylor.

"I don't know. Never tried," Skylor whispered back.

"Then try," Lloyd told her.

Everyone gathered behind Skylor as she held onto Lloyd and Shade. Everyone held onto the closest person to them, and Skylor managed to use all of her light power to hide everyone. Garmadon came up to them and looked right at Lloyd, but he couldn't see him. It was horrifying for the green ninja.

"Something's not right," Garmadon said. "I feel..."

Suddenly Harumi came out of the elevator.

"My emperor, is everything okay?" she asked him.

"He's close," Garmadon answered. "He must be on the next floor. Hurry!"

As soon as Garmadon and Harumi disappeared behind the elevator doors, Skylor stopped using her power that was beginning to tire her out.

"Learn something every day," she said as she tried to catch her breath.

"We're almost there. Come on!" Lloyd told them as he lead them through the hallway.

By the time nightfall came to the first realm, the hunters were having a campfire dinner at their little sight they set up.

Jay, Kai, and Zane were now chained up to a big tower while Cole was trying to calm his crying son down.

"Hope you're comfortable," Iron Baron told his three ninja prisoners.

"Whatever you have planned for us, we'll never help you hunt dragons," Kai told him.

"I beg to differ," Iron Baron replied with a smirk.

He turned on a machine that was hooked up to the ninja's chains, and electricity started flowing through the chains, electrocuting the ninja, and causing their powers to spark.

The three ninja started laughing hard at how ticklish the machine actually was.

"He's triggering an elemental reaction," Zane informed his friends once Kai's body wasn't on fire any longer. Zane then started laughing as ice flowed from his neck and face.

"Is that what he means by power attracts power?" Kai asked.

"He's using us as bait!" Jay gasped before he started laughing again as electricity started flowing through him, "and it-and it kinda tickles."

"I'm excited to see what tonight's catch brings!" Iron Baron said. "Dangerbuff! Shut your kid up!"

For some reason C.J. wouldn't stop crying. Cole tried everything he could think of to calm him down, but nothing worked! "What's wrong?" Cole asked,

"Maybe he just needs some light, Dangerbuff," Chewtoy suggested from the campfire. "Join us."

Cole thought about it for a moment and decided to join, and as soon as he sat down, C.J. stopped crying.

"Scared of the dark, huh?" Cole asked quietly. Since C.J. was calm now, Cole sat him down in his lap.

After a moment of silence Cole got uncomfortable. He looked over at Heavy Metal and Whiplash. They were constantly together. Heavy Metal was just sharpening his blade, though. He didn't seem to care what the rest of the group was doing.

"Uh, that's some blade you have there," Cole laughed nervously. "Crazy how it repelled those powers."

"Oh, yeah. Carved from dragon bone," Chewtoy explained. "From a piece of the Firstbourne."

"Firstbourne?" Cole asked. He had never really thought that could be a name.

"Hey, where you been been, Dangerbuff? In the belly of Beetlenaut?" Daddy-No-Legs asked as he got out of his mechanical legs.

All the hunters started laughing, and Cole laughed along, pretending he got the joke.

"Firstbourne is the mother of all dragons," Jet-Jack explained. "The most powerful in the realm. No one's ever seen it entirely, but it is said to possess every element of her beloved spawn. The one prize that's always eluded Iron Baron," she said before spitting into the fire.

"Tell 'em, Jet-Jack," Arkade cheered.

"She took Baron's leg, then his arm, then his pride," Jet-Jack continued.

"But someone here got a piece of her, didn't you, Heavy Metal?" Daddy-No-Legs said.

Heavy Metal responded by putting his sword into the sand and looking Cole. It was almost as if he was studying him, and it freaked him out. Cole just held C.J. closer, though.

"Iron Baron's been searching for her nest all his life," Jet-Jack informed him. "Said she protects there the Dragon Armor."

"Dragon armor?" Cole asked.

