Note: OKAY! First of all, this is not a fanfic of Shake it up! I just cant find (and I think there's none) the category of the Danish movie "Shake it all about!" or "En Kort En Lang". Also, I honestly never watched the movie, only clips, so I honestly don't know whether my plot goes along with the movie's, but either-or, it will still be from my universe. I'll just continue with whatever I created.

— Street Lights —

Running. That's what he was doing. He is such a fool for falling into his lover's trap, trusting him again when he clearly knows the line "once a cheater; always a cheater". Everything just hurts right now that he couldn't see where he was going. The dark of night has fallen and city lights flicker everywhere which makes it harder for him to understand where he is going with his sight blurred by hot tears. He could hear yells of a man he knew so well— yelling as if in a rush.

"J?rgen! J?rgen!"

J?rgen did not pay attention to this man. It is just so agonizing that the 14th of February was supposed to be his date with this man, yet right when he arrived in the rendezvous, he sees that woman again— than woman whose sight just twists his guts, making him want to vomit as his blood pressure rises with deep rage. She was holding his man's hand.

Not again. He reminds himself once more that he shall not fall into his trap again. He must learn from this pain. He must let go.

He continues to walk, heedless of the bicycle passing by which now caught him in a mess as both people stumbled on each other. "Er du sk?r?!" The man riding the bike yells, but he did not waste time. He got back to his bike and steered the bike away from the other fallen man. Suffering from a concussion, J?rgen was unable to comprehend what is happening. Quite ironic it is, that although he's the one being hurt, he's the one to experience these unfortunate circumstances under jealousy. This is not my fault. I do not deserve this.— He thinks, but before he could get up and leave, a pair of arms embraced him from the back.

"J?rgen, are you alright?" The man spoke as he searched through his pockets for his phone to call an ambulance and a handkerchief to wipe and stop the bleeding on the bald man's head. Every nerve on his body is burning with concern and nervousness for the person who just got caught in a minor accident. It was minor, but it still was concerning. J?rgen does not deserve this.

The events were still quite unclear to J?rgen, but familiar with the feeling of the two arms, the voice that has just spoke, and the physique of his lover, he knew a bit of what's happening. Jacob has caught me. Fuck. "No! No! No! NO!" He tried to yell as he struggled in the embrace of Jacob. He wanted to keep running and get the hell away from this cheater, but to no avail, he is too weak and hurt at the moment, and these factors added more to his collapse. All became black.

— Hospital —

Jacob sat on the hospital beside J?rgen, who is unconsciously lying on the bed. He held his lover's hand tightly because he's afraid that any time soon, while in his sleep, J?rgen would wake up and run away. No, he needs him to stay this time, and that's why he held his hand— he cannot let him go. All the while, his concern for J?rgen right now is insufferable. He has always hated seeing J?rgen in pain. The pain he had just felt was purely unintentional. J?rgen misunderstood. Everything was supposed to be a surprise, a good one, and he knows that if J?rgen would just give him a chance to hear his side, J?rgen would be happy.

A knock from the room's window finally disturbed Jacob from his thoughts. It was Caroline. She mouthed "May I come in?" and as a reply, Jacob nodded. He knew it may be risky; that once J?rgen wakes up seeing Caroline around, he would rage. However, he guessed that maybe there is just no good time to break the news. He tried earlier, but J?rgen quickly misunderstood the whole scene.

"How is he?" She sat on the armchair farthest to J?rgen. She couldn't risk sitting close to him.

"The doctor said it is just a minor concussion. Fortunately." He stared heavily at the unconscious man as he reply. Tears riled up while looking at him; his feelings about concern and woe were earnest, and god, he just hope that J?rgen was awake at the moment to see the truth in his eyes, in hopes that J?rgen would finally realize.

"That's good." She replied.

"And you're not." A sudden shock came to Jacob and Caroline as J?rgen spoke. Has he been awake all along, or has he just woken up?

"J-J?-J?rgen. . . Are you okay?" Jacob stands to clearly examine the man, his other hand running from J?rgen's forehead to his cheeks and finally, his chin, almost willing to kiss him passionately as he was influenced by the delight.

"Why is she here, Jacob? Why are you here?" J?rgen spoke with his eyes closed. He knew that once he opens it, tears would roll with such haste from his eyes. He does not want to look broken at the moment; no, he must look infuriated.

"J?rgen. . . J?rgen. Please, let me speak first. Hear me out." Jacob sniffs and then kisses J?rgen's hand gently, hoping that the simple action would at least calm him down, but it didn't. J?rgen finally gave him his intense stare, his eyes red and puffy, and tears started to collect around his eyes.

