HumorMe2: All will be revealed in this chapter, my friend;

WhiteElfElder: Ah, but for how much longer will the wand be functional, considering that Harry is in possession of the full power that came from him uniting the trio once upon a time?

"But…but…h-h-h-how?"

"It's like I told you, my Dark Master of Death," replied Luna, caressing Harry's cheek in her hand, even as she leaned in close and kissed him again, though this kiss was soft, chaste and yet as warm and caring as the girl herself, before she looked him in the eyes as she smiled at him.

"The things we lose, they always have a way of coming back to us in the end…if not always in the way we expect…"

Chapter 3: Master and Mistress

"I've missed this."

"Which part?" asked Harry, sat with Luna as both of them watched the first rays of the new dawn rise up behind the Rookery; after being reunited, Harry was content to lay his head in Luna's lap, while she teased his hair, stroking it delicately between her fingers as he stayed with his closest, most-dearest follower, ally and companion.

As Luna broke the silence, just as dawn broke, however, Harry smiled softly as he asked, "The part where it's just us or the part where we can feel relaxed, free and content to let the whole world just pass us by?"

"C: All of the above," replied Luna, looking down at Harry as she continued toying with his hair, even as she added, "After what happened after the Great Battle, I never thought I would see you again, Harry. I thought…we thought you were lost to us."

"We?"

"That's right," replied Luna, though not before Harry turned his head so that he was looking up at her as she asked him, "Or did you really think it was just sheer, dumb luck that your most-devoted servants were sent to Azkaban after I had died and after you had ascended to your rightful place in the world?"

As Harry stared at Luna with wide eyes, he slowly rose up from his position as he asked, "You mean…all those sacrifices…all that power…every bit of magic I spent nearly ten years assimilating and building up to fuel and increase my own powers…that was all because of you?"

"Yep."

"Huh," said Harry, looking down at his body for a moment before, swallowing hard, he returned his attention to Luna as he asked, "You say that like you've always known I would become this…this…"

"I think the world you're looking for is God, Harry," said Luna, earning a soft laugh from Harry; admittedly, that was the word he'd been looking for, but, even with Luna back with him, however that had happened, he had thought she might oppose him or convince him to abandon his new mantle and all the power that had come with it.

In his fear, he'd forgotten one key point about his silver-haired friend.

Her name was Luna Lovegood, not Ronald Weasley, Hermione Granger or Ginevra Weasley.

As he looked to her, Harry saw Luna smile before she stretched up in an almost catlike manner before she sighed contentedly as she looked back to him, "But also…yeah; I guess you could say I knew this was going to happen. Or rather, I knew you were going to become something more than just another fickle-minded sheep following the flock, Harry Potter. I also knew that, one day, my own life would become one with yours, which is why I kissed you when I saw you again."

"Because you think this means our lives are one as…as…what? Boyfriend and girlfriend? Lovers?"

"Concubine-slave and her Master, if that is what you wish, my Dark Lord," said Luna, her dreamy, matter-of-fact way of saying it both alarming and amusing Harry, even as he moved to sit next to her before he put an arm around her.

As though she knew what he wanted, or maybe what he needed, Luna reversed their earlier position as she lay her head in Harry's lap, even as the young lord looked down at her before he asked, "But I still don't quite understand, Luna: how is any of this possible? I mean, I know how it's possible for me, because I spent several years plotting to make this a reality, but…and I don't want to upset you, my girl, but…that was long after…"

"After they murdered me," said Luna, earning a slow nod from Harry, while Luna sighed softly as she looked up to meet Harry's green eyes as she explained, "Don't be sad, my Lord; it was my honour to sacrifice my life for you and your cause. When I knew I was going to be killed, I made sure all who gave their magic so you could become the Ultimate Power knew that this was their time to honour their loyalties to you. Regrettably, I had to use some pretty sad means to convince some of them to fulfil their destinies and die so you could live, but…well, you know what they say about eggs and omelettes, don't you?"