"Worn by the First Spinjitzu Master," Chewtoy said as he nearly jumped onto Cole in his excitement. "Whoever controls the armor controls Firstbourne, and he who controls Firstbourne can protect us from the oni."

Everyone began to cheer and chatter among themselves.

"The oni?" Cole asked. "What do they look like?"

"He's right..." Jet-Jack started, but she was interrupted by the roar of a dragon, causing C.J. to cry.

"Dragon!" everyone yelled.

The camp was now a huge mess of scared hunters. Cole quickly got up and put C.J. back in the baby carrier.

"It's okay, bud," Cole told C.J. as he did so. "We're alright."

"Where is she?" Iron Baron asked as he looked at the sky.

"Guys. I really don't like this," Kai told his friends once he saw the dragon coming.

She was a white dragon with a few green scales. She was really long and slender, and she had the power of wind.

"A wind dragon," Iron Baron breathed, "and a good sized one, too. Lay low! Let her come," he ordered his men.

And the dragon did come. She tried blowing the hunters away and fly away from them, but the hunters had other plans.

"Now!' Iron Baron yelled.

Hunters started firing from a mechanical platform that fired vengestone chains. Cole got into one of them too, but he didn't shoot right away.

"Take the shot Dangerbuff! What are you waiting for?" Daddy-No-Legs asked.

Cole turned the chain towards the dragon to make it look like he was going to shoot her before he quickly turned it over to his friends and shot the electrifying machine, causing it to explode and scatter the three ninja tied to their poles.

"Oh, no. My mistake," Cole told the hunter.

"I should've known never to trust a Dangerbuff! Get out of there!" he yelled back.

Cole saw the chaos going on around him and took this chance to find the safest and quietest pass to his friends on son account of his son.

All the while, Ion Baron was watching the dragon.

"She's making a run for it! Follow her!" he ordered.

As Cole found his way to where his friends were, he realized he couldn't see them anymore.

"What?" he asked as he looked behind him. His friends were now in their truck cage again.

"You heard the Baron. Get a move on!" Daddy-No-Legs yelled.

Cole didn't know what to do, but he couldn't just ignore C.J. anymore than he already had, so he ran away from the chaos to a quiet place.

Meanwhile, the other dragon hunters had now gotten into their vehicles and began chasing after the dragon.

"She's fast as the wind. I'll give her that!" Iron Baron laughed from his helicopter.

Jet-Jack, who was using her jet-pack, went up to the dragon, but the dragon used her powers to blow her away. Arkade used his vehicle's chains to shoot the dragon, and he grabbed hold of her neck, then Whiplash and Heavy Metal's vehicle chained the dragon's neck with a second one. Daddy-No-Legs then used the vehicle he and Muzzle were in to chain the dragon's neck a third time, but their vehicle soon crashed, and the chain broke.

"We're losing her!" Iron Baron yelled as he crawled out of his messed up helicopter.

Heavy Metal and Whiplash quickly got out of their vehicle and ran up the chain they shot. Once they were on the dragon's back, Whiplash got out a tranquilizer dart and stuck it into the dragon's neck. Then, Heavy Metal grabbed the chain as a reign so the three could crash "safely."

Once everyone got back to camp, Cole had finally got C.J. to calm down and was now sleeping peacefully in his arms while the hunters were cheering Heavy Metal and Whiplash's names.

"So, tonight wasn't our night," Kai said once Cole came over to his caged friends.

"It wasn't her's either," Jay mentioned.

"We'll figure a way out of this. For us and the dragons," Cole assured them, but he was mostly assuring himself.

In Ninjago City, Ultra Violet was still working on her show.

"So what? You help catch everyone else, but no one knows where the Mailman is?!" she almost screamed. "He's just a postal worker, why have we not caught him, people?!"

Suddenly, Lloyd, and his gang burst through the door and knocked out a bunch of bikers fairly quickly. Shade jumped onto one biker while Skylor kicked another out of her chair to work the livestream. "This is a closed set!" Ultra Violet protested.

