In the Neitherworld, Beetlejuice had just returned from visiting his human friend Lydia Deetz. Watching him from afar were his neighbors Jacques LaLean the body building skeleton and Ginger the Tap Dancing Spider.

"Beetlejuice sure likes hanging out with Lydia." said Ginger.

"Oui, and who can blame him?" Jacques said. "Lydia is such a kind, caring girl. There are hardly any humans like her."

Ginger sighed. "Still though, I wish we can visit the human world sometime. Maybe pay Lydia a visit."

Jacques rubbed his chin bone. "Perhaps...but it's too risky, Ginger. We cannot conceal ourselves among the humans like Beetlejuice." He shook his head. "C'est la vie..."

The two monsters sighed in disappointment. How they longed to venture the human world, but it wasn't worth the fear and paranoia they might cause if seen by a human. They knew very well that not all humans were as kind and accepting as Lydia.

It was a calm evening in the human world, Sasha Jocklin stared at the strange looking book given to her from Scary Godmother.

"Hey, Sis." Rachel said as she arrived home from work. She saw her sister jump, dropping the book she was holding.

"Oh! I'm sorry, Sasha! I didn't mean to scare you!" Rachel picked up the fallen book. "What's this?"

"I-It's a spell book Scary Godmother loaned to me." Sasha said. "She said I can use it to practice my magic if I wanted to. But I'm not sure if I should learn magic or not. I mean, I know Scary is a great teacher and it was nice of her to teach us witchcraft. But I'm worried it might get too dangerous..."

Rachel patted her sister's head. "Don't worry, Sis. Scary Godmother wouldn't teach us magic if it was too dangerous. Besides, from what I read on the cover, this is just a book of level one spells." She opened the book and skimmed through the pages. She stopped when a certain page caught her eye. "Huh."

"What is it?"

"This spell right here." Rachel showed the page to Sasha. "It's a summoning spell."

"Summoning spell?" Sasha echoed.

"Yeah, it says it's where you conjure a supernatural creature to aid you in emergencies. This is just a list of dry run summoning spells so you won't summon anything too dangerous."

"Dangerous?!" Sasha gasped.

Rachel nodded as she read.

Sasha gulped. "Now I really don't know about this."

Rachel put a hand on Sasha's shoulder. "Sasha, you don't have to learn magic if you don't want to. But if we're going to continue keeping peace in the universe as Plumbers, we should expand our horizons. Maybe dabbling in a little magic wouldn't be so bad."

Sasha looked at the spell book. Perhaps Rachel was right. Despite being afraid, she did want to learn some magic for future problems. "Well, to be honest, I really want to try this spell. I mean, it's just a practice spell. It's not dangerous."

"So, you want to try out this spell?" asked Rachel.

With determination, Sasha held the book tightly. "I do."

After a half hour of gathering the right materials given to them by Scary Godmother, Rachel and Sasha were ready. They wore their witch hats and capes. They placed a black cauldron beneath a summoning circle drawn to the floor. Thankfully, it was drawn with washable paint. Candles were lit around the circle as the rest of the lights in the house were turned off for atmosphere.

The Jocklin sisters stood before the cauldron and joined hands. They closed their eyes and hummed a haunting rhythm as the spell book instructed. As they hummed, the cauldron bubbled and the circle beneath it glowed. Once the potion came to frothy, rumbling boil, the sisters recited the incantation:

"We two witches, our cauldron full of this and that.

We summon two creatures, wherever they're at."

At that very moment, back in the Neitherworld, Jacques and Ginger were taking an evening stroll when a green light flashed just above their heads. The two monsters screamed, falling to the ground.

"Sacre bleu! What is happening?!" Jacques hugged Ginger in fear.

"Is this another one of Beetlejuice's pranks?!" Ginger squealed. The green light shifted into a portal of some kind.

"No! This isn't anything like Beetlejuice's pranks!" said Jacques. "We must flee!"

But it was too late. The skeleton and spider were being sucked into the portal. They screamed in horror as they fell in and the portal was gone.

Back at the Grant Mansion, the potion exploded out of the cauldron. Rachel and Sasha screamed as the slimy green concoction spewed all the way up to the ceiling. The candles were blown out and the summoning circle stopped glowing.

