    We have fixed a login issue with some version of Firefox browsers. If you are using Firefox and was having login problems, please try it now.

    Hybrid login with smarter captcha verification is now active. The modified login system will now take into account your recent activity and skip captcha verification when conditions are met. Multiple device login and frequent login/logout will reap the most benefit.

    Please note yahoo/aol email account users may currently experience a delay in receiving alerts of registration/reset emails. We expect the delay to resolve itself in the coming days.

    Update on new login anti-bot measure. We understand the captcha can be a pain but security is our top priority. We are working on a hybrid solution so verified users may skip additional checks on another computer or mobile device. Hybrid solution will be ready in 24 hrs.

    Extra security to stop automated bots have been added. Website uses will need to re-login. We will monitor the results and tweak the system as necessary.

    Pest control update: over 200K bot accounts have been removed thus far. We will be introducing defenses to make it harder for the spambots to survive.

    Spambots are hitting users PM inbox with adverts. We have removed over 20K spambot accounts and counting. We will be installing additional anti-bot measures in the PM feature to combat these pests.

    Email delivery issue to Gmail accounts have been resolved.

    We are currently resolving an issue with deliverying some alert/account emails to gmail addresses. An update will be made when the situation has been fixed.

    A rare bug which caused some Android OS 5.0/5.1 users to experience connection issues via our app has been resolved.

    We have enabled web/app Facebook login with accounts registerd with mobile phone number. Previously only accounts with email was allowed to login.

    We have resolved a Facebook login issue via web/app due to recent changes made by fb. Please note Facebook login requires registered email account. We are currently working to allow fb login with mobile number.

    For the start of 2019 we have improved the performance and reliabilty of app access (android/ios) significantly and are still hard at work to make sure it gets even better.