"I do," said Harry, completing the image of reversing their positions as he began stroking Luna's silvery-blonde hair between his fingers, teasing the strands in such a way that seemed to both relax and please Luna, though not before Harry felt a similar sense of relaxation, even as he looked down at his girl before he asked, "So…you were murdered; that much I know…"

"And I made sure that vile, pathetic, Wet-Ground-blooded traitor knew what betrayal and loss really felt like," added Luna, earning a snort from Harry as he gently tapped Luna's forehead.

"Wet-Ground-blooded?"

"Well, I know how much you hate the word Mudblood, my Lord," said Luna, though when she did so, Harry scoffed as he looked up to the skies overhead with an almost-amused manner.

"What can I say? I'm kind of getting used to it…just don't ever let me hear you using it to talk about my Mum, okay, Luna?"

"I promise."

"So," continued Harry, lowering his gaze back to Luna, who seemed content to grow comfortable resting in Harry's lap like a small, silvery-blonde kitten in his embrace, as he asked, "I know you basically cursed the bitch so that she could never feel pleasure, only pain, when she was dirtying up the bloodlines even more than she already did, but, judging by the way you said that, Luna-girl, I wonder…what else did you do?"

For perhaps the first time, Luna seemed reluctant to answer Harry; she also seemed to shrink in on herself, hiding behind her long, silvery-blonde locks while she whimpered softly, "I…I mustn't tell you…you'll hate me…you'll be angry with me…"

"Luna," said Harry, lifting the girl by her chin before he brushed her hair away from her eyes, smiling at her with the same warmth and fondness he had always felt around her as he explained, "I could never hate you, especially not after you helped provide me with the power to fulfil my desires and embrace the true power inside of me. Hell, you say I'm a God? Well, you gave me so many sacrifices, all of whom then gave themselves to me just as willingly, making me more powerful than even those pathetic bastards who used to call themselves my friends could have expected."

"You…you really mean that, my Dark Lord?"

"I do," said Harry, kissing Luna's forehead before he added, "And, to you, it's only ever going to be Harry, Luna. I mean, seriously, you should have seen Granger's face when she realised what I was doing and what I was planning. Did she draw her wand to try and stop me? Fuck no! She just crowed like the parrot-rooster hybrid she is about how it was forbidden magic, but she did nothing else as I drained every ounce of magic out of her, her arsehole husband, the slut with the bastard boy and, just to finish off, I even drained the magic from their unborn children, just so they could feel the sting of betrayal and revenge and know what a real sleeping dragon tickled really looks like."

"Wow," gasped Luna, swallowing hard as she reached out, cupping Harry's cheek in one hand as she smiled at him, "I knew you would make them pay, Harry Potter, but I never would have thought you'd have been so determined to see them suffer that you would do something like that."

"Let's just say I wasn't going to let anything go to waste," sneered Harry, mirroring Luna again as he cupped her cheek with his hands before he asked her, "So, go on, tell me, what did you do to the Judas Trio to really send a message?"

"I…I…I…"

"Luna," said Harry, leaning in close, so he was forehead-to-forehead with his most-devoted companion, "Tell me…I solemnly swear that I will not be angry or hateful towards you, whatever you did."

Hearing the sincerity and warmth in Harry's voice, Luna licked her lips before she whispered her confession to him.

"I made the selfish Mudblood bitch miscarry and used the Imperius on the other idiot to make him kill his firstborn son while she watched!"

Admittedly, Luna had expected pain, isolation, loss and loneliness when she confessed just how far she had descended into the dark for the sake of her God. She even expected to feel his divine power taking her own magic away from her, only to fuel his hunger for more power, with which he would make the world burn and all who stood in his way would beg for death.

What she didn't expect, however, was for Harry to hug her so closely and possessively that she felt like a prey-beast in the coils of a giant snake, even as he released her before he kissed her, holding her in his embrace as he smiled at her. "Now that sounds like something that only my Luna could do to someone who decided they were more important and more-powerful than those who'd risked everything time and time again just so they could keep breathing."

"So…you're not mad at me?"

"Luna," sighed Harry, leaning back before he patted his stomach as he laughed, "In the short space of a single morning, I've murdered one Muggle, massacred and magically-drained a former Squib and eaten an overcompensating pig of a second Squib, downing him as easily as I would eat treacle tart or an Every Flavour Bean. And, on top of that, in my lifetime, I've also killed unborn children, not to mention other prisoners of Azkaban, as well as executing a bastard for Line Theft, slaughtered and tormented two sluts who clearly didn't know how to keep their legs closed and done the same to a walking advert for impotence, who has actually impressed me if he was at least able to knock up Slut Number One not once, not twice, but three times!"

