Chapter Twenty-Two: Christmas Message

"Hi everyone!" Lena waved, a bright smile on her face. "It's me, Lena! You can probably tell because…I kinda am the protagonist of the story," she said with a sheepish smile, pointing her index fingers together. She then shook her head out, "Anyway…unfortunately (as I'm sure you've already figured out), this is NOT a new chapter to the story. TigerVolcano5000 is REALLY sorry, he's just got a lot of things to take care of before the end of the year."

"Yeah, he's still working through," Lincoln spoke, stepping up, "Don't worry about that. There's just an…unexpected amount of work he's trying to get done before the New Year."

"But he's very upset that he's not able to give you guys a proper Christmas chapter this year," Luan spoke up, "So…he figured out something that he thought would be a nice second."

"That's where WE come in," Lynn leapt into the shot, wrapping her arms around Lincoln and Lena's shoulders.

"We just wanted to come out and make sure you all know what this time is truly about," Leni spoke up.

"She's right dude," Luna was next, her guitar in hand, "We can all get in our own heads around Christmastime, and it can get difficult for us to remember to completely focus on the TRUE meaning of Christmas: spending time with your friends and family, and making sure to appreciate them."

"Correct," then Lisa, "correcting" her glasses, "We must all make sure to not lose sight of what's actually important in life. No matter what gifts we may want, we must remember that our loved ones are what matters the most in life...and that they deserve to know that."

"Yeah, we all have people who care about us," and Lola, "And we should make sure they know how much we really love them. Especially around Christmas."

"She's right," Lana spoke up, wrapping her arm around her twin's shoulder (who promptly mimicked her), "It's been one heck of a crazy year, and, personally…family's been one of the most important things that's kept the Louds going."

"We must never forget that there's nothing in this world more important then one's family," Lucy continued, her usual monotone voice noticeably possessing more…energy/life then it usually did.

"And no matter how much they may annoy you," Lori stepped up, holding a giggling Lily in her arms, "Remember that they love you, and you love them." Lily clapped loudly at her eldest sister's words, her giggling seeming to grow louder.

"But, truly…just make sure to you guys all have a good time this Christmas. After all…it IS the most magical time of the year," Leni giggled.

"Just remember to have fun you guys," Lincoln exclaimed, "Enjoy those presents, hug your family, drink some hot chocolate, go out to play in the snow (if that applies to you)…overall, just have fun."

"From our family to yours-," Lena spoke as she and her siblings all joined hands, bright smiles on their faces.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!"

(Author's Note: Yeah, sorry for not being a "proper" update. Things at the end of the year have turned out crazier then I thought:/

This'll be the final update of 2020. So...Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and I'll see you guys in 2021;)