The girls fell to their knees, gaping in shock. The ceiling, walls, and furniture were covered in the potion.

"I don't think it worked." Sasha finally said.

"Yeah, and now this place looks like a slime-coated bat cave." said Rachel. She was amazed by how strong that potion geyser was. It made a hole in the ceiling!

Alien X came rushing into the room. "Girls! What happened in here?!"

"Just a magic spell backfire." Rachel simply answered.

Sasha sighed and took off her hat and cape. "I guess we're not cut out to be real witches. But I'm okay with that." She looked around. "It's gonna take all night to clean up this mess!"

"Allow me." Alien X snapped his fingers. Thanks to his reality warping powers, the room was spotless!

"Wow! Thanks, Alien X!" Rachel hugged the starry alien. "You're a lifesaver!"

"No problem." Alien X ruffled Rachel's hair. "It's getting late. You girls better turn in for the night."

"We sure will." said Sasha. She and Rachel went upstairs, got cleaned up, and turned in for bed. Little did they know that in the attic there were two strange visitors.

Jacques and Ginger were laying in an unconscious, slimy heap, beyond confused as to what just happened.

"Ohhhh, my skull is spinning..." Jacques struggled to sit up, his bones rattled profusely.

Once she regained her senses, Ginger looked around the room. "Where are we?"

Jacques wandered around. "Hmm, it must be someone's attic." He wiped off a dusty mirror that was standing against a wall. The dust tickled his nose socket and sneezed so hard, his head popped off!

Ginger picked up Jacques' head and gave his back to her bony friend. "We have to get back home before anything else happens!"

"Oui! I'm already terrified of what could happen next!" Jacques' fear was definitely showing. His teeth were chattering and he shivered from his skull to his toe bones. The rattling noise coming off of him was incredibly noisy.

"Jacques! Easy with the rattling! You're gonna let whoever lives here know we're here!" Ginger hissed.

"I understand." Jacques hugged himself to stop himself from rattling. But his knees were still knocking, so he crossed his legs. "We must find a way out at once!"

Ginger opened the door. It was the only way out of the attic. "Shh! Let's quickly and quietly find a way out of here!" She and Jacques walked down an empty hallway. They were amazed by the number of doors there were.

"Wow! This place is much nicer than the old Roadhouse!" said Ginger.

"Oui, indeed! So many rooms, so little-" Jacques froze when his eye socket spotted a rather amazing room. It was the mansion's gymnasium. "Ooh la la!" He rushed right in and grabbed a couple of dumbbells. He instinctively started lifting. "Whoever lives here certainly appreciates fitness!" While Jacques was busy doing curves, he didn't realize that Ginger kept moving forward.

"Okay, Jacques. There has to be an exit around-" Ginger turned around, but Jacques was gone! "JACQUES!" she screamed. Ginger quickly covered her mouth. She heard a door open and quickly climbed up the wall all the way up to the ceiling.

Sasha came out of her room holding a bat just in case. Her sister advised her to always have something by her bed for protection. Ginger gulped seeing that human holding the bat.

'She could squash me with that bat!' Ginger said fearfully in her head. 'I have to find Jacques and fast!'

But before she could, Ghostfreak's head came through the ceiling right in front of Ginger. "Boo!"

"AAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Ginger screamed. She was so scared, she lost her footing and fell right on top of Sasha's head. Sasha screamed and swatted whatever landed in her hair. When Ginger fell to the floor, Sasha gasped.

Ginger looked at the human with large, frightened eyes. She was frozen with fear, waiting for that human to smash her with that bat. However, Ginger was caught off guard when the girl dropped the bat and screamed.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! HELP! GIANT SPIDER!" Sasha took off running down the hallway, leaving Ginger completely confused.

"YOU!" hissed a menacing voice. Ginger spun around and saw Ghostfreak looming over her. "How dare you scare Sasha! That's MY job!"

Ginger screamed and took of running herself. That angry ghost was much scarier than that human.

Back at the gym, Jacques had finishing his curves and decided to do some sit ups. "I don't know why Ginger was so worried about this place. It's a body builder's dream!"