While Luna was both amazed and proud, in a dark way, of how easily Harry confessed his crimes and embraced the madness of the demon that had been born inside of him because of the traitors, Harry took Luna's hand and kissed the back of it, massaging her skin gently as he continued in a soft tone of voice. "Trust me, short of siding with those mongrels and betraying me, causing a different end to my life than the one we knew, there is nothing you could do to make me mad at you."

"I…I will never side with them over you, Harry," insisted Luna, earning a soft chuckle from Harry as he nodded at her.

"I know…and besides, I find it nothing short of miraculous that Judas Weasley, the male one, was even able to knock Granger up for the aforementioned third time. From what I remember when I heard about your curse, even so much as the tip of his quill-nib-sized dick would cause Cruciatus-levels of tormenting pain and agony on Granger, right?"

"Yep."

"Well," laughed Harry, tousling Luna's hair as he remarked, "Let's just say, I think we know a certain current prisoner of Azkaban who would find such creativity and dark magic usage a genius move if ever she heard one. But, in the meantime, I know you'll never betray me, Luna; after all, I highly doubt you'd have been brought back to me in a new timeline if you were here to destroy me, right?"

"Can I make a theory?"

"Please."

As the two returned to lying against the tree, Harry felt Luna rest her head on his shoulder as she explained, "After you were incarcerated, I swore a fully-magical-binding oath that vowed I would only ever be yours, Harry Potter. I swore that you were my Lord and Master and that, even in the next great adventure, I would serve you, gladly and freely. I would follow you, through hell and back, I would do whatever you ask and your enemies would be mine! I pledged my mind, my body, my life and my very soul to you and your cause."

"And then you died."

"Not for another three years," said Luna, looking up to Harry before she pressed her hand against his heart as she added, "But that's my point: you see, you came into your full power on your eighteenth birthday. I know because that was the exact same day I started to feel like I was meant to be more than just a friend for you. It was also the same day I was shown a vision of the future where you elevated to a level that can only be described as ascension to godhood."

"Like my power and your vow were rewarding you with a gift…namely the Sight?" asked Harry.

"Uh-huh," replied Luna, rubbing the spot where Harry's heart was located as she went on, "And, after that, right up to the day I died, I knew I would do anything and everything to fulfil my vows of loyalty to you, my Dark Lord. So, when I died…and this is just a theory, mind you, but…since you were in possession of your full power when I died, I think, somehow, that same power reached out to my spirit and…as weird or scary as this may sound, Harry, I…I think my soul became part of you…just like Riddle's used to be."

"So, you're saying that your vow and my power turned me into yet another unwitting Horcrux?"

"Only so long as it allowed me to fulfil my oaths to you, yes," replied Luna, sitting upright as she indicated the world around them before she added, "But, unlike a Horcrux, I was only a passenger, not a possessive evil. Like a sacred treasure locked up in a place where none could reach me and yet, although I don't really remember much between my death and waking up in my old-new body, I did know…I do know that I've never felt safer or happier…almost like living, even in limbo, inside of you and your magical power was my idea of Heaven."

Harry couldn't help but laugh as he found himself imagining everything Luna had said: admittedly, if anyone other than Luna had said it, he might have called them insane or ridiculous.

But, somehow, she just happened to make it make sense; plus, he didn't know if she knew, but, when Luna had died, Harry did remember feeling a great swell of pain, which was followed by a rolling sea of calm that just seemed to wash over him, giving him the assurance and the strength to proceed with his plan for revenge and freedom.

Could that have been Luna's soul reassuring him and supporting him, just like the real thing had often done?

As Harry considered his own part of Luna's theory, the blonde witch cleared her throat before she went on, "And then, when you unleashed your full power on the betrayers and tore apart the timestream, my soul was still nestled all safe and warm and happy inside of you. So, when you awoke in your old-new body, my soul left yours and returned to my own old-new body, which was a weird feeling, I must say…it kind of tickled me too and, even weirder, when I woke up again, I could almost feel Old Me fading away, but as she did, she told me something."