"Sorry, U.V., but your show has just been canceled," Lloyd told her.

Ultra Violet took out her sai blade and was about to stab Lloyd in the back when Mr. Pale came up from behind her and put a hand behind her back. Lloyd then kicked the sai blade out of her hand and into the wall so the rest could tie them all to a chair with a rope Skylor had.

After that, Skylor started messing with the computers and before long, they were ready to go live.

"All right, Lloyd. Once we go live, it'll only be a matter of time before they know we're here. Are you ready?" Skylor asked.

Shade held the camera to Lloyd's face as he gave a solemn nod.

"Then we're live in five, four, three, two..." Skylor pushed a key, and they were live. The people of Ninjago could now see Lloyd, the green ninja, on their television screens. He was alive!

"Hello, Ninjago. It's me, Lloyd Garmadon, the green ninja," Lloyd told everyone.

A certain family who was watching Ultra-Hunt saw this, exciting a very little girl who had looked up to Lloyd for years.

"You said he was gone," she told her parents. "Look! It's the Green Ninja!"

"Lord Garmadon wants you to be afraid, but I need you to be brave," it seemed Lloyd was speaking to her and her alone. "With the help of Princess Harumi, Lord Garmadon struck a major blow against Ninjago City."

Harumi heard this part, and became so mad that she kicked the television monitor and started messing with a nearby computer.

Killow and his friends could also hear this message and immediately threw down their microphones at Laughy's and hurried to Borg Tower.

"There is a resistance, and we may be small," Lloyd said, "but we are power..." Lloyd stopped when he noticed what was on one of the screens behind Skylor. It was of Garmadon and him when Garmadon nearly killed him. When Garmadon nearly killed his own son. He remembered when Garmadon almost killed his friends, and they still weren't back. Who knows if they're even surviving the first realm. Or if they did survive. He hated thinking about it. He hated feeling alone. Losing his master, his father, his crush even stabbed him in the heart. Almost literally! It was hard for him to even believe that he was powerful. Not without his friends.

Suddenly, Skylor noticed what was going on behind her. She tried to get rid of the image that didn't need to rack around in Lloyd's brain any longer. She didn't even get rid of it before they heard Killow and Harumi trying to break through the door.

"Hurry! Hurry!" they heard Harumi scream.

Lloyd was scared. He looked down, trying to figure out what to say, when his eyes fell on all the pictures of the fugitives of Emperor Garmadon. It gave him an idea.

"I may not have elemental power, but I call upon the power of the people. When we get knocked down, we rise up, stronger than before. This is our city! He thinks he can bully us with stone giants. Well this isn't the first time our city has faced ruin. Buildings fall, but we rise!" Lloyd was delivering his speech with such motivation that it motivated everyone listening in the city. They wanted to make a difference. They weren't scared any longer. Everyone in the city, big and small, young and old, they didn't have to listen to someone so evil just to save themselves. They couldn't just follow what everyone else was doing. It was time to make a stand!

"And to you Father, I say this: Fighting me may make you feel powerful, but you're about to see what real power is. The Resistance never quits!" Lloyd said putting a fist to his chest.

"He has found his voice," Mystake told the others as they were watching at the garbage depot.

Finally, Killow managed to punch the door right off its hinges, but it was too late. Lloyd and his new friends were gone. All that was left of them was Lloyd's last words of his speech on one of the computers playing over and over and over again.

Killow and Harumi ran to the broken window the Resistance used as a getaway to see if they could see anything.

"They got away?" Killow asked, a little nervous for the princess.

"Not for long," Harumi answered as she saw the garbage trucks leaving the tower. "It's time to take the trash out."

I hope you all liked that. I'm not entirely sure when I'll have the next chapter out as I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to add parts I want and keep moving on with the story without an extremely sassy child Wu for company. I hope to have chapter four out by January 4th, though.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays, everyone! I hope you all have a great time doing whatever it is you do at this time of year.
