-The Villain's Point of View-

Mateo Brutale, the evil teenage genius, continued to watch from behind a bush. Now, however, he was growing impatient. This is unimportant to me, he thought. I just want that otter!

Mateo had always wanted to create a growth serum, and now he believed he had finally done it.

He'd always aced his science classes in school, especially chemistry. It was his strongest suit, in his opinion not to mention everyone else's. But his greatness with the subject also ended up being his downfall, unbeknownst to him. For when people noticed his exceptional skills, they began to have higher expectations for him- and the peer pressure had only intensified from there.

So that is what drove him to attempt this crazy thing- he wanted to show the world once and for all that he was the best of the best, and unstoppable, and ready for anything they could ever possibly think of- and more.

He remembered when one of his idols and fellow villain, Zach Varmitech, had come up with the idea to use on a little black jaguar kitten. And ever since then, Mateo had been obsessed with trying to do it himself. Only, he wanted to take it one step further: he was not only going to grow her to human size, but he also wanted to give her the ability to talk like a human.

He was trying to turn her into a new human-otter hybrid! And when people found out about this achievement, he expected to become famous, just like he'd always thought he deserved.

He was eager to succeed at it where Zach had failed- he really was going to do it, and he would not let these two weirdos stand in his way.

His plan was to wait for a moment when the two weren't looking, and then grab that otter and flee to his secret hideaway lab. There was a reason he wanted this particular otter, too- he'd been observing her for a while, and she was just the right size and age. Plus, she was already right there! Right in front of him!

However, there was just one flaw in his plan: those two goofballs didn't appear to be planning to leave any time soon. And this bothered Mateo to no end.

Meanwhile, the bros were still enjoying their time with Bubbles. They had just finished their breakfast of toast and were ready to get back on the mission: spend all day with having fun with Bubbles.