"What?"

"She said the same thing I often say to you, Harry," said Luna, placing her hand on her own heart as she smiled softly.

"Hello Luna Lovegood…it's nice to meet you…now…make him proud…"

"Huh," said Harry, though not before his eyes narrowed when Luna suddenly sprang to her feet, taking his hand in the process. "Whoa, Luna; what are you doing?"

"I just remembered…I have a present for you, my Lord," replied Luna, earning a surprised look from Harry, which turned into a soft laugh even as he followed Luna towards the Rookery.

Only his Luna-girl could sound so serious one minute and then be so…so Luna the next.

Prime

Given what had happened the last time Harry had set foot in Luna's house, he wasn't all that eager to follow her inside at first.

However, when he stepped inside, albeit warily, and found Luna standing in front of a small, very uncomfortable-looking cage, it wasn't so much the cage that distracted Harry.

Instead, it was the sight of Xenophilius Lovegood hunched over in the cage, his face a mess of scars and bloodstains, while one of his hands looked like it had been broken in several places. As for the other hand, Harry was rather amused to note how, much like a certain rat, Xenophilius' left hand had several fingers missing, though when Harry went to ask where they'd gone, he saw Luna hold up a bag of owl treats.

"I thought your beautiful friend would like to share the taste of revenge," said Luna, earning a cold laugh from Harry as he lifted a hand and snapped his fingers, following Luna's train of thought all too easily. Seconds later, a loud pop indicated the arrival of Hedwig, who didn't even wait before she flew to her master's shoulder and perched herself there happily, while Harry's trunk and several of his possessions all appeared in a neat pile right next to Luna.

Looking at the pile, Luna hummed in thought as she asked, "If your old prison is burning, Harry, then where…"

"Magic is capable of far more than people think, especially where will and intent are concerned, Luna-girl," said Harry, stroking Hedwig's feathers as he chuckled softly before he added, "Once I'd eaten Dudley, I had everything transported to a certain cave on the outskirts of Hogsmeade, knowing full well nobody would look for it there since the old bastard's got no reason to booby trap the place yet. Then, once I was sure the coast was clear, I turned Privet Drive into the world's most-boring bonfire; my only hope is that a certain someone didn't get caught in the blaze. As bad as the thought of losing him again is, it'd be even worse if I had to realise that I was the one who killed him this time. He can't die again, Luna…he just can't!"

"Nor will he," argued Luna, moving away from the cage before she joined Harry in petting Hedwig, even as she looked into his cold green eyes. "I promise you, Harry; we will make sure that your other most-loyal companion is able to take his rightful place at your side. In the meantime, tell me: how do you like your present?"

"I…I love it," said Harry, looking from the cage to Luna as he asked, "But why did you do this for me?"

"Are you kidding?" asked Luna, scoffing as she pointed to the trembling man in the cage, "After what he did to you, just to save his own skin. Oh, he claimed it was all for me, but he forgot just how one-track-minded Riddle's weaklings really are. And, in the end, his so-called sacrifice for the sake of a deal with the Devil ended up getting him burned. You know, after I heard you'd been arrested, I came home, filled with such anger and bloodlust because of how he had helped set you up. But what did I find? Rubble, timbers and charred bones from Fiendfyre…I didn't even get the chance to thank him for his love…not that he ever showed it before; making me think more about Nargles, Wrackspurts and Crumple-Horned Snorkacks, when I should have been focusing on my friends, and those who cared about me! I…I hate him, Harry and, while I want nothing more than to see him die, I…I can't…"

"Because he's your Father."

"No," said Luna, wiping tears from her eyes, even as she smiled at him with a cold, venomous air. "Because he is yours to deal with; just think of him as the first traitor to feel the sting of vengeance. So, go ahead, my Lord…please…do this for yourself and end him!"

As Harry walked past Luna, however, he stopped suddenly as he looked back to her with a curious air, "To do all this…the cage…his injuries…and the restraint you must have felt wanting to kill him for selling me out. I'm definitely impressed, Luna, but…even so…how did you manage this without alerting the Ministry?"

