Part 3: Don saves Charlie

Takes place a year after the series finale...

Don and Charlie were walking from the FBI building after a long day of work and were really tired but they were planning on watching a gam with their dad, which they haven't done for a few weeks.

It was something they have managed to do since the days Amita and Charlie returned from England and Don and Robin got married a month later but lately it has been busy with Amita giving birth to the twins and Robin in the early stages of her own pregnancy.

"How are the twins?" Don yawned as they reached the car

"So far so good but man, Maggie screams a lot when she gets hungry, though Donna manages to stay quiet." Charlie said with a smirk when a car was suddenly screeching towards Charlie

"Charlie!" Don said as he grabbed his younger brother before the car could crash into either of them.

Both brothers were able to get out of the way with the only injuries being scrapes and bruises from landing on the concrete road. The car itself crashed into a wall of the FBI building, setting off alarms.

"Charlie? You okay?" Don asked

"Yeah, I am, good timing." Charlie answered, still registering as to what just happened at the moment.

Colby came outside running and went over the Eppes to see if they were okay and what they saw.

"Guys, what just happened?" Colby asked

"Not sure, that car just suddenly came barreling towards us and we got out of the way just in time before it ran over us."

"Glad you guys are okay."

"We are, thanks to Don" Charlie said, still shocked by the close call and nearly being run over.

"Any time, buddy," Don said, "Any time."