"Please do so, J?rgen." Caroline adds. "I am giving my baby up for adoption."

"And you want me to take care of it?!" There was an evident pain on J?rgen's response, and shit, that struck Jacob with fright. Nooo… He did not expect his reaction to be contradicting.

"It is Jacob's baby!"

"Lady, don't you think that is what I'm trying to forget?"

"YOU TWO, STOP!" Jacob then coughs to clear his throat as his head hung low. He then stood up and sat on the available space on J?rgen's bed, his hand now on J?rgen's chest. "J?rgen… do you remember when we used to talk about having kids who would run around our apartment? Who you would tell bedtime stories to? Who you would cook for and bathe? I want that too, and that opportunity lies in front of us." He sniffs as he gently flattens the waves of J?rgen's shirt on his chest. It was as if he is trying to heal the pain on his chest, one that is not working effectively at the moment.

"Jacob, you don't understand. This hurts! It hurts so damn awful that I've never been more persuaded to leave you!" The words came like arrows piercing Jacob's heart. He knows it's his fault; he also knows that maybe he has no right in asking that favor the J?rgen. . . but still. J?rgen is a kind, loving man, and he knows that he will love the child dearly.

Caroline knew she's wrong to just barge into their personal conversation, but she really wants to help Jacob, and knowing her condition, being financially broke, she will not be able to take care of the baby. She needs to push J?rgen. "J?rgen. . . please, for once, help us by thinking this through— jealousy and grudge aside. Once you become the parents of this child, I assure you that you will never see me. Please, let Jacob have his wish. . . There's still a lot of time before the baby's birth; I'll give you that much time to think this thoroughly." She wipes the single tear from her cheek and gives a long sigh. "I will go now. Jacob, please let me know of the final decision." And with that, she took her leave.

The lovers were left with heavy silence. The atmosphere was filled with so much negativity— anger, pain, and gloom— that even the Christmas carols sang by kids did not help the two to ease up. . . and J?rgen used to love these things.

For some reason, guilt built up in J?rgen. He loves kids, and oh my glorious god, how much would he love it if he would have this kid with Jacob, if this kid would take features from him while the child-like behaviors would come from Jacob. He would love to see this kid in between them on their bed as his bedtime stories lull her to sleep. He would love Jacob running and chasing this kid, struggling to put a shirt on him or her. It would have been perfect if it weren't for Caroline, yet at the same time, he thought. Would it really by awful to accept this kid? It was not the kid's fault she or he was conceived. Mostly, it was the pride that pains him, the pride that crushes him as he is reminded of when Jacob chose her, not him. . . but that's not the case now, is it? Jacob chose him. And then a better thought enlightened him . . . a thought he so profoundly resented, now giving him mixed feelings, uncertain with his rage . . .

It's Jacob's baby.

Jacob knew that J?rgen would be adamant about this, but somehow, he was just denying the truth. J?rgen would never love this child because the child was caused by a mistake, an affair. He was just too caught up with the thought that he's going to be a father— no, not just him. He loved the thought that the two of them will father a kid, hand-in-hand raising the child. He was too caught up that he forgot about J?rgen's feelings. Of course! Of course, he would be mad! He would resent you, even! He closed his eyes and sighed as he mentally kicked himself. If he could, he would hit himself with a metal chair.

"J?rgen…" He whispers as slowly, his eyes travelled up to meet with J?rgen's. "I'm so sorry for not knowing better." He squeezes J?rgen's hand, and then slowly lies down beside him, his head placed on his chest while his legs curled and intertwined with J?rgen's. He released a deep sigh, the breath of pain leaving from his body as he slowly accepts the consequences. "You don't have to agree."

J?rgen sighs in relief too while his hand found its way on Jacob's hair, playing with it ever-so-lightly to soothe his lover's nerves. To his delight, he felt the tension break down as Jacob's muscle relax to his touch. Then, he lets out a statement that became so bewildering to Jacob. "Is the child a girl? I would love a daughter."

In a swift, Jacob's torso rises up to meet J?rgen once more. His throat, caught by intense confusion, was so dry to even mutter a word. All he could do was slowly nod. A grin smoothly appeared from J?rgen's lips as he let out the next few words. "Then let's have her, shall we?" Fireworks came crushing in Jacob's stomach. He just couldn't help but smile at what he has just heard. Thrilled so much, he began to kiss J?rgen's lips; he was so thrilled that his body melted to his passion. He couldn't control the deep burning desires anymore for the man he loves abundantly.

"Jeg elsker dig, J?rgen."

"Jeg elsker ogs? dig, Jacob."

Both whispered amidst the sounds of relief and passion flowing through the atmospheric love.
