It had been a long day at the Warner Brothers Studio lot.
Televison series and movies being filmed, writers at their typewriters and computers coming up with great script ideas, the chefs at the studio cafe keeping the actors and staff fed, Ralph, the security guard greeted guest at the gate, Dr. Otto Scratchansniff, the studio p-sychitrist helping everyone get through the day, and over seeing everthing was Warner Brothers C.E.O. Thadeous Plotz.
Mr. Plotz as he was known around the lot ran the studio like clockwork.
All except for one place, which was the water tower, located on the back of the lot.
This was not your average water tower.
It was the home of the studio's most reconizable trio known as The Warner siblings.
The trio consisted of Yakko, the eldest followed by the middle sibling of Wakko, and Dot, who was the youngest and only girl of the bunch.
Created back in the 1930's, the Warners, who were also called the animaniacs were locked away in the studio water tower, as their crazy behavior of running amoke around the lot made the toons to be out of control in real-life time, as they appeared to be in their cartoons.
However, a short time ago, the Warners managed to escape from the tower and things certaintly didn't change, as they are still the zany toons they once were back in their heydays.
And on this paticular day, it was no exception.

Mr. Plotz was sitting in his office, going over some paperwork, when he began to hear some noises.
It was a popping like sound.
In fact, it was a popping like sound.
"What is all this?" Mr. Plotz grumbled.
He got up from his chair and checked out the window to see what was going on.
The studio C.E.O. saw that the water tower was shaking, while the popping noise went on.
At that moment, the top of the water tower shot opened and popcorn began silling out of it.
And it wasn't a small amount, it was a massive amount, falling out of the entire tower, along with the Warner siblings.
Furious by the event, Mr. Plotz headed outside to see the mess that the troublesome trio, as he dubbed them had done.
The head of Warner Brothers wasn't the only one, as Dr. Scratchansniff, his receptionist known as Hello Nurse, and Ralph T. Guard, plus several cast and crew members from various TV series and movies came to over see the pile of popcorn, and the animaniacs.

"What is the meaning of this?!" snapped Thadeous Plotz.
"We can explain T.P.
We were planning on watching a few movies," Yakko replied.
"And we wanted to make some popcorn, but I think we went a little overboard," Dot added.
"Anybody care to have some with us?" asked Wakko, before taking a handful of the snack for himself.
"Are you kidding?!
Look at this mess!" Mr. Plotz screamed.
"Hey look on the bright side T.P.
It's a whole less messier, than that time we had spegehetti and meatballs," Yakko pointed out.
The C.E.O. of Warner Brothers just slapped the palm of his hand to his face in disgustion.

A short time later, a clean-up crew came to get rid the massive amount of popcorn, (whatever Wakko couldn't eat) that was basically scattered over the lot and the water tower.
During the clean-up in the water tower, one of the workers asked Mr. Plotz, "Does somebody actually live inside this place?"
"Unfortuntly yes, three toons do," Mr. Plotz answered.
"Has it ever been fumigated?"
"How should I know?
The last president of the studio drained the tower to put the Warners inside, after they were capture for causing too much trouble around here."
"Well, since there are people or as you say toons living in that tower, I suggest you better fumegate it."
"And what happens if I don't?"
"Then you will be charged with violation of health and safety codes."
"I..I...I'll get that fumegation done right away."
"Wonderful.
Hopefully those toons of yours have a place to stay."
"What do you mean?"
"We're working with chemicals.
So the water tower will be inhabitable for a few days.
Possible a week."
Mr. Plotz wasn't liking what he was hearing.
As he now had to figure out what to do with the Warner siblings.

Once the cleaning up of the massive popcorn spill was taken care of, the studio C.E.O. called for an emergency meeting in his office.
The meeting consisted of the following, Mr. Plotz, Ralph, Hello Nurse and Dr. Scratchansniff.
"Now that you're all here, I call this emergency meeting to order," said The studio C.E.O., as he banged a gavel on his desk.
"What is the meeting reguarding sir?" asked Hello Nurse.
"Duh, are wes finally gettin raisess?" asked a hopefully sounding Ralph.
"No, this meeting is reguarding what we should do about the Warners, while the water tower is getting fumagated," Mr. Plotz replied.
"Sir, can't ve just put the kidez up in a hotel?" Dr. Scratchansniff suggested.
"Are you kidding Otto?
Have you forgotten the last time we place the Warners in a hotel?"
"I know
They followed me on my last trip out of town.
Don't remind me."
"We can't risk damaging our reputation or lossing money on a count of those kids."
"So, whats are wes gonna do about the Warnerses?" said Ralph.
"One of us have to..take them in," replied the studio C.E.O., who cringed at the thought.
"Which one of us is it going to be?" asked Hello Nurse.
"I'm glad you asked nurse.
We're going to draw straws to see who takes in the Warners."

Mr. Plotz then held up a broom.
"Everyone grab a straw.
The one who grabs the longest gets the Warners."
Everyone nodded to the agreement.
And with that, Mr. Plotz, Hello Nurse, Ralph, and Dr. Scratchansniff each grabbed a straw from the broom.
While the studio C.E.O., the security guard and receptionist had no issues getting a broom straw, it was a struggle for the p-sychitrist.
Dr. Scratchansniff pulled onto his straw for quite sometime, until he was able to free it, along with the rest of the straws that were attatched to his.
"Congradulation Otto, you won," said Mr. Plotz, with a slight chuckle in his voice, knowing that he would not be the one taking the animainiacs in.
"Lucky me," muddered the doctor.
