AFTER STEWING IN her room for a while, Juliette let out a huff before leaving her room. Eric's presence had ruined the buzz she had been previously feeling, and she didn't trust the vampire enough to allow herself to get shit faced drunk like she had originally planned.

Not spotting any sign of Eric in the common room they shared, Juliette shuffled her way to the kitchen, hoping to find that the hotel had left some complimentary chocolates or sweets, only to huff in disappointment when she came up empty-handed.

With a muttered few choice of words, Juliette grabbed her wallet before going on the hunt for a vending machine. She wandered down the halls only to pause as she heard her sister's voice talking to an unfamiliar one.

With her curiosity peaked, Juliette sauntered over, her eyebrow quirking as she noticed the agitated bellboy.

Juliette smirked as she approached, "Sooks, why are you bothering poor..." She paused, taking a quick glance at his name tag, "...Barry here?"

Sookie whirled around at her sister's voice, an excited smile lighting up her face. "Jules! Jules! He's just like us!" Sookie exclaims.

Juliette looked over at the uncomfortable bellboy, 'Is that right?' Juliette thought, raising an eyebrow.

"No! No, it's not right!" Barry quickly denied it, and Juliette couldn't help but let out an amused chuckle.

"I never said anything," Juliette points out, and Barry's eyes go wide in fear at the realization.

"See! He's like us!" Sookie says excitedly.

Barry's face grew more uncomfortable, and Juliette felt a pang of pity. She understood the need to keep the powers a secret, but her sister didn't. She had always embraced her gifts while Juliette spent most of her life trying to numb them with alcohol.

Placing a hand on her sister's shoulder to stop her bouncing, Juliette speaks up, making sure to keep her tone gentle as if she was talking to a child, "That's great, Sooks, but now it's time to leave bellhop Barry alone."

"But-"

Juliette's tone turns more firm, "No buts, just leave the poor man alone."

Juliette looks at Barry and tilts her head, indicating for him to leave. The man shoots her a grateful look before practically scampering off.

Sookie huffs, turning to glare at her sister, 'Bossy bitch.'

"I am," Juliette acknowledges much to Sookie's frustration, which only grows as the older Stackhouse smirks, "Now off to bed, it's past your bedtime."

"I ain't a baby," Sookie snaps.

Juliette only snorts and gives her sister a look. Sookie tried to hold Juliette's eyes like how Jason does when the twins are at a stalemate but ended up looking away. Letting out an annoyed huff, Sookie stormed off back to her suite.

Juliette waited a few seconds to make sure Sookie wouldn't sneak back to hunt down Barry, and once she determined Sookie wasn't going to do that, she walked away, going back on her hunt to find a vending machine.

Juliette sighed in annoyance as she listened to Stan and Isabel argue. It was the next night, and Eric had taken her, Sookie and Bill to talk to Godric's lieutenants about getting Godric back, but all the pair had managed to do so far was bicker.

Eric, who was pacing behind the couch she was sitting on, stopped, "You're completely incompetent!" He snaps, "What's happened to Godric that he surrounds himself with clowns."

Isabel glared as she stalked closer, "We invited you as a courtesy. This is not your territory. You have no voice here."

"Yeah, sheriff," Stan smirked, "Why don't you run on back down to Louisiana. We don't need you or your puppets."

"Fine by me," Juliette announces merrily, slapping her hand on her thighs, moving to get up.

However, Eric stops her with a firm hand on her shoulder, his eyes still trained on the two vampires, "Oh, we're not going anywhere."

"And I'm nobody's puppet," Sookie adds.

Juliette rolled her eyes at her sister's words, not seeing the point in trying to argue with imbeciles.

"What we need is a plan," Bill speaks up, trying to shift back to the topic at hand.

"I have a plan," Stan drawls out, annoyed.

Isabel rolls her eyes, "It's not a plan. It's a movie!" She snaps.

"It's not a movie," Stan denies dramatically, "It's a war."

Eric glares, "Idiots," He hisses before storming off.

Juliette let out a sigh before getting up and following. She wasn't exactly sure why she followed but anywhere was better than listening to the pair squabble.

