This is just a little one-shot revolving around Uzuki and Satsuki. It takes place at a random point in the TV series.

"Tell me again why we are the ones that have to go grocery shopping," Satsuki said.

"Because it's our turn this week," Uzuki said.

"But why did I have to get paired with you?" Satsuki asked.

"Guess it's not your lucky day, Satsuki," Uzuki said.

"Ha-ha," Satsuki said sarcastically. At that moment, a twentysomething blond man ran up to the two of them.

"Excuse me," he said in English. "Could you help me find the station, please?"

"I, uh…don't…speak…English…" Uzuki said in broken English.

"Yeah, sure," Satsuki said in perfect English. "You're heading to the station, right?"

"Yes, ma'am," he said. Uzuki was in shock.

"Just go down this road to the first light, make a left, and it's about another 500 feet down. You can't miss it," Satsuki spoke to the tourist.

"Thank you very much," he said.

"No problem," Satsuki said just before the tourist walked off. She then turned to Uzuki, who still had that shocked look on her fact.

"You…spoke…English?" Uzuki said.

"Of course," Satsuki said. "Remember when I told you about my family?"

"Yeah…" Uzuki said. "You ever told me that your mom was American!"

"She wasn't," Satsuki said. "But dad spoke fluent English, having learned it while he was touring in the States. Also, since we went over to North America for our vacations from time to time, we pretty much picked up on it."

"Okay…" Uzuki said, not really convinced.

Well, that's it. Please read and review.