"HEY!" a voice barked.

Jacques stopped doing sit ups and saw what looked like a monstrous werewolf! It was Blitzwolfer. Jacques gasped, his bones started to rattle.

"What do you think you're doing here in our house messin' with our stuff, HUH?!" Blitzwolfer roared. Jacques tried to speak, but he couldn't due to his chattering teeth. He crawled away from the angry werewolf but bumped into something hairy. Jacques turned and screamed when he was face to face with a horrific orange dog creature.

Wildmutt snarled at the skeleton intruder. He snapped at Jacques, making him leap away from the alien beast. Jacques backed away from the dog monsters. He rattled even harder when they saw drool dripping from their maws.

"What do you say, Bro? Let's pick our teeth with this sack of bones!" Blitzwolfer snarled. Wildmutt snarled in agreement.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Jacques ran as fast as he could out of the gym. The aliens chased right after him and ran down the hall. Lucky for Jacques, he took cover in a room just as the aliens missed him. He opened the door and saw the coast was clear. "I have to find Ginger and leave!" He started running in the other direction. He ran around a corner but crashed right into someone!

The impact was strong enough to make Jacques go to pieces. His parts scattered all over the place.

"OWWW!" said a girl's voice when Jacques' head bonked her on the head. The skeleton looked up and saw a human girl! It was Rachel! The human rubbed her sore head and gasped seeing all the skeleton bones littered around her. There was even an arm hanging on her shoulder and a leg on her lap.

"Uh, bonjour?" said Jacques' head.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Rachel shot up and shook off the skeleton bones that were on her. She then took off running. Jacques reassembled himself and felt a twinge of remorse.

"Sacre bleu! What have I done?! I frightened that poor mademoiselle!" Jacques chased after Rachel. "Mademoiselle! Wait!"

Ginger ran into a different room. She slammed the door shut and reinforced it with one of her spider webs. "There! He's not getting through that!" Ginger's ears picked up scared whimpering from under the bed. Curious, she tapped her way over and saw the girl she frightened.

"EEEEEEE!" Sasha squealed. She tried to squirm away from the spider. "Stay away from me! I hate spiders!" She buried her face in her hands. "Please don't hurt me!"

Now Ginger felt really bad. This girl really was terrified of her. Ginger had to cheer up this human. "Hey! Don't be scared! Why don't I perform for you? I'm a great dancer!"

Hearing this, Sasha slowly opened her eyes. "D-Dancer?" She found the courage to crawl out of her hiding spot. Now that Sasha got a better look at her, this talking spider was actually pretty cute. She was a pretty pink color and she had an adorable voice. Plus, she had on very nice shoes. "But...you're a spider. How can you dance with all those legs?"

Ginger grinned a big smile. "Just watch!" She sang a cheerful little tune and started tap dancing! Sasha couldn't believe her eyes! A tap dancing spider?!

As Ginger danced, Sasha began to smile. She was actually pretty good! When Ginger finished and took a bow, Sasha gave her a round of applause. "That was great!"

"Oh, thank you! Thank you!" Ginger said happily.

"What's your name?" asked Sasha.

"Ginger, and you are?"

"Sasha, Sasha Jocklin. So, what are you doing here, Ginger?"

"Well, I don't know how we even got here! Jacques and I were taking a walk and then there was this flashing green light that opened a portal to this world! We were trying to leave this place but I lost Jacques! Then this ghost came along and scared me! And that's when I fell on top of you!" Ginger saw the look of shock on Sasha's face.

"Uh-oh! I think my sister and I brought you here by mistake!" said Sasha. "We were practicing a summoning spell but we thought we messed it up!"

"Well, clearly you didn't!" Ginger pointed out. "We found ourselves in a dusty old attic!"

Sasha stood up. "I'm so sorry, Ginger! I'll help you find Jacques! Uh, what does he look like?"

"Well, he's not hard to miss. He's a skeleton."

Sasha gulped. "A s-skeleton?!" she squeaked. She shook her head to snap out of it. "Okay, I'll help!"

"I'd better come with you!" Ginger started to climb up Sasha, making the human freeze. Ginger saw Sasha look nervous. "You okay?"

