Welcome to the world premiere of "The Butch and The Beast"! It seems like the readers have their tickets and movie snacks, so let the movie begin!

Narrator: Once upon a time, there was a girl. She was tall and has long jet black hair. She was loved by all girls, boys, and animals both wild and tamed. Well, except for one beast: the Kamineko. He sees her as a monster, but nobody agrees with him since he's a monster himself. So, he decided to make his point concrete by making a potion with a boar's ear and wolf's bane and coating it on his sharp teeth. All he has to do is to look cute and sleep.

(Sakaki is walking on the same sideway she walks when goes back to her home from school)

Sakaki: (notices the sleeping Kamineko) Ah, you're back. (put her hand towards the Kamineko)

Narrator: The gray cat chomps down on the girl's hand, injecting the potion into her body. The potion took effect, turn the girl into a monster with the head, mane, and tusks of a boar and the fur, paws, claws, hind legs, and tail of a black wolf. But the potion didn't change her shy and sweet personality, it only changed her appearance. When she came back to her family's Japanese-style mansion, her parents freaked out at the sight of their monstrous daughter and ran away to their neighbor's house, but her pet Iriomote cat kitten Maya refused to leave his master's side. The potion's magic effects can only be truly lifted if a person, male or female, stranger or friend, would declare true love to the girl despite her monstrous appearance. But, who will truly love a beast like her? Who will?

So, Sakaki's the beast, and it's all because of that bastard cat! Truly, the Kamineko is pure evil! And about the story, it's based on both Disney's Beauty and the Beast and the original 18th century Beauty and the Beast (Though most elements come from the Disney version). And yes, the Kamineko is smarter and more magical than regular cats. So, who's going to break the curse on Sakaki? (Hint: It's not Kaori) Also, in later chapters, whenever this asterisk appears, (like this*) a joke explanation at the end of the chapter

*Like this.

So, read and review!