"Oh, I used my magic," replied Luna, waving her hand, which, to Harry's surprise, caused Xenophilius' left leg to snap loudly, earning a whimpered cry from the man, which also suggested Luna had broken him while she had left him dangling on a hook for her Lord to kill.

Harry, meanwhile, let out a soft laugh as he asked, "You mean you used my magic…what's stopping me from taking it back from you?"

"If that is what you wish, I would happily let you absorb me back into you, my Lord," said Luna, lowering herself down to the ground before she looked as though she was worshipping Harry, even as she continued, "I know I am not yet worthy of your gifts, and I apologise for using them without your permission, but, like I said, when Old Me and New Me became one, I was…transformed…awakened and…and the power I had!"

"Power that must have come from your soul spending so much time inside of me," said Harry.

"So you believe me?"

"In case you forgot, Luna, I find it very hard not to believe you," admitted Harry, moving back to Luna before he bent down, helping her to her feet before, heaving a sigh, Harry tucked her hair behind one ear as he stared into those enchanting blue eyes of hers.

"And that's why I'm not going to take this power from you, Luna-girl; you can keep it and, on top of that, if it's what you want, then I will also give you what you thought was our connection. You are, hands-down, my most-loyal follower and my most-devoted servant and, while it should frighten the living daylights out of me to even think those words, it doesn't. so, like a good Lord would do, I want to reward your loyalty and, given how much you did, not only for me, but also to our enemies, I can think of no greater reward than to give you what you desire…"

Here, Harry took Luna's hand and pressed it to his chest as he smiled at her, "You kissed me, and I felt your passion, just like you felt how happy I was to see you again."

"Oh, I definitely felt that, my Lord," agreed Luna, smiling coyly as she looked up at Harry. "It's just a shame my body's not yet developed…oh, the fun we could have, if that was what you wanted, of course."

"And I appreciate your hesitation," agreed Harry, clasping his hand over Luna's as he told her, "But, like I said, I felt happy enough seeing you again, my Luna-girl, but then, you kissed me and I felt your desire as easily as you felt the desire to prove yourself loyal to me. So, for what you did and what you willingly embraced to help me, I want to reward you…and so, if you agree, then you can have my heart."

As Luna stared at Harry in disbelief and no small amount of delight, Harry couldn't help but laugh when she pouted in a curious, but cute-looking manner, before she looked back to him.

"So, does this make me the Mistress of Death?"

"If you're mine, it means so much more than that," replied Harry, kissing Luna's forehead before he nodded as he added, "But also…yeah."

"Then I am yours, God," said Luna, once again bowing down so low that she might as well be worshipping him.

And, mostly thanks to his own dark ambitions, as well as the evil that he had willingly become in his old lifetime, Harry was both amused and more than relieved to notice he couldn't even bring himself to care about how one person was kneeling before him.

After all, soon, they all would bow down and worship him for who and what he really was.

How fitting it was that Luna Lovegood, who'd given him the strength to fight back in the old timeline, and been a source of inspiration and strength when he needed it most, was but the first to bow down to him now.

As he helped her to her feet again, Harry brushed Luna's hair away from her face before he smiled as he asked, "In that case, my Mistress of Death, would you like to help me remind this coward what really happens when you try and play with a double-edged sword?"

"It would be my pleasure, my Master," replied Luna, taking Harry's hand in hers as they turned back to the cage.

Within the confines of the cage, Xenophilius Lovegood trembled as he felt the equivalent of Death himself walk over his grave, coupled with an air of darkness that consumed everything he knew, and everything he didn't know about.

Such as why his dear, sweet little Luna could have become such a murderess with bloodlust worthy of Bellatrix Lestrange.

But also, what it was, exactly, he was supposed to have done to earn such evil from his beautiful girl, not to mention the demon at her side.

He didn't know the answer.

And, by the time they were done with him, he would never know the answer…

Chapter 3 and, once again, our favourite blonde has made it clear who she stands with and who she believes in, but now the Master has found his Mistress, what will his next move be?

Also, with an unbreakable bond of loyalty now forged earlier than it used to be, how will Hogwarts, specifically the traitors and tormentors, deal with the unity of two souls who only care about you if you choose to bow down and worship the Dark God?
