Connor couldn't believe that he was looking in to the eyes of his own child, the eyes of which were a replicate of Dawn's and his hair the shade of his own. He stared in disbelief that a child so beautiful could come from him, the only logically reasoning of this child's beauty was because of his mother; Dawn. All the screaming and name blaming coming from Dawn was worthwhile as she pushed out their child with a pain crunching grip on his hand.

Reluctantly looking away from the sparkling blue eyes, Connor looked up to find Dawn staring at him with a proud smile even with a sweat covered face.
As he passed their son back into the arms of his mother, he pressed a kiss to Dawn's forehead. A knock came at the door and Severus, Draco, Remus and Sirius entered the room, forgetting their childhood grudges sometime in helping Dawn deliver her son.
Remus was immediately at her side, like any father would be, gazing at her with pride and staring at the baby in wonder. Sirius was hovering not too far behind, and Severus was unnatural cheerful as tried to cover the tears that were caught in his eyes, causing everyone to look at him in surprise.

"There are some visitors that have arrived," Severus informed before Dawn could comment on his emotion state as a group entered the room.

Within the group were the LA and Sunnydale gangs, the Weasleys, Harry, Hermione, Lee and the order.

"Wow that's a lot of visitors. Never realised I was so popular," Dawn cheekily commented as she pulled her son closer.

Staring at the new arrivals in Grimmauld place, Dawn could tell that they were tired, covered in dirt and blood, with various injuries.

"What happened?" Dawn asked, her mood plummeting as she was reminded of the events before the birth of her son.

"Dawn this is a time for happiness," Remus stated, feeling the shift of emotions in the room.

"Yeah this is a time for celebration. It's not everyday that I get a nephew," Buffy said, a grin nearly splitting her face as she caught sight of the bundle in her sister's arms. "Besides there's not a lot to tell, we kicked deatheater ass," The slayer joked, continuing when Dawn stared at her with a frown on her face.

"Seriously Dawn, nothing major to report, we were able to hide the students just in time before they attacked and thanks to Harry's after school special we managed to either kill, injury or make the deatheaters run away like little girls. So just enjoy the moment with your son…you have lots of time to worry late."

"What?" Buffy questioned as she received shocked stares in return of her speech

"It's just I've never heard you be so wise before….like ever," Dawn said in awe, her eyes sparkling with amusement.

"Haha…enough with the attitude and introduce me to my nephew," Buffy demanded, walking to her sister's side.

"Have you picked a name yet?"

"Well, Connor and I were thinking of naming him Lucas as it means bringer of light. But also with Angel's permission we would like his middle name to be Liam. 'Lucas Liam Lupin-Angel' has a ring to it doesn't it?" Dawn informed the group as she saw Both Remus's and Angel's eyes well up with tears.

"God that kid is going to be beaten up," Xander commented without thinking, the spell in the room breaking.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to say that," Xander winced as several people shouted his name.

"Well, I know who isn't going to get Christmas presents this year," Dawn said sadly, a pout firmly situated on her face.

"I think it's a lovely name," Remus informed his daughter, putting a comforting hand on her arm.

"You would. It has you name in it," Xander's mouth commented, receiving another chorus of his name. "Sorry…Again, I'm just going to shut up now."

"I think that would be best," Angel growled as his vampire side raised from the depths as insults were aimed at his grandson.

"Come on mate, calm down the idiot didn't mean it, did you?" Spike intervened as Angel stepped closely to the one-eyed man, giving Xander a pointed look.

"Nononono, of course not," Xander spluttered out fast.

"No I think he did," the vampire snarled, trying to close in on his prey.

"Okay everyone freeze. My god why does every event have to end in Summer style? Angel, just cool it, I have to admit the name does need re-wording. Don't you smirk Xander, you're still in my bad books, you didn't have to comment on it. But then again this is you, we're talking about. Anyway, you make another comment about my son and I'll set Connor on you. I'm sure a father's revenge is worse then a grandfather's," Dawn smirked in delight as Xander shivered in fright at the glare Connor was sending him.

"Back to business then. We have one more bit of news. Whilst there tons of candidates for the role of godfather, Connor and I have come to a collective decision. Drum roll please…Harry and Draco."

"What?!" Three identical shouts screamed, causing Lucas to stir.

"Guys, please keep your voices down. Now I know you are my best friends, but Connor and I both thought that it would give Harry and Draco the chance to bond like they did when they were young. And prepare for when they have children…Because lets face it they have more chance of having children then you. Especially with your flirting skills," Dawn teased as Harry and Draco's faces turned from shock and excitement to red in embarrassment.

"Hey, I'll have you know I've had many dates," Lee said, proudly.

"You shouldn't boast about that mate, I've seen the people you've dated. Now my dates are the kind you boast about," Fred informed the group, who snorted in response as Dawn shook her head in amusement.

The scenes around Connor and Dawn went unnoticed as they cuddled together, both staring at their sleeping child with pride and love, forgetting about the evil that was hunting their child, the child who was born for greatness.

Major alert: While I believe I could extend this story longer this will be the final chapter as I have lost inspiration for this story. I feel anything I write will not be good, so I am completing this story in a way so I can do a sequel in the future. Maybe one where the child is older
