I Own Nothing

AN: Wrote this either early last year or late in 2019 not sure lol.

Summary: They go to the convention in this chapter.

Title: More Than One Pass

The week passed by fast and the kids got even more excited about going. Gus and Jenny dressed up as Superman and Super Girl. Justin had convinced Brian that they should go as their comic book alter egos. They were dressed like J.T. and Rage which had thrilled their son and niece. Justin might have promised him sexual favors to get him to do it, but that was between them. Gus and Jenny had pleaded with Hunter to dress up too not wanting him to feel left out. He'd finally caved going as Super Boy not wanting to venture from the theme that Gus and Jenny had. Michael had gone with Captain Astro instead of his alter ego in the comic they wrote.

They posed with the different super heroes that their passes allowed, which was most of them. There was so much to do that Jenny and Gus didn't know how they would take it all in. Brian made sure he took pictures and video so they would remember it. They got autographs from their favorite characters. Even if he had been upset with Michael, Brian had made sure that even he got the autograph he'd always wanted. Gus and Jenny had brought it up all week wanting to know if there would be a Captain Astro there. He hadn't known at first, but Justin had gotten a hold of the people putting it on.

Brian smiled seeing Justin's smile when Robin from Batman came up to him for a picture. He knew his husband had a secret crush on Robin. He did sit through the Batman & Robin, and Batman Forever movie a dozen times because of it. It was the one in the movie that Justin liked the most, but Justin was happy with the picture and autograph he got from the comic convention one too. He got the moment captured when Justin's face turned red when he'd let it slip to Robin how much his husband loved him. He'd teased about having to watch out that Robin didn't run off with Justin. The extra passes weren't just for the kids to be happy because they all were.

They had lunch with the comic convention's Superman and Super Girl which thrilled Gus and Jenny so much. They had some of the other Superman characters from the comic books at the table as well. There wasn't a Super Boy there, but the Superman said that Hunter could fill in if he wanted. Michael had thought it was a joke at first, but when a couple of kids had asked Hunter agreed to it. The little boy had come there to see Super Boy after all. It wasn't one of the bigger cities so he hadn't been included, but Hunter had fixed it. The boy had been so happy and his parents had thanked them.

After lunch they met some more of the super heroes at the convention. They sat in on some of the interviews since that was on the agenda. The kids looked through the comic that they had gotten back at the lunch while the adults took in more of the conversation going on with the panel. When it had been over they left to go to other areas. It had given them a chance to rest more after all the walking they'd done so far. Gus and Jenny got to meet some of the younger super heroes at one of the booths.

"You know this isn't as bad as I thought it would be." Brian said smiling at Justin. "You did get to see you're crush too." He teased getting an elbow to the side.

"Behave, I can't believe you told him I dreamed of fucking him. I should so get you for that one, but instead I'll find something else." Justin said smiling back kissing Brian before he leaned into his embrace.

"Oh like make me dress up in another Robin costume like at Halloween and do me?" Brian whispered into Justin's ear. "Sunday night when Gus goes back to his moms maybe I'll let J.T. fuck Rage anywhere he wants." He said biting down on Justin's neck a little.

Justin bit down on his inner jaw to keep from making a sound before he pulled away from Brian. If he stayed there and listened to what he was about to say it would only lead to something that should never be seen in front of the kids. He did kiss Brian though before whispering in his ear he completely agreed before going over to Gus and Jenny. Brian grinned knowing he'd gotten to Justin. If it wasn't for the fact there were in fact kids around he'd take him to the bathroom and fuck him.

"You all finding what you wanted?" Brian asked putting his hand against Justin's back.

"Daddy look at this he has the issue of the comic that I'm missing. It's so cool you think I could get it?" Gus asked not sure how much it was. He'd seen it once at the comic book store, but the guy in front of him had been buying it.

"Yeah you can get it. You two see one you want?" Brian asked Jenny and Hunter not wanting to leave them out.

"I'm good, but thanks Brian." Hunter said browsing through the comics. He wanted to find the Batman table like Justin did. He wanted to see if there was any of Batgirl where Justin was trying to find the first one where Robin entered the comics.

"I not sure, but I keep looking Uncle Brian." Jenny said trying to see if there were any she liked. So far she didn't see any at the tables they'd been at. She loved Gus reading his to her, but besides Super Girl she wasn't into many of the other characters. Even if she couldn't read it yet she did like her daddy and Uncle Justin's comic book. Her mommies just said she wasn't grown up enough yet.

"No problem, if you do let one of us know." Brian replied before talking to the guy about getting the one Gus wanted.

By the end of the first day the kids were almost asleep on their feet. The adults were tired as well, but they'd had fun. It was still two more days of fun and more memories to be made. Brian was carrying Gus as they walked out to their vehicle to go home for the night. Michael was carrying Jenny who was asleep by the time he got her in the booster seat. Justin and Hunter were still inside finishing up at the last area.