"I-I-I'm just not used to s-spiders crawling on me..." Sasha said feebly.

"Aw, it's okay! I'll be good! Chin up!" Ginger started tickling Sasha's back, making Sasha giggle.

"Hehehehehehahahahahahahahaha! Okay! Okay! Let's go!" The two went to find the missing skeleton.

Jacques found himself in a different part of the mansion trying to find Rachel. "Where could that young lady be?"

Just then, Ghostfreak popped up through the floor right in front of Jacques. The sight of this exceedingly scary ghost was enough to make the skeleton scream. Ghostfreak let out a hideous shriek as his tentacles burst out of body.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Jacques screamed louder than he ever screamed in his afterlife. He fainted and literally fell to pieces yet again.

Ghostfreak stared at the unconscious pile of bones. Rachel, who had been hiding behind a slightly open door, slowly came out. She saw the whole thing.

"Wow. This skeleton has no guts in more ways than one." said Ghostfreak.

Rachel took a closer look at the skeleton. "I don't think he's dangerous, Ghostfreak. In fact, I think we made a huge mistake." She picked up Jacques' skull. "Um, Mr. Skeleton? Hello?" She gently patted the side of his skull.

Jacques started to wake up. He gasped seeing himself in the hands of the very human he had scared. Rachel smiled. "Hey! Rise and shine!"

"Huh?! What?!" Jacques was confused all over again. But when he saw the ghost that terrified him, he was about to let out another scream. But Rachel covered his mouth. "No! No! No! It's okay! Shhhh!" Rachel said calmly. "Don't be scared. This is Ghostfreak. He's a friend of mine!"

"A friend?!" said Jacques, surprised.

Rachel nodded. "Yeah, my name's Rachel Jocklin. I think my sister and I brought you here by mistake. We performed a summoning spell."

"You did?! Are you witches?!" Jacques looked carefully at Rachel. She looked like a completely normal girl. There was nothing witchy about her. No warts, scraggly hair, or wicked behavior. She didn't wear anything black, just a pink t-shirt and grey sweatpants.

"Well, not exactly. You could say we're witches in training." said Rachel. "What's your name?"

"Uh, Jacques LaLean." said the unsure skeleton.

Rachel smiled. "What do you say we put you back together and we can talk more?"

Touched by her kindness, Jacques decided to trust this human. "If you don't mind, Rachel."

Rachel replied with a warm smile. Jacques felt flushed from that smile. If he had a heart, it would skip a beat.

"I got his arms!" said Ghostfreak.

Rachel gently set the skeleton's head down and grabbed his ribcage. Jacques gasped before closing his jaw shut. The feeling of Rachel's fingers between his ribs really tickled. Rachel was amazed by how tough Jacques' ribs were. Out of curiosity, she squeezed and ran her fingers through the sturdy bones. The more she did it, the harder it was for Jacques not to laugh.

"R-Rachel! Ahahaha! Could-Could you be more-ahahahahahaha! Careful with my bones?! Ahahahahahahaha!" Then suddenly, Jacques started to burst out laughing. "OHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! WHAT IS HAPPENING?! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! SOMETHING IS TICKLING MY FEET! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Your feet?!" Rachel turned around and saw Blitzwolfer and Wildmutt licking Jacques' feet like they were lollipops.

"Mmmmm! These are the best bones I ever tasted!" Blitzwolfer howled, his tail wagging with satisfaction. Wildmutt nodded with wholehearted agreement.

"OHOHOHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! PLEASE! HAVE MERCY!" Jacques pleaded. "I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! PLEEEEEASE!"

"Come on, you guys. That's enough." Rachel said firmly. The canine creatures stopped and returned the leg bones. Finally, Jacques was together again.

"Sacre ewww! My feet are all slimy!" Jacques said with disgust.

"Sorry about that, buddy." Blitzwolfer handed Jacques a clean towel for his feet. "We couldn't help it! Your bones were amazing! You must take real good care of them or something!"

Jacques grinned. "Oui, this is true! I exercise every day! For I am a skeleton body builder!"

"Body builder?!" Rachel was caught completely off guard by that. "A skeleton...body builder?!"

