I have to save my darling Rukia from this beautiful but depressing plot.

A/N: I apologize for any error, for I could never give justice to the authors, but I am a desperate fan, and thus I wrote this fanfix as an ending. Disclaimer! I own nothing of this story.

Hisana had died.

Rukia thought to herself, as she clutched unto her slightly prominent belly bump, knowing that a life is residing inside.

Thinking of how useless her sacrifice had been.

Unable to remain in the Kuchiki manor, due to sadness and trauma, she had asked for an indefinite leave at Gotei 13.

It's just too painful for her to stay.

Suffocating.

Suprisingly though, her captain allowed her to leave, on the condition that she return after a year.

She was glad, and fearful.

Knowing for sure that if Byakuya knew that she's with his child, he might never allow her to step outside of the Kuchiki manor.

But Byakuya was nonethewise. Maybe due to the pain of seeing Rukia's face that reminded him of what he had lost.

He let Rukia go, without a second glance.

And Rukia was grateful.

Rukia left without informing anyone of her destination, except a quaint note to her friends: Renji, Ichigo, Orihime and the rest of her closest coworker.

And then she left.

She left towards a foreign place in the human world, with the help of Urahara who has a dept with her.

"Please keep my pregnancy a secret" Rukia said as she left the Urahara Shop, in her gigae.

At that, the mysterious shop owner agreed, without even asking question. With a hint of eagerness.

Rukia just shrugged her observation, and towed her bag, clutching her travel papers.

5 months had passed, and Rukia was struggling to get off of her hut, built near the shore, due to pregnancy pains.

Living alone in a tropical island has many perks and disadvantage.

Thankfully the residence of the island are hospitable and kind. They helped her settled in their midst, and assist her with everything they could.

It felt kind of weird, but also heartwarming. To be cared by strangers. As though, she's part of their family.

A family she once had, but never actually felt like she had.

The wound in her heart, started to throb with the painful memories.

Especially when those memories carries the image of the man who had taken her everything, and now left her with nothing.

Not a reputation to be proud of.

As she contemplates her situation by the shore, she realized something when the baby kicked softly from inside her womb.

Yes. He left her something.

Their child.

A child who would never be able to have a complete and normal family.

Especially since, their baby was conceived in the most unconventional way.

"Forgive me, Hisana-neesan" Rukia uttered to herself, her now longer raven hair swayed with the breeze, as tears fell from her beautiful eyes.

Flash of light, then complete darkness.

"Rukia" Byakuya tenderly uttered his wife's name as he looked down upon her weakened body, acutely noticing the place in which his child resides.

At hearing his voice, Rukia opened her eyes to look at those loving eyes of her husband.

"Byakuya" Rukia called as she touched his handsome face, feeling his warm skin. As tears fell from her eyes.

"I love you" she said, as more of her tears cascaded down her face, clutching his head towards her.

Missing him terribly.

Wanting nothing more than to share this happiness with him.

Seeing the joy in Rukia's eyes after so long, he had took it upon himself to lean in, and kiss her.

Kiss her with all the love he had for her.

'I love you, Rukia' he thought as they kissed so tenderly.

Unbeknownst to them, Rukia's neighbor came in concern for their pregnant visitor. And watched from the distance in celebration as the couple reunited.

[the end]

A/N: it break my heart that Rukia has to go through this kind of plot.

And I would not want anyone to go through this kind of traumatic experience.