They had told them to take the kids to the car while they'd finished. Brian had known that Justin might be lost for a while, it had been the official Batman booth. He'd told him to take his time and Hunter was helping him look through the comics for the first issue Robin was in. Justin was doing the same for Hunter looking for Batgirl. Michael had been trying for a year to get it for Justin, but it kept selling out or auctioned off before he could get it. Hunter had apparently just mentioned something about his tonight. Michael said he could look into it if they couldn't find it there.

The only problem they had run into was when Jenny had found a comic she had wanted. It had been the only thing she'd actually said she wanted the whole day. She had even asked the seller how much she wanted for it herself. The woman had seemed nice til she had asked if Jenny wanted to look at another comic she had that had unicorns in the thing. Jenny hadn't wanted unicorns in a comic she'd wanted the one she'd saw.

Michael had wanted to get pissy with her, but thankfully Hunter had gotten him out of there. Justin had gotten it and handed it to Jenny giving the woman a look daring her to say anything. Gus had taken Jenny's hand leading her off to where Hunter and Michael had gone. Brian knew some people could be horrible, but Jenny was six she didn't understand why she'd been told no.

"Thank you for fixing this." Michael said after he had Jenny in the SUV.

He looked down knowing that he had messed it up, but Brian fixed it like he always did. He knew that Brian would always be there to fix things when he messed up. He'd gotten Jenny the comic book too when he'd been starting to act like a jerk. It irritated him the woman thought his daughter wanted some horse with a horn on it's head over what she'd picked out.

"I did not do this for you Michael. I did this for that little girl who loves you so much and my son who begged you to take him here. I also did it for your son in there who looks up to you. You have to actually think about things. I can't keep covering for you Michael, but I will never in this world let your daughter feel left out like you make Gus feel." Brian said after he'd closed the door not wanting to wake the kids. "It's time to grow up Michael, take responsibility and not like in there when you called that woman a bitch." He added before going to get in the SUV.

Michael looked at Jenny sleeping in the booster seat sitting beside Gus. Brian had told him once he'd do a good job with a child, he'd raised him after all. It wasn't true though, Brian had been the one that was there for him. He might have dealt with Brian after his dad beat on him, his drug or drunken moments too. However, Brian was there for the rest of it even now when they both had kids; Brian still bailed him out of it. Justin was too since he'd been the one to get the passes even if Brian paid.

Jenny had smiled at him earlier tonight telling him that she was having the best time of her life. She'd hugged him so tight when he'd picked her up to bring her out to the vehicle too. She said it was an awesome thing they got to do as a family. It was the best birthday gift that he along with her uncles could have given her. Brian and Justin had defiantly saved his ass from more than this.

The sound of Justin and Hunter brought him out of his thoughts as they came up. He smiled at them noticing they both had a bag from the Batman table in their hands. He figured they'd found the ones they'd been looking for. He could have helped more in locating them sooner, he'd just kept putting it off. He hadn't just been messing up with Jenny and Gus, but Hunter too. His son was going to college now.

"We found them, first issues of Batgirl and Robin." Hunter said holding his up before Justin did the same. "You riding with me Dad? Jenny's staying at the house right?" He asked.

"I'm glad you found them. Yeah, I'm riding with you." Michael said looking back at Jenny. "She's already asleep, if we move her she'll wake up. She mentioned wanting Justin's pancakes in the morning anyway. I'll see her tomorrow all day." He replied before handing Justin her over night bag. He'd gotten it out of the car before they got outside. "I'll have her all next weekend and I thought maybe I could take Gus with us to the zoo. If he wants to go since it is his weekend to be with Brian and you."

"I'm sure for a trip to the zoo he'd give up one weekend at the house." Justin said not sure what had been said while they were inside, but something changed. Michael had been talking about taking Jenny to his house when they'd left this morning; most of the day. "Though, if you mention polar bears you might have the other big kid that's in the vehicle inviting his self too." Justin laughed before telling Hunter and Michael night.

The other two said goodnight before going to Hunter's car to go home. Justin looked at Brian before glancing back at the sleeping siblings in the back seat. He knew Brian would tell him when he felt like it what he'd said. He didn't have to wait long though, before they even pulled out of the parking place.

"I'll never let her feel like Gus does, but I'm not going to cover anymore." Brian said checking the rear-view mirror seeing his son and niece sleeping. "He better not mention the zoo to Gus unless he's serious either." He added he didn't want either of them disappointed again. He'd lived with it his entire life, he'd never let the two in the back live all their lives with it. He was sick of Gus having to deal with it now.

"We'll make sure he doesn't forget him this time." Justin said knowing what Brian meant by it.