"I know it sounds preposterous because I am a skeleton and have no body to build. But that doesn't stop me from doing what I love!" Jacques tightened his bony fist.

"And it definitely shows!" Rachel said all of a sudden.

Jacques blinked. "It...does?"

"Yeah! Look at you! You're so tall and your bones feel like they were made of stone! You're amazing!" Rachel looked at him with eyes full of wonder.

"You...really think so?" Jacques felt like he just won the Neitherworld Olympics. He was rarely praised for his efforts as a body builder due to being a skeleton. Normally, people wouldn't notice the results of his hard work and dedication. But these people did!

"Yeah! You're setting a good example!" said Rachel. "So what if you're a skeleton? You still stay committed to fitness. I think that's real dedication!"

Jacques started to sniffle. "Oh, Rachel! I don't know what to say!" Tears started to fall from his eye sockets.

"Jacques! Jacques!"

The skeleton turned and saw Ginger riding on a human's back! Sasha stopped in front of Jacques, she looked all the way up at the tall skeleton.

"Jacques! I'm so glad you're okay!" Ginger jumped off of Sasha and hugged her beloved friend.

"I'm so glad you're okay, Ginger!" said Jacques. He turned his attention to the silent human that stared at him with frightened eyes. Sasha gulped.

"Jacques, this is my sister, Sasha." Rachel introduced.

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Sasha." Jacques smiled.

"Uh, h-hi..." Sasha said. When Jacques offered his hand to Sasha, she shrunk away from the bony hand. Sasha looked at Rachel and saw the calm look on her face.

"Sasha, this is Jacques LaLean." said Rachel. "We summoned him by accident. Our spell worked after all."

"Yeah...I guess we have what it takes to be witches after all." Sasha admitted. "I'm so sorry about all this! Please forgive us!"

"It's okay, Sasha." said Ginger.

"Oui, in fact, we're not even mad!" said Jacques.

"Huh?!" Sasha was caught off guard by their responses. "You're not mad?!" She flinched when Jacques put his hand on Sasha's shoulder.

"Not at all!" said Jacques. "In fact, let us celebrate with a good workout!" He smiled, making Sasha turn pale. Seeing her sister so afraid, Rachel got an idea. She whispered her idea to Jacques.

Sasha felt nervous about what Rachel was whispering about. Jacques grew an evil look on his face. A worried Sasha looked at Rachel for an explanation. "Don't worry, Sasha. I just told Jacques about our favorite game that's great exercise."

Jacques raised his arms and wiggled his bony fingers. "Tickle tag!" he sang.

Catching on, Sasha starting running as fast as she could. Sasha was a fast runner, she believed she could outrun this spooky skeleton. But when she looked back, she saw Jacques effortlessly keeping up with her! It wasn't long at all when Jacques caught Sasha and pinned her down. He then started tickling her stomach.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! C-CUT IT OUT! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Coochy, coochy, coo, Sasha!" Jacques cooed as he tickled.

"PLEASE! NO TICKLES! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Sasha laughed. Rachel and Ginger watched from afar.

"So you see, whenever Sasha gets scared, she just needs a good tickle and she's not afraid anymore." Rachel explained to Ginger.

"Really? It's that simple?"

Rachel smiled. "Yeah, she'll be so busy laughing, she'll forget to be scared."

Jacques stopped tickling and let Sasha take a break. Once she recovered, she felt Jacques pat her head. "I must say, I never thought I'd have such a fun visit in the human world!"

"Really?!" said Sasha.

"Oui! Ginger and I have always wanted to visit the human world. But we were too scared because of how humans hate monsters. But thanks to you and Rachel, we somehow got our wish!"

"Thank you, Sasha!" said Ginger.

Sasha began to smile. "Well, you guys are welcome to visit us anytime."

Jacques and Ginger gasped. "Really?"

"Yeah, if you want to." said Sasha.

"We love having company." Rachel added.

Ginger tapped her feet with joy. "Absolutely!"

"That is most generous of you ladies!" said Jacques. "We gladly accept!"

The Jocklin sisters couldn't be happier. Guess she and Rachel made some good friends in these monsters after all.
