My Stories 4
3Brotherhood » An ongoing series of drabbles and one-shots. Featuring Aaron, but of course Miriam, Moses, and Yocheved make appearances. Because I think that family is the most important thing to Aaron (and I can't not write about them either).
Prince of Egypt, K+, English, Family, chapters: 5, words: 715, favs: 6, follows: 1, updated: 7/20/2018 published: 6/24/2016, Moses, Miriam, Aaron, Yocheved
3 Greater Unknowns In order to be "chosen," adoptees must first be "unchosen." Having never been told he was adopted, Moses grew up with secrets and lies, and without the knowledge that he'd lost his first mother and siblings.
Prince of Egypt, K+, English, Family & Drama, words: 405, favs: 12, follows: 2, 8/28/2016, Moses, Queen Tuya, Yocheved
2 Ten Years to Wait Addresses, from Aaron's point of view, what happens in Egypt during and after the ten* years that Moses is in Midian. An exploration of rage, strength and powerlessness, and the complexity of family. [A note regarding the title: I think I got "ten years" from the Movie Scrapbook or the official art book... but I'm wondering if 15-20 years feels more natural.]
Prince of Egypt, T, English, Family & Drama, words: 486, favs: 10, follows: 2, 5/15/2016, Moses, Miriam, Aaron
2 Someday » A family is reunited by a well in Goshen, if only for a brief time. Takes place after Miriam sings Yocheved's lullaby and told from Miriam's and Aaron's points of view (can be read in either order). Based on a headcanon of mine that this was also Aaron's first time hearing his mother's lullaby since Moses was relinquished.
Prince of Egypt, K+, English, Family & Drama, chapters: 2, words: 775, favs: 8, follows: 3, 4/13/2016, Moses, Miriam, Aaron