Juliette met Eric in the backyard, where he was standing quietly.

"I warn you now that your usual commentary might not be appreciated," He says quietly, his eyes still glued to the night sky.

"Relax, I'm not looking to start anything," She explains, "Like you, I just couldn't stand to listen to their bickering for a second longer."

Eric doesn't respond, but Juliette doesn't mind, and for the first time since they met, Juliette was relaxed in the other vampire's presence.

"You hadn't said much back there," Eric comments after a while.

Juliette shrugs, "What's there to say? Those two are too focused on arguing like children to come up with a proper plan."

Eric finally tears his gaze away from the sky and looks to her with a raised brow, "Do you have a plan in mind?" He questions.

Juliette looks towards him, "You brought Sookie and me here for a reason, so use us," She says, "You're not sure if the Fellowship has Godric, so let us go and find out."

Eric smirks, but it lacked his usual mirth, "My, that's a very Sookie like plan," He comments, but Juliette could see he was actually considering her plan.

Juliette once again shrugs, "Well, we are related."

Eric lets out a slight snort before his face sobers up and gestures back to the house. Juliette nods. She hadn't realized they had been out here for quite a while, but she couldn't find it in herself to regret it. She had genuinely found herself enjoying the Viking's company. Silently, the pair make their way back, not surprised to see Stan and Isabel still bickering.

Eric let out a harsh sigh, his previous frustration returning as he grabs a vase and chucks it at the wall, effectively shutting the pair up as they turned to look at Eric.

"Godric has protected you! Made you rich, and you stand here spitting and scratching like infants!" Eric growls.

Bill steps forward, looking between both parties, "Don't any of you care that there's a traitor in your midst?" He questions.

"No," Stan states bluntly.

Isabel, however, shook her head in denial,
"Impossible."

"Somebody tried to kidnap us from the airport," Sookie said, gesturing to herself and Juliette.

"You were the only ones that knew she was coming," Bill adds, backing up his girlfriend.

Eric strides forward, glaring at Isabel and Stan, "Explain," He demands.

Stan looked to Isabel, "Unless it was you..."

"Unless it was you," Isabel was quick to snap back.

Juliette, finally tired of the bickering, stand up, "Oh, for fucks sake!" She exclaims, and everyone turns towards her in shock, not having expected her outburst after being silent for most of the meeting, "Everyone is gonna shut the fuck up and listen, Sookie and I are gonna infiltrate the Fellowship of the Sun," She states simply.

Bill opens his mouth to protest, but Juliette whirls and levels him with a deadly glare, "Argue with me, Bill Compton, I fucking dare you," She hisses.

Bill promptly snaps his mouth shut, not willing to test the annoyed older Stackhouse sibling.

Sookie catching onto her sister's thinking, nods, backing her sister up, "It works. Since Bill glamoured the kidnapper, no one knows who we are. We'll pretend to join the church and check out their thoughts."

"During the day, none of us can help you two," Bill says, glancing cautiously at Juliette as he tells Sookie.

Juliette rolls her eyes at his overprotectiveness but refrains from commenting, leaving it to her sister to reassure Bill.

Stan let out a scoff, "Waste of time when we could drink them all," He says as he grabs his hat and moves to leave, "I want no part of this."

"Thank the fuck for that," Juliette couldn't help but grumble.

Stan let out a hiss, his fangs dropping at her disrespect. He tried to rush at her, but Eric was quick to intervene, standing protectively in front of the blonde.

"Don't even think about it," Eric growls.

A flash of fear goes through Stan's eyes, and he sneers at the pair before spinning on his heel and storming away.

Isabel fidgets with her hands as she takes a slight step forward, "There's no easier way to find out if they're involved."

"If it leads us to Godric, we'll do it," Eric states, his tone leaving no room for any argument, "The decision is made."

Bill frowned, clearly unhappy with the decision, but Juliette couldn't care less.

"A few words," Bill says sharply, gritting his teeth.

Eric keeps his face blank but nods, conceding to Bill's demand. The pair moving to the corner for some privacy.

Juliette rolls her eyes at the dark-haired vampire before turning to Isabel, "So, got any vodka?"
